They took a bit longer to prepare my order.When the order is ready, they don't tell you unless you ask the staff member.It wasn't even busy but they took long to prepare my order.I love the food they provide.The menu is excellent .

Please require your staff to wear gloves when preparing food. The guys working the till will take their bare hands and touch your veggies etc to add to your meal. They have been handling dirty money and touching the till so it is not proper for them to use their bare hands. Also, when they wear gloves, they should take them off when touching money and the till, because it is pointless to use gloves if you are contaminating them. This place is not clean.

Waited 30 mins before someone was ready to take my order, wanted 2 items which were both not available, I took a second to look at the menu again to maybe order something else, guy serving asked are you ordering or what?!! I walked out in disgust.

When Fried foods are making you rethink your diet, grilled can sometimes come to the rescue and with that being said, this is one of the best places in Leicester for grilled food. They serve a variety of Meals with your standard flavouring system (i.e Hot, Extra Hot etc...) Theres not much else you can say about this place, its just a solid place to go. Also, it is Halal for those that require this.

Fab food, yummmm loded fries, I think no one in city centre prepares food infront of us, they make food at the back side and serve customers with delicious decoration I don’t think they make it fresh, I can trust only chilli flames as they make food infront me just wanted to write this review for yummy loader fries😋
