Food was 10/10. Tasted amazing. Staff serving were friendly and took my order well explaining options to me. Jamie who made it behind the counter was great. He was friendly and went the extra mile to come over and ask how the food was and introduced himself. Will be back again. Had the doner Kebap this evening.

The food is great. Beef Frankfurter was really good in case you don't fancy kebabs. The Nutella milkshake is to die for! Friendly atmosphere a modern stylish look. Would highly recommend.

Kebab was amazing, with every bite you could taste the fresh salad inside, and the actual meat is nicely cooked tasting perfect.

Great restaurant design - very different to what you’d expect from your average kebab place. Frankfurters, kebaps, salads and sides - all delicious! I’d recommend trying the curry ketchup and chicken schnitzel bites on top of the chicken shawarma. Well worth a try!

Came here for the opening and got a free meal after signing up through their website, I chose a mixed doner which consisted of chicken shawarma and turkey and beef meat with salad It also came with a box of fries. Normal prices will be £6.00 upwards, they have lots of choices plus drinks and milkshakes to suit all tastes. I will definitely be back and I hope it stays in Leicester!

Visited this afternoon with my kids. Really lovely venue. Food was fantastic, the shawarma salad was so fresh and filling. We shared the chicken bites and kids loved their ice creams. They’re already asking to go back. Great addition to Highcross.

Oh what a shame! OK positives, the doner and chicken meat is really good quality and tasty! But unfortunately that's where it stops. I understand it's still relatively new and will have teething problems. But it's about how you deal with it that matters. Our order was completely messed up. Firstly given to the wrong person. Then only when the other customer asked if it was our order did they realise. Even then, the order was wrong. Wrong sauces, additions were missed out, things like no Harrisa was completely ignored. They said OK we will sort it out straight away, 5 mins later went to the till to see if they've sorted it and they said, oh the system isn't working properly, can you tell us your order again! Anyways once it did come out again (order was still slightly wrong but forgivable) we had one cold meal and one hot meal. The other major major negative - for what you pay - the portion sizes are absolutely tiny. Barely any meat, the salad looks days old and no where near enough. Bearing in mind German Doner is not too far away they need to step their game up. As good as it was (around the same quality as German doner, or slightly better) I'd rather go to German Doner. Portion sizes, choice, and more imperatively, customer service is just better. Wasn't offered any money back or any gesture of goodwill.
