The waiter/manager greeted us upon arrival and welcomed us in which made us feel extremely comfortable he then went to set up an area for us to be seated. Customer service is always really important and these lot smashed it with that! All 3 waiters who served us were absolutely amazing! Friendly and very accommodating! Food on point loved the ambience can not fault this restaurant! Thank you very much for an amazing experience we definitely will be back again ♥️

Fantastic Turkish food! So fresh and full of flavour and authentic. We always opt for the chicken special for 2 as it’s really good value at £20, the Turkish bread is so moreish and the Mezes are really good especially the Houmous! The staff are always very polite friendly and helpful, the place is very clean and tidy the only fault and I’m clutching at straws here is we’ve been twice and the battery on the smoke alarm was beeping loudly on both occasions! I would highly recommend! This is now our goto Turkish

Just returned from an evening meal at Antalya. Table of 10 and we arranged a fixed price of £12.50 for 2 courses plus Turkish tea. The wonderful meaty platter really impressed and service was great too. I think it's new owners really wanted to ensure everyone was happy... Which we were.

Celebrated my birthday and this place is outstanding. One of the best restaurants i visited in Leicester. The staff was so friendly and came to our table to ask if we needed something atleast 4 times while we were there for about 1.5 hours. The manager gave complimentary cake without even asking for it. The food is reasonable compared to Konak, Sultan Ahmet and Etci Baba but trust me it tastes equally good if not better. They served tea in a pot along with Turkish sweets. My family and kids loved the experience. Few people I want to mention servers Momina, Mohammad and Nirali are great. And the manager Parwez Ali is a outstanding in terms of making our booking and took care every detail such as parking etc. Do try Yougurtl Adana Kebab they taste amazing.

I just came back from my birthday dinner and I must honestly admit that I am soooooo satisfied! I've always wanted to try the food at this place and finally came and I'm delighted! The food was delicious and well presented, the prices very affordable, the service was amazing! A charming team! In addition, for my birthday I got the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. This will definitely be my new favorite restaurant and I would recommend it to everyone!

Visited this restaurant for the first time this week and I can honestly say it's now become one of my favourite places to eat. We travelled down from Birmingham just to eat at this restaurant, we were greeted by the lovely waitress and immediately seated. We had a selection of lamb chops, adana kebab, wraps and lamb cubes all with a side of rice, chips, salad, hummus and stuffed vine leaves. The food was really delicious, the meat was really tender and full of flavour which you don't really get in most Turkish restaurants. The staff kept topping up our bread which was really nice of them, after finishing our meal the management served us complimentary dessert and turkish tea which was so lovely of them to do and really made our experience at the restaurant even more amazing. A big thank you to the staff at Antalya Restaurant, we will be back soon.

Jesus .... I rarely post reviews, but I had to for this place. For a guy that relies on reviews, I felt it was time to chip in! What wonderful service and outstanding food Antalya provided! I absolutely recommended it to anyone! You will not be disappointed. I've ordered from there 3 times now and everytime it has been top class. Delivered before the expected delivery time, food has been hot and the tastes amazing! Kudos to the team. I am very happy with the service provided!

Has a good atmosphere, usually good quality dishes, which are too big to finish most most of the time. And the service is spot on, very fast and accurate. However the quality of the food can vary from time to time as well as the bread starter, which is still changing every time we go, even though we've been eating here for probably more than a year now.

The visit was a group of friends celebrating a Birthday. We had booked for 18.00 and had a choice of tables. We ordered our starters mains and drinks. We were served by several different waiting staff. I think this was part of the problem.2 of the starters arrived and 1 main. We pointed out that we hadn't had 2 of the starters yet so the main was taken away. We still had to wait some time for 1 of the starters. The food was plentiful. The chicken shish were tender accompanied by rice and salad. All in all a pleasant experience.

Delicious Turkish food, we ordered the family for 4 which was plenty. Served with fresh bread and sauces, hummus went well with the bread and my little one loved it. Their chicken shish is always a favourite for my Mrs but I convinced her to try the lamb chops which I ordered and they were succulent and perfectly cooked. As ever the salad goes well with the meal and we were all really happy with our experience. The only thing that was frustrating is the family with their children running around like they were in a crèche, you'd think they were rehearsing for the London Marathon the amount of laps they ran around the restaurant. If you are taking your children out to eat it's quite embarrassing if they are not well behaved especially if you have enough adults to keep an eye on them, I witnessed the manager ask them nicely a few times to control their kids given the current covid climate (& obvious health & safety) but this clearly fell on deaf ears. I wouldn't be surprised if they removed the sweet machines so as not to encourage the reckless behaviour of the kids. I would've done the same! As a regular i was compelled to write this review when I saw the poor review left by this family who were clearly offended that their children were asked not to run wild (even though they did). As ever I look forward to dining here again although I tend to order in more often which always tastes just as good.

Had a lovely meal here last night after rugby at Leicester Tigers and a few beers. Three courses including beautiful freshly baked bread with dips; family sized platter of meats on a bed of rice; and rice pudding and freshly baked baklava for dessert. I have been to Antalya Restaurant numerous times and it's one of the best Turkish restaurants. I have eaten in with family and friends, the staff are very friendly and the quality of the food is excellent. More recently with Covid restrictions, I have had a few takeaways and the quality of the food is still superb. The Spicy chicken shish and the adana kebabs are cooked to perfection, good selection of mezes and not forgetting the delicious Turkish bread. Keep up what you are doing at the high standards guys/girls and the customers will keep coming. Only a minor downside is that phone order collections is cash only.

Via delivery, Food arrived 15 minutes after the original scheduled time, one salad box was missing from a meal. Despite these slight blemishes, the food was really tasty and overall of a high quality. Which is what you come to expect of Turkish restaurants. Plenty of fresh soft bread and mezzes were provided which was a nice touch. Would definitely reorder from again. As part of the eat out to help out campaign, we booked a table for 9pm. We were seated shortly after, initially having to swap tables due to being allocated the wrong table, food arrived swiftly after. Impressive considering how busy it was. However there was no air con or fans, it was very unconformable in the unbearable heat, echoed by the waiters, not ideal to have sweat dripping whilst eating piping hot food in humid conditions. This spoilt the night, however the food was still tasty and overall as a family we had a good night. I would definitely advise Antalya to invest in air con or fans at the bare minimum to ensure this doesn't occur again when the temperature rises.

I visited this restaurant twice. Once with a group of friends and another just with my best mate. The restaurant probably looks like every other but you can certainly enjoy the Turkish like atmosphere. The food comes in large quantity and it's not expensive at all. If you get a meal to share for two you will leave with a lunch box each. along with it two free starters as well. Food is tasty. Make sure you grab a glass of water instead of tea for your thirst. Tea is very small and it's basically black tea. Staff are very friendly and will look after you from beginning to end so you never feel without attention in the times you need it. I will surely go back another time.

Seldom come to Narborough Road area for dinner because of difficulty of finding a parking space. I am glad we did it on a Sunday night as parking was easier. We gave this restaurant a try as the Turkish restaurant we used to go is going downhill. The service was great. We did not have to wait for too long for food to arrive. Portion was generous especially there was plenty of salad and meat was fresh. This was our first visit of this restaurant but we were given sultan on the house with a GBP 5 voucher to spend on our bill which is a real bonus.

Both of my friends love their food lots but I never like Turkish food but I found the starters are great. I'm not sure with my main so the staff change another dish for me and not even charge it! Just stopped for a quick Friday late lunch. Not licensed, but a good selection of sof drinks available. Menu was varied, but I took the mixed kebab. Started with amazing bread, so light, crusty and fluffy, with a salt crust, served with some amazing chilli sauce and yoghurt dip. Kebabs were a mix of chicken and lamb cubes which were both super tender and a spiced minced lamb shish. Perfect, and very reasonable cost!

I have been to Sultan at least 6 times, lunch times with the kids & evening with family & friends. Great value for money, excellent food, fast friendly service, it is 1 of the best restaurants I have ever been too. My 83yr old mother in law loves it.

First time going recently and having been to many other Turkish restaurants in Leicester, Sultan was up against some tough competition. First off the service was simply excellent. Waiters were attentive, fast and friendly. Food came out very quickly. We had the chicken shish and lamb kofte with hummus. We were given a pleasant surprise when the waiter brought us another complementary meze, which was also delicious. The chicken shish was not the best I've had but the lamb kofte was very tasty. When we said we didn't feel like dessert the waiter brought us complementary tea - another bonus! Overall the experience was excellent and we will be visiting again. It doesn't quite have as nice food as Istanbul or Fes Mangal, but beats them hands down with their service.

Came here with family after my sister's graduation having been starved since the morning. Ordered a mix grill platter, antalya special and borek. Platter came with 4 starter mezzes. They were all beautiful, particularly the hummus which was made fresh on site. The high quality of the chicken was apparent though its tenderness and was complimented well with the spices. The rice in the platter was long-grain basmati instead of the usual 'Turkish' rice which I found unusual however it was still delicious and buttery. Mustafa the owner, is a friendly chap who takes great pride in the quality of his food. Definitely intend to dine again next time I'm in Leicester.
