Positives: Great cobs/rolls, Freshly made to order, Fairly priced, Friendly owners and staff, seating outside for when you just cant wait to tuck into your breakfast.
Negatives: Parking is hit and miss, haven't picked up the phone in all the times I've tried to phone ahead an order (4 separate occasions)
