s. g.Just had a delivered takeaway after a lot of confusion. Finally got our food. Stunning. So you have redeemed your self. Every thing was hot. We live out of the way. But the patient drive phoned and followed direction. And greeted with a smile. Thank you we will order again. But directly NOT through just eat. Rubbish. Lovely food highly recomend
J. T.Tucked in the back of The Newmarket pub this is a bit of a hidden gem. It's integrated into the pub to such an extent that Saffron doesn't service its own drinks, it just makes use of the pub! Food and service has always been great for eat-in or delivery and you got tons of food for the money. Book ahead at busy times as the restaurant itself is only small!

Their food is delicious 😋.Staff are helpful and service is top quality👍.

M. F.Cracking little curry house nestled in the back of the Newmarket pub. Staff are friendly and the food has been excellent every time I’ve been. It’s also very reasonably priced and the set menus offer exceptional value for money! If you like a curry give Saffron a try
L. j. B.The first time we went to the Saffron Garden, the food was excellent however, on our second visit I did not find the food as tasty. The onion bajis, although huge, I found them to be tasteless and greasy. I ordered a hot spicy dish but found it to be mild. This restaurant is cheap, you buy your alcohol from the pub and take it to the restaurant. The cost shared between five adults worked out at £15 per head, thats for two course's each, including naans and other side dishes.

Lovely small restaurant with very friendly staff and the best Indian restaurant I have been to in 11 yrs of living in leeds. 2 starters 3 mains 2 rice and a naan £38.00 oh and even gave 3yr old free ice cream. Will certainly be back. Book in advance due to size of restaurant.

J. P.First time eating here and I loved it, although I've never had to walk through a pub to get to an Indian restaurant before. I came here with a group of about 12 lads, we had to wait a bit for our table to be ready but I guess that's normal when you're taking up half the restaurant on a busy Saturday night. Food was excellent, and a good size. There's a car park round the corner that's free at that time of night too.
R. J.Used the take-away service through Uber Eats 4 times in the last 2 months. Food was always amazing, but 3 of the 4 orders had 1 missing item. We did get refunds or missing items brought to us but its very inconvenient when you have friends around and someone doesn't get their food. Please check your food orders before delivery!
S. a. B. C. C. L.Lovely little curry house, right at the back of the pub. Payment is cash only, they do not take any form of card when paying for your meal. Food extremely nice, and not bad portions too! You can take your own drinks or buy drinks from the pub. Best book before going. Only seats around 30 people.

The chips took a good five minutes to come after the rest of the food.
The table was booked for 7 and we didn't get sat down until 7.30!
The price was very reasonable and so was the selection.
I would go again but maybe not as a first choice.

Food is really good and the only Indian food place in our neighborhood that does pander dishes (which is like a golden ticket to this place).. for peeps who are reading my review and wondering what paneer is, just order something with paneer in it and you will love it.. Staff were friendly and courteous and because you bring your own drink (front the aforementioned bar) the prices are reasonable too. We got starters, mains and sundries for two - plus popadoms - and it was just over £30. Can't complain about that and will definitely be back.
