Good pretzels (although I have no comparison because they’re the only pretzel vendor in Leicester), it’s just disappointing that they’re always only Bain-Marie warm and not fully fresh. When they’re fresh they’re great, but it’s hard to pass at the right time when they’re freshly cooked. No complaints though, I often eat here. Good selection too for a little stall.

Food was nice but I’ll give it a 3 purely based on the service. Not given fresh pretzels, and the lady was speaking in a rushed unbothered manor. Abit too pricey as well. Probably won’t be buying again..

I remember it being a completely different experience when eaten warm, the experience was sadly not the same when taken away. Not bad but not great, price a bit high. Staff ok.
