Had early dinner here on a weeknight. The restaurant was peaceful & empty. The decor and setting inside here was nice, food was pleasant too. The customer service was great and food came out quickly. Overall, a nice dinner, I didn’t feel anything we ate was spectacular or to shout on the roofs about but was average.

I always pass the restaurant when driving through Leicester & it looks very welcoming so thought I’d actually stop by today. On first impressions the place is very neat, tidy & clean, the tables are well spaced giving you lots of space & privacy, the toilets are also spotless which is really good as most food establishments these days completely disregard the cleanliness of the toilets. We ordered a Angus beef burger with 2 sides, a peri chicken burger with 2 sides & a kids grilled wings meal, all very very reasonably priced, what stood out the most especially for the adult meals was the portion size which was generous and filling, the chicken burger I wouldn’t say was mind blowing nor would I say was bad, it was average, the Angus beef burger which I had did however let down massively on flavour, it was bland, tasted of poor quality beef and not premium Angus, there also wasn’t a sprinkle of seasoning on it, this was a let down because it looked really looked, what also let’s this burger down is that it mentions it has 2 patties on the menu which makes you envision a big juicy burger, this wasn’t the case, it was 2 very very thin patties which probably amounted to 6oz in total. Overall it’s a clean welcoming restaurant which offers reasonable value for money, a pinch of salt here and there + some better quality meat in the burgers and it would be a 5* review.

Food and restaurant layout were great. Very convenient facilities: family area, prayer area, toilets, handwashing area, free ice and water. Friendly staff. My first time there and system of ordering wasn't explained to me or clear upon arrival. You have to order and pay first at the desk then food is brought to the table. Parking is not easy due to local restrictions but keep driving round and you'll end up finding a spot eventually. Restaurant recommended.

This is a hidden gem in Leicester, The food is great and at a very reasonable price. Far better than nandos and for half the price. They do tasty chicken and burgers. Sad to see such a nice place, not so busy. Maybe it's the location, and it was a weekday, but this place needs to be talked about more. It's not got 4.8 star rating for no reason. Would definitely recommend.

Nice food, great selection of various dishes for everyone's taste. Quick and efficient service. Only wings were slightly undercooked. Apart from that everything else was really nicely done. Also, it's not very clear but to place your order you have to make your way to the counter so I suggest please make it clear to the customers when seating them. No car park, on street parking only.

An outstanding and welcoming restaurant. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. There was a lad who was at the tills he was absolutely brilliant. Food was fast and very impressive. Great blend of flavour and spice. There were a host of options which accommodated our group (three families and many small children). Everyone had a lovely time. There is nothing I could fault and I’m looking forward to my next visit. Would definitely recommend without a doubt. A personal favourite of mine were the extra hot wings and the dynamite prawns. Once again a massive thank you to the staff on the night, I know it was not easy. But also to the chefs in the kitchen. Outstanding from walking in to leaving. Unfortunately, there are no pictures to accompany this. But there wasn’t much left once everyone was done (that’s a positive sign in itself).

Went in with zero expectations as had never been there before and thought we'd try something new for Eid. I was surprised with space, decor, cleanliness and the service we got.. Really top notch! The whole family were comfortable and looked after. The owner was also present and is a really nice guy who looked after us from giving us tasters of the sauce for the chicken to providing honest opinions on what is the best. We bought whole chicken, which was marinated really well and cooked perfectly. The chips as a side were very different to normal chips from any restaurant I've been to, but tasted good. Chicken burger, good sized and cooked and tasted really well. Bronco burger was really nice and filling but as the owner pointed out, wasn't the star of the show, the Angus burger was and he couldn't have been more right. Best burger I've had in a long time, it was gone in a few minutes it was that good. I'll definitely be going back here again.. Recommended for family, on your own or even with your mates..

Officially in my top 3 favourites in leicester!!! Employees are great. Welcoming, friendly and very hospitable. Facility and food are bang on, loved the chicken flavour and the Angus beef. Came with friends so the platter did us wonderfully. Lamb chops were probably the best I've had!! Segregated seating areas for families and very comfortable and pleasant vibes for practising Muslims. Honestly really good experience!

Came here first time all the way from Yorkshire and it was amazing! They have private booths which was comfy and then on top, the food was lovely. Their whole chicken was so tasty and it was overall a pleasant experience! Will be visiting again next time I’m in Leicester

I’m gonna be straight up. Best. Wings. In. Leicester. No doubt about it. The chicken is so juicy and cooked perfectly. I would honestly recommend going here over Nandos as you get better food and the customer service is incredible. The waiters make you feel really welcome and always do the most to help you out. Never tried them before last night often drove by but had no idea what food they did. Decided to order 2 Bronko Burgers. A mountain of flavour for a small price. Staff are very polite and professional. Will I use them again? Absolutely it will now become my go to place.

Never written a review before, but felt compelled to this time. A truly 5 star place to eat!! Staff were very welcoming and service exceptional. Got to the till and the staff knew the menu very well, offered sincere recommendations (to the point of suggesting the cheaper platter, when I was ordering items individually 😄) I was given a plate to taste the flavours, and they were all so tasty I didn't know which one to choose. So they allowed me to customise it however I wanted. Had the tastiest lamb chops EVER, juiciest and most flavourful chicken wings and chicken pieces. Enjoying the full range of flavours; from lemon & herb (which isn't the usual plain dull flavour), medium & hot wings, and extra-hot chicken pieces (which isn't just sauce loaded with chilli's, but has actual flavour). Will be visiting again for sure. Well done Bronkos Restaurant!!

We stumbled upon this place while on narborough road. From the moment we entered this restaurant we were greeted and looked after by pleasant staff. They were keeping us informed about our order. Great Angus burger for those who prefer this. The chicken wings were loved by all as well as the onion rings to name a few. Good food, good ambience. Reasonably priced. Only change I'd recommend is to make the place a bit more buzzing as it felt a bit lack lustre. For those who prefer Hmc and a decent burger place this is a must try on their list. Another good burger restaurant in Leicester.

Brilliant customer service. Such a nice clean store. Prayer room facilities which were just as clean. I was surprised the store has been open for so long that’s how clean it was. Excellent alternative to Nandos! If you're like us who avoid Nandos due to not believing it fit for consumption then this place is great! Underrated and not talked about enough. Would give it 7 stars if I could! The food is absolutely quality. Can really taste the flavour, tenderness and juiciness of the beef sandwiched in between a soft, yet slightly crispy brioche bun (buns are freshly prepared in shop). HMC certified. The service was absolutely brilliant. No music in the background and a segregated area for those who wish to eat in privacy. All round amazing experience!

The burgers were very decent, but grilled onions would have been better. Eating on a full stomach is not my usual way to enjoy a impromptu meet up with friends. None the less Bronkos did the job. I read a couple of bad reviews (which seem to be from the same party and during the half price deal where most restaurants have had waiting time issues) so was quite sceptical. I decided to give it a go anyway and must say the whole experience was amazing! Upon entry we were greeted in a friendly manner. Ordered the lamb chops and chicken wings. I swear these are the most succulent and tender pieces of meat I've had in ages. The marinade was spot on. No issues whatsoever. Fair pricing too. Booked again for next week. Can't wait. Ignore the haters and give it a go. You will not be disappointed.

After looking at all these reviews I thought I would have a try and visit the restaurant. To be honest, I don’t know why there are one star reviews. This place is amazing. I came in in the afternoon and the service was astounding. The food came in appropriate timing and we were out of the restaurant within 1 and half hours. As the staff were super kind and friendly and the restaurant ambience was positive and immaculate. Yes, the good was great and it was very enjoyable. I definitely will be going back and recommend all to have a visit!

Probably the best meal at a restaurant I've had in a while. Even my fussy kids loved it too. The chicken was better than I've tasted elsewhere. I have just eaten here with my family. All I have to say is everything was amazing. The peri peri wrap is to die for and the Angus burger was really tasty. I would like to mention that the young girl who waitered on us was really nice and helpful and definitely made our meal much more enjoyable with two kids. The manager was also great. If your looking for a good burger joint definitely try here, what l understand is it is a relatively new place and quieter than expected which is exactly what I loved about it but i dont think it will be for long. A diamond of a find!

Walked in on the Bank Holiday Monday during the Eat Out to Help Out. Despite not having booked in advance, the gentleman at the door was very professional and explained that they were fully booked but if there was a table available soon they would accommodate us, if we wished to wait a short while. Thankfully, within a short while we were offered a table and the food followed not long after. The food was very tasty, although a little expensive but due to the scheme reasonable and it was well worth it.

This restaurant was very nice and loved how they offered free balloons to the children. Food was immaculate, I would love to eat there everyday. Way better than Nandos. Not sure why I am seeing Karens on here saying "chicken was dry like a rock" (intended for you jill). Ignore the hate, very much dillusional of her to write such a bad review on a place who has never served bad food or provided bad customer service.

Takeaway order due to lockdown. Speedy pick up of the phone, prompt and courteous whilst taking order, carefully repeating it back to me so no errors. Order ready on time and greeted with a smile and Aqeel introduced himself to me politely (manager). The food was packaged beautifully and no spills, still warm when I got home and.....Wow! The taste was amazing. Recommend the hummus which was A1, creamy and consistent (having tried apparently the best hummus in Palestine, not so sure now hmmm). The chicken was cooked to perfection and asked for extra hot and boy did we get it extra hot! The peri burgers were amazing as was the Angus, surrounded by a beautiful soft brioche bun. Overall 10/10 and will definitely be returning as HMC food so why risk Nando's (more expensive/over rated) which is doubtful?

Its been my second visit there during "Eat out Help out", Customer Services not good at all, given my order at 10pm and wait almost one hour, didn't get my starter even during this time. Both times they didn't bring the food in one go, bring one order then after 5 mins second order , then third etc..... Omg, best food everr , not only is it EXACTLY like nandos but the actual restaurant decor is beautiful! Its so much cheaper then nandos but tasted exactly like it, I have to say it's definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I loved the fact that in the bathrooms we can use jugs for us Muslims and I think it's beautiful how polite the staff are. Overall the food was definitely a 1000/10 it was beautiful and amazingly filling. I went there for my 11th birthday dinner and it was amazing so thank you to all the staff! At the end of our visit they gave us all balloons and I got a special one 🙈 it had a black stick and a white balloon. It was amazing and again thanks to the staff for being so polite, to be honest I was surprised how empty it was , only me, my friends and my aunt were there! Again thank you ever so much x

A welcoming place. Amazing food and reasonably priced. Spacious and inviting. There is also a prayer room. My friends enjoyed their angus burgers and I enjoyed the chicken with the amazing sauce it came with. The staff came around a few times to check if all was ok which was a nice touch.
