This is a bar and restaurant, had a great time here, food was really good. They also have an upstairs, with a pool table if you want to rent it out. We ordered chicken starters, curry and naan (garlic obviously ✨) In short - Good food and time

I've not visited the Blue Peter for around 4 years so last night I decided to collect a takeaway. I ordered 2 lamb dishes and 1 chicken dish , I can honestly say it tasted fabulous, the quality of the food seems to have excelled since my last visit. The meat was so tender and succulent in your mouth and the sauce flavers in each dish were superb, I also order a portion of Onion Bargis which were amazing, all different shapes and sizes but cooked to perfection and very tasty. So I can highly recommend The Blue Peter as it seems to have upped its game , I can't wait for my next visit, many thanks for a superb meal , Nigel Robertson

Food was average, £5 a pint is getting too pricey if you ask me, wow the clientele there are loud, impossible to have a conversation without having to yell in the dinning area, would be nice if dinning room was seperated from drinkers. Unlikely to return

The food was MEH... They are indian cuisine restaurant, not very good but kinda okay. They have a bar there too, didn't try that out. Halal food is available.

The food was spectacular and amazing. The service was really quick and the waitress are really friendly. The chutney test amazing especially the red chutney- spicy but not too spicy. I would prefer having the chicken curry and chilli paneer.The atmosphere is really nice with music and tv.They offer delivery and everything.

My visit to Blue Peter was average. The bar was ok The food and service were nothing special. Plates were individually taken as we finished. Did not wait for all to finish. Spent time just sitting to be acknowledged by a waiter. Lamb was hard and both sauces tasted the same even though different dishes were ordered. However it was not a bad evening. Still give it 3star +

Excellent food and service. Love it,can get very busy so book in advance especially weekends. Chilli intensity tell them and in some dishes can be adjusted. Busy days just got to be patient,reasonable price and good portions. Bar and restaurant managed separately.

Another great evening dining with friends at the Blue Peter Club where the chefs make deliciously mouth watering dishes. We had Garlic Chilli Chicken, Chicken Tawa, Fish Tawa and Boneless Kebab Tika Mixed Grill. A wonderful meal in a fantastic place to eat.

Visited Blue Peter this evening, once again, the food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious!! Service in the restaurant, again very good. Try the chilli chicken, it’s my favourite. It’s a restaurant that caters for couples, family, friends, business and if your solo. Just to let you know, the bar in the restaurant is owned and run by a different person. So you must go to the bar and purchase drinks.

Dropping kids back to Leicester Uni. Popped in for a bit to eat.....OMG what a find. Basic but clean. Small bar, tv screen showing football and a treat a live singer performing old bollywood songs. As for the food some if the best I have had. We had Need a Chicken with sauce and garlic n chilly naan. Kids had Butter Chicken mixed grill and naan. Every bit was a pure delight. Would recommend the place if you want real home style and tasty i can food. Just good food and service not pomp or fancy. Will be going back with our friends.
