Another first for me. Have had fish and chips from here few years ago but first time stepping in. Got to tell you. The big fish and chips is really big compared to what you can get in Canada. Holy smokes and it tastes really good. Comes with the skin and that takes the taste to another level. If you don't like skin they maybe can give you without skin. Also had their donar kheba once again nothing compared to what you get in Canada. It was huge. The meat was tasty. Come with green and some sauce.. don't need to anything else. It good as it is. One can feed two for sure.

They're passionate about the quality and flavour of their fish and chips. Would definitely recommend a visit.

This is actually the best fish and chip shop in the country! Have been using this for over 40 years and the quality just keeps getting better. I drive over 5 miles just to have the best supper. I cannot recommend this highly enough. This is an example of haddock and chips at a cost of £8.20. More than enough for two people. When was the last time anyone had fish so good, with flakes the size of a 50p piece? The best!

I went there after about 18 years and wasn't disappointed. Happy to see lots of vegetarian options. I ordered chips, cheese, salad and chili sauce and it was HEAVEN! The size and price is amazing. The girls who work there are super friendly too. Thanks and will be visiting again soon! X Edit :My husband came here and we ordered our usual and he asked if some of the chips from the large portion could be put aside for my son with no salt or vinegar. Surprisingly they said it wasn't possible and he had to buy a separate portion of chips for an extra £1.40! As a small family run business I think small allowances should be made in these circumstances. Disappointing...

Perfectly cooked chips everytime with your regular selection of other goodies such as haddock, cod, mushie peas and donner kebab etc. No other place can hold a candle to these chaps when it comes to potato goodness.
