First of all, I'm not the one to write reviews, unless the service/product is either exceeds expectations, or is just extremely poor! Always wanted to try Burger Base, but after reading previous comments, I was in 2 minds, so I went anyways. We ordered a Double Cheese Burger meal & Fiery Dipper meal. Overall service from ordering food to receiving the food was spot on. The staff are knowledgeable on the menu items. The food, wow! Double Cheese Burger was different to any other place I have tried before. The meat was cooked nicely, not dry and it was full of flavour. The Fiery Dipper, this made fresh to order, its not cooked from frozen and you can tell its fresh! Good size chicken fillet with a nice crunchy texture on the outside with a kick from the breading! Perfect. Definitely need to start exploring other items on their menu :) I would definitely recommend this place.

Had an amazing grilled chicken fillet burger probably the best in the Midlands . Grilled to perfection balancing the right amount of succulence with abit of crunch . Their house sauce combined with that grilled flavour didn’t overpower the crisp lettuce and onions . The fact that my fussy teen thought that his beef burger was nothing short of the best his had in England speaks volumes for this place . The store itself was spotless and the food prep area was sparkling given that they just had a busy day. The ingredients were clearly fresh . What I loved about this place was that it wasn’t complicated . THESE GUYS DO BURGERS THE RIGHT WAY!!!!!!

Since opening, this place has become a regular for the family on take away night. The place is clean and the quality of the food is always consistently great! It's always first choice for my kids. The staff are always polite and the burgers are always on point. Probably the closest you will get to a McDonald's style burger that is halal (try the Big Star). The staff are always polite and very accommodating and they always have the best sauces. Thought I'd finally write a review and was disappointed to see that there are some negative reviews on here. I don't recommend many places but would definitely recommend Burger Base! Thanks guys for the kind service and see you again soon! :)

Great helpful and friendly service. Our large family ordered 12 meals and each meal was accurate and on time. It wasn't staggered where some children got the food and some didn't, it was perfect. The food was spot on as well, I got the ulti-macon....wow I will be getting it again Even allowed us to bring a pizza in from another store in. And after the meal they gave all the kids a lollipop.. the whole experience was great

I rang to ask about a gluten allergy yesterday, the owner was so patient answering all my questions and checking everything for me even though I called at peak time. Burger was delicious (took my own gf bun that they kindly knocked off from the price). very attentive and accommodating which I have found rare from similar burger joints in the area. I decided to come here from a recommendation. I was very concerned on these burgers and I wanted to make sure they were really nice. and it's safe to say that these are the best burgers I have had in Leicester. It's not the processed patties that you get in kebab shops. It's all prime ground meat. The service was very great, I love that they have a selection of different sauces. The burger tasted absolutely amazing, as well as the fries. I felt like the prices were worth it. It's way cheaper than burgers in London. 100% would recommend it to people.

Great place with a good selection of burgers, personally they have the best selection of sauces and dips available compared to other similar restaurants/takeaways. Prices are very good as well not too expensive i think they range from £3.00 to £10.00. Service was friendly and fast and the place itself was nice and clean.

I'm addicted to this place. Think Mcdonald except its Halal & has a bigger range of burgers! Favourite go to is the Big Star range, basically a Big Mac but tastier. Absolutely worth trying their special which is only available Monday - Wednesday, it's a Fiery Dipper which is a Breadcrumbed chicken burger that has a real kick to it! 🔥 Staff are always extremely friendly and happy to take phone orders for you to collect, will also recommend burgers and explain the difference between them, these guys have the best selection of sauces and each carefully crafted burger has its own signature sauce and recipe. I'm slowly making my way through their menu but I always still order a Big Star on the side. Chips are always a generous portion but I'd definitely go large, they taste so good that you don't realise how quickly they go down! Overall, everything is freshly prepared, wholesome and not processed, authentic and satisfying whilst being great value for money. Keep up the great work, I'm actually ordering as I type this! (FYI: If you want the best experience, eat in or collect yourself. I rarely order through Uber etc simply because drivers may have multiple drops to make & food may go cold which is not the takeaways fault!)

A slick operation. I wish it was a little cheaper but you can't fault the excellent quality burgers. I would suggest you avoid the really cheap burger and go for something like the Flamour or Rasta. Some of the Nawhal sauces are fantastic, so ask for a few pots, iirc "the Algerian" dip was great.

I am a big foodie and can be picky when it comes to food places. burger base was fantastic I had the triple x sub which was way better then I expected, the combination of meats was flawless and the fries where very tasty and complimented the sub perfectly. The customer service was amazing the manager had exceptional customer service and ensured we got our food in good time even though it was busy; very organised. I will definitely be returning with my customs!

Went in today all i can describe it is as AMAZING!! The burgers were very tasty and the customer service was exceptional. I was quite impressed that they took the time and effort to tell me about the menu (as I couldn't decide!!) Given that they had just opened and the orders would have been flooding in. They went through the different sauces available and what I would expect from the burgers I was going to choose. I just felt very welcome and not rushed at all, they also took pride in the food they were offering. Thank you Burger base you will definitely be getting my custom again. I would highly recommend them, the customer service was 10/10. Plus as other reviews have said, the variety of dips is amazing and not to mention the actual burger! The burger you could tell wasn’t the usual typical burgers, plus the wrapping with the sticker was a nice touch. Overall a great experience all round

My 2nd time going here. I ususally dont review until after my second visit and after im confident of what im saying is true. The price furst of all is decent. You get what you pay for 💯. £6 for a meal and it filled me up. The food was extreanly good. I cant fault it. At all. And im a critic. 10/10. Halal version of Burger King. Restaurants were recently allowed to resume indoor service which was a nice novelty. Kids loved it too. Service was excellent and quick. Burgers were great.

VERY IMPRESSED. I’ve eaten at many burger joints but this one stands out from the rest. I had the Mexican and my husband had the famous Flamor burger, both were delish. Portions are generous and the variety of sauces add a little something extra. It’s local, I’ll be going back again. Definitely worth trying out if you haven’t been before, you won’t regret it.

I ordered the biggest burger they had and it was BIG! The two fools with me decided they don’t want a burger, it was late and I was the only customer left so the brothers had to wait for me to finish my burger so they can close the shop. I apologised for keeping them waiting, the staff were extra nice the brother Dawud offered us free ice cream (even to the 2 guys who didn’t order anything and sat watching me eat) and told us to take our time. They was a few sauces to go with the burgers I’ve tried two this time, next time I’ll try something different. The actual burger was very tasty, juicy and filling and much better than all those Hardees and Burger King I’ve had in the Middle East. This is quite simply the best burger in Leicester.

Very very busy place (I went on Saturday night) No doubt the food was fresh. We waited about 10-15 mins for our food. I had the chicken flamor, I found it extremely bland. We also had a rasta burger which looked horrendous and tasted like a normal burger. We paid nearly £12 for something I could have made at home. To be honest I won't be going there again.

There is the big burger with two 180g pieces of hamburger which makes a total of 360g for a single burger and in addition it is delicious the only downside on this sandwich is that at £ 13 the burger I think the price is abused it is no longer the margin ... be greedy in the menus not the prices but I highly recommend (Original) Ce restaurant est très bon il propose divers menu variés il y en as pour tous les goûts et tous les appétits que vous ayez une petite faim et ou une fringale vous allé trouver votre bonheur chez eux il y a des sandwichs et des burger. Il y a le big burger avec deux steak haché de 180g pièces qui fait un total de 360g pour un seul hamburger et en plus il est délicieux le seul bémol sur ce sandwichs c'est que a 13£ le burger je trouve que le prix est abusé ce n'est plus de la marge la ... soit gourmand dans les menus pas les prix mais je conseille vivement
