A. L.Ordered pizza online as normal (Veg and Margarita) however upon arrival the Margarita was over cooked and crispy. Immediately called the store too which they already new the address based on the description of the Pizza.
The annoying part is that they knew the pizza was bad and still sent it, that's not what I call quality control. I would have happily waited a little bit longer for right first time, just a courtesy call for the delay and it would've been ok.
Store manager sent another one free of charge which arrived in quoted 25 mins as expected (see pictures for comparison). The replacement pizza was spot on however so 3 stars.
