Burgers were really good, I went for the classic burger. The service was good, it did feel like the AC was on bit too high. Liked the simple look of the restaurant. Everything was on point other than the fries were cold and hard, they did immediately fix that issue for us after we mentioned it.

Great burgers, visited a few times, this time I went for the chicken burger, and it was great, I dont bother with the fries I go for the hot wings, which are fantastic. Clean well kept dining area and the staff are always friendly and polite, I would suggest trying a coffee from there too, brillinat espresso.

I enjoy their freshly made burgers and never leave disappointed. The photos here are from two different visits. The first time I tried their classic beef Angus burger with the side of chips and refillable drink. My husband ate their chicken burger on both occasions. On my last visit, I had the smoky beef burger with turkey rashers I think. It was amazing! Had the peanut butter milkshake as well and it was really worth the price as the taste was very peanut-y.

Pretty good for a lunch stop! The halloumi burger had more crispy onion than the haystack burger (it had more crispy onion than any other component in the burger actually). The chips were good (bit skimpy on the cheesiness. The milkshakes were lovely and the sticky wings were great! Would go back for seconds on the wings!

Location : 5/5 Process / service :5/5 Food packaging : 3/5 Taste : 3/5 The foil packaging without a box for dine in customers leaves a lot to be desired. The crispy onions were great but couldn’t taste meat or should i say it didn’t have much flavour. The cheese and bun were good quality. Overall not worth the fuss.

Boo has a clear mission - simple pleasures. It's reflected in the limited menu, interior decor, and the food itself. But lemme tell you - this food hits a spot! It's not trying to be gourmet like your Byrons, GBK, etc. It's more like a Five Guys, but works out cheaper. I had the classic, my partner had the haystack. The beef was tasty and juicy. The buns were nice. The CHIPS - really, really good. And the milkshakes (vanilla and peanut butter) were delicious. The staff were really friendly too! Downsides are few. Food took a while to be arrive, but it's all made to order - this is no Mcdonalds! And the milkshake selection could be a little bigger to include Oreo, etc. Overall, we'll be back. And in greater numbers!

We’re should I start … this place is unbelievably good , from the service to the food. Every time I come in I am always greeted. The food is Delicious no matter how many times you tried it you will never get bored. Fernando, the manager and Olivia are amazing and friendly as always. The team at boo in general are great aswell as the food , I will definitely be a regular 🤘

Oh, my days! Haystack burger - amazing! The Chick-a-boo sandwich - juicy and succulent 😋 The rustic chips were spot on - crispy on the outside and fluffy inside (maybe a touch of salt would've been nice) 😉 Buffalo chicken bites were excellent too, with plenty of flavour 😁 The peanut butter milkshake was thicc and creamy, no lumps of ice were found 🥜 Generally speaking, I'd recommend it to anyone who loves a smash-style burger and wants to eat fresh n just a tad bit greasy 😊

First visit today - definitely won't ne my last! Clean, comfortable dining area that wouldn't feel crowded even when full. Tasty, hot food - very impressed with the choices available, something a little bit different to your run-of-the-mill burger chains. But what really blew me away was the customer service - Seema especially went "above and beyond" to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. We definitely were! I would have given 5 stars but what let's this place down is the stingyness with the tomato ketchup and mayo, and also the napkins. At Libertine Burgers there's tubes of ketchup and mayo on tables with paper towels.The food itself is outstanding.

An inviting place from the outside with good social distancing measures. They've kept their menu small which is great so you're not forever waiting in a queue. Being able to customize your order would make a difference and some recommendations for the first timers would definitely improve the expectation and customer service. They give you a little buzzer so you have to collect yourself however despite ordering before my friends my order came later. The portion size isn't great but the food is definitely filling and you can't go wrong with the taste. Great for a quick bite but wouldn't go out my way to go there. If you live in Leicester I would definitely go there as you can't go wrong with it. However, travelling from different cities you might be disappointed. P.S It Reminds me of Shake Shack.

Such friendly and hardworking staff who are also incredibly helpful. I ordered their classic 4oz with a lettuce wrap and it was absolutely delicious. My one complaint is that the lettuce didn't wrap enough around the burger. Wings were also delicious. The staff were nice enough that when we didn't know what sauce to get with the wings, they gave us two chips with a free samples of both sauces. Now THAT is customer service. Wings were delicious as well, but the buffalo sauce was way to zesty and was difficult to eat. Nevertheless, the food was delicious, the decor is very modern and lively, and I think the locals agree too because it got packed. Would recommend for one of the best burgers in Leicester!

I ordered what i normally order from there which was Big Boo 4oz which tasted delicious on every bite but the Smoked Turkey Rashers had a chewy texture when I bit into them. Overcooked maybe? Besides that i cant fault it! I also had Rustic Fries with generous amount of Nacho style Cheese and the usual Sticky Bites which I'm always satisfied with, the chicken is just nice and tender and full of sticky flavour! To down it all, it had to be the Peanut Butter Milkshake just ooosh! 😋😋😋😋 The Price may be scary but the food is quality! Very good halal burgers and also the sticky chicken bites are very good. However, I didnt like the buffalo chicken bites. The cheesy chips is amazing and so is their chocolate milkshake. However, I know people complain that the portion size of the burgers is quite small which is a fair complaint. It's the kind of place that I go to over and over again, and it is one of a kind on London Road.

Hear they do breakfast rolls / a breakfast menu too - tried to stop in once but they don't open till 10am, a bit late for a breakfast menu if you ask me - that would be my only criticism!

Boo burger is definitely the best place in Leicester for burgers 🙌🏼 on the right is the Booloumi with a chicken patty, on the left was the chick a boo, there's also a chocolate medium shake in the back. the Booloumi is a personal favourite as it's constructed perfectly with utmost care and it tastes amazing. The cheesy fries are undefeated and finish off the meal fantastically. I loved the Chocolate (Oreo) milkshake, it was rich and creamy 🙌🏼 will be coming back shortly 😄

I had the boo burger the big one which I thought was alright but not to the standards I wished it would be. Due to the crispy onions and lack of flavour the burger tasted very greasy and lacked taste. Being Angus beef I could not tell as much, maybe the onions over done the flavour. I’ll start by saying that I love food and travel abroad a lot. This is the closest thing to a proper American burger in the UK so far for me. Now I had a slightly negative experience but details of that will be at the end. The burger!! It’s served on a really soft brioche style bun and not dry like the big chains. The basic house burger is enough to pack it with flavour. Even the milkshakes and cheese sauce with the fries have the authentic feeling. Service! Now you may wonder why I’m giving it 5 stars despite having a negative experience and it’s because of the service. I rang an order on Saturday, the busiest and it gets busy! Although on the phone my order was correct there was an issue with quantities being wrong. Items were missing. A little inconvenient but then enters the superstar that gained all 5 of my stars. Hugo not only corrected my order but after asking for 6 or 7 mins not only achieved this but saw I had a large order and offered to bring the entire order to the car for me. His attention to my inconvenience is really what won the show. I will keep coming back because of the food and if they continue to have people like Hugo might be impossible to beat in Leicester! Well done Boo team.

Competitivly priced puts it slightly higher to the money over food ratio but the quality makes up for it. Downside is that they only have no variety on spiciness for the sides, as I would want it a little hotter where as the missus prefers less spice. They do have chilli sauce satchets if you do wanna make it hotter but no happy medium. Overall, would love to visit again

Visited for the first time and have to say that the experience was only positive. Food is freshly cooked and therefore patience is required but well worth the wait! Enjoyed a really tasty meal. When we arrived, the staff were working extremely hard as it was a very busy period and they received a large telephone order. Chicken burger was good. Buffalo wings were nice and spicy/tangy (very manageable spice). Chips are good too. Recommend the chips with refill drink to make it a meal.. the red and blue mix goes well with it. Angus beef is tasty too ( i just prefer the chicken here ). London Road branch i feel was a nicer experience than the fosse park one (food wise).. however you do get 10% off at the fosse park branch if you show a student/NHS ID. Staff at both places provide excellent service and will address issues related to your order promptly.

Had boo burger a few times and on the whole, pretty decent. The big boo is certainly big! Chicken wings are not for me as prefer ones with a glaze and they could be packed better (would look more please in a box or foil tray!) however their chicken bites are very nice! I can understand from other reviews that at times, the meat isn’t seasoned enough. In fact it does smell like that raw mince smell when cooking mince for spaghetti! We have been fortunate that when ordered through apps, they have came hot and well packaged. Would continue again but not regular as on pricey side. One final thing, better than PHAT BUNS!

Really good portions. The chick a boo burger was nice but didn't like the yellow sauce. Tasted abit weird. And the southern fried bites didn't taste great. The sticky ones were really nice. Abit pricy for what you got. Also the milkshake machine didn't work and didn't have some of the options when we went which wasn't great.

Had an excellent experience dining in today. I had the 'smoky' beef burger while my friend had the 'haystack'. Both absolutely excellent, beef patty was medium-well, juicy and tasty inside with a nice sear on it. Plenty of salad and my burger came with beef rashers, which are a nice treat for anyone who eats halal. We ordered both types of fries (rustic & zig-zag), these were freshly cooked and crispy, of the two I think the rustic were slightly superior. Offered sauces for free which is always a plus. Service was very fast and polite, it's a pager/collect system so you pay up front, I like this as it means you don't have to wait to 'get the bill' at the end. Overall, very hard to fault and some of the best burgers I've had in Leicester.

Boo focuses on serving and making great beef and chicken burgers. They cook each burger to order fresh. The burgers are pretty basic but they taste amazing. I've been here several times and would highly recommend them. They also do very good skin on fries or crinkle cut chips. I like that this place focuses on burgers and as a result they deliver good burgers. Their service is very good too, you don't have to wait too long from placing your order until receiving your food. You place your order at the counter, you'll get a pager which vibrates and lights up when your food is ready and you go and pick your food up. The seating in the restaurant is ample, but at busy times you may struggle with seating if there are several members in your party. I would recommend this place.

First time ordering last night from the Leicester branch on London Road. We had burgers, home2house fries, buffalo chicken wings and a milkshake. Delivery time was good through Deliveroo and at the time it said it would be. Food was great, burgers were cooked well, good toppings and a nice bun, chips were cooked great and still crispy unlike most takeaways when they go soggy, wings were nice and the milkshake was lovely. All in all I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again soon. We have been looking for a good burger place for a while and we have just found it. Thank you Boo

We recently had a first visit to Boo Burger. We tried the Chicka a Boo and Big Boo Burgers with zighy and rustic fries. The burgers were very good and the beef quality was excellent. The staff were friendly and the service not bad at all. However some suggestions for the management. The rustic fries were not really rustice so I think this needs some attention.
