It's my local chippy, normally I'd just get a couple of fishcakes for a quick evening meal. Today I asked for a small portion of fish. I was able to watch as my fish was battered and fried right in front of me. You can't get fresher than that! While waiting, I had a chat with Danny, and we caught up on what we'd both been doing. Lovely light crispy batter and well cooked flaky cod. Going back for more soon :)
