The best dessert place along with Heavenly Desserts. The waffles, cakes, crepes are perfection 👌🏽 The atmosphere is top notch, the interior design is beautiful, toilets are clean. Whenever I fancy a dessert I always go to Dolci ❤️ The prices are reasonable because I recently went to Kai and I've spent £8 for soaked pancakes in maple syrup with cut up bananas and frozen fruits that have been heated up. Never again. When I go Dolci I know I will at least enjoy my dessert. Top quality. 👌🏽

Dolci has amazing interior, and is very popular due to its aesthetic. I have been here a few times , they have amazing desserts, and recently also do food. The desserts are always good, and their food is quite tasty too. The chocolate cake and strawberry cheesecake you see in the pic 😍 , tasted as food as it looked. The only thing that may let it down a little is the time it takes to place an order (20-30 mins), as they can be busy sometimes. In short - Pretty aesthetic and really good dessert/food

My girlfriend and I was tempted by the look of the Haute Dolici restaurant from the street, it looked so clean, welcoming and very relaxed. I had never been in before and was plesently surprised with the atmosphere and with the service and food. I wasnt sure of what to have but the table service kindly walked me through the menu. This place gets 5 stars for aesthetics, ambience, presentation and attentiveness of the service crew. Since my last visit in 2019, they have now expanded their menu to include meals such as burgers, chips and the kind. I ordered pancakes, crepes and brownie dessert. We felt the portion size was a little small for the price we paid for each item. The pancakes were a little on the dry side, ice-cream portion was small and the nuts were more sandy then nutty-crunchy texture. The chocolate to pour over the pancakes hardened while we were eating because it came into contact with ice cream. Same thing with the chocolate sauce drizzled on the crepe, it had hardened by the time I got to to the last few bites beneath the ice cream. The brownie bites is more cake-like and a bit drying that I needed to drink some water to wash it down.

For what it is, this place is really overpriced. That being said, the desserts are delicious and beautifully presented, service is friendly albeit a little slow but they are very busy, and the atmosphere is way better than any other dessert place. It feels like luxury, so that's what you pay for. We had a slice of milk cake and two scoops of gelato for £13.

Went here with my boyfriend. The lady that took our order was quite friendly and accommodating. The burgers were bussin and reasonably priced. A very calm and sophisticated atmosphere inside for conversation. Generously, she even gave us some dessert on the house due to a misorder 😄. Great dessert and snack bar. They have diverse selection of snacks like burgers wraps and many desserts such as waffles, crepes, gelato and milkshakes. Nicely presented desserts and tasted even better. We had one burger and it was mouthwatering. Service was excellent however waiting time is a bit longer may be due to the busy day. Overall I would recommend to have a try at Haute Dolci for a fancy dessert or a coffee time.

It was a good clean environment I went there with the family for a night out I have to give it five stars for the service by Saib/Saybb the gentleman in the grey suit at the till. Food and drinks were great, however staff must be trained in allergens. I was shocked at staff being unaware of vegan-friendly and gluten-free difference. This blow was softened by appropriate food being sorted and food being served after only ten minutes. This was initially quite upsetting especially as one person in our group wouldn't be able to eat and could have had health side effects. More waiters needed, very understaffed! Would expect better service from a seemingly sophisticated dessert parlour.

(Because we finished our meal, we were asked to leave, which is understandable if its busy but since it was not, its slightly rude i feel). Great place for desserts. This is my 2nd visit and it was as good as the first. Food was excellent with lots of choice on set dishes or build you own. I went in at 3pm on a Monday and as expected it wasn't very busy. But I have been on a Saturday night and that was busy. The decor is fabulous and the staff are well informed and friendly. Had a nice chat with one of the owners, great guy, very invested in his business and its expansion. Love this place and will go back again once the upstairs is open.

I've ordered here so many times over the past 3 years where it's on deliveroo or walk-ins (before covid). As a student here, it's a nice place to take your family out when they visit Leicester to eat desserts at day or night, its a fancy restaurant so you'll see waiters/waitress in very velvet attire. Preferably eat here near towards evening to night, the ambience and the atmosphere is great but may get slightly busy, as a pre-warning when you walk in. The troubles I had from here was it was hard to contact them via their phone number, there was no one there to pick the phone. Another thing was as I had became vegan over a year, the vegan desserts are okay. The vegan vanilla ice cream, tastes so much like the normal vanilla cream which made me sick afterwards, so I'm sure if I was given a normal vanilla ice cream but the vanilla taste was so strong and had a slight milk taste to it. But, for those who aren't vegans, there are so much dessert options, it maybe slightly pricey, however if you think about treating you and your family or friends together to eat out once in a while, I would recommend this place to eat. Students or influencers on Instagram, you guys would definitely love taking pictures here especially ASK to sit at the BOOTH, it's a must you'll have a really nice backdrop of the cream-coloured velvet booth sofas. It would display your dessert that you would have placed in front you, in a really good lighting. Besides the vegan vanilla ice cream, they have a great vegan options especially the brownie. Someone order the brownie, it's lush!!!!!!

Great desserts and enjoyable, lively atmosphere. Only issue we encountered was they brought out dishes at inconvenient times for our group. I was first to receive my delicious "Cheat day" dessert and by the time the next order arrived, I was halfway finished. Once our 7th order arrived, I was already finished. If they could time delivery for bigger groups better, I'd gladly give 5 stars.

Great building and reasonable prices. Deserts can be a bit sickly sweet. lacks creativity in desert choices and flavours. Lacks craft too the flavours need to compliment each other but it's all just too sweet. You walk in expecting great things but the deserts let it down and make it no different to any other fast food chain. Great emphasis on aesthetics but the product isn't quite there. If you're not picky and want to enjoy the atmosphere and the building you will enjoy this.

Lovely place...the atmosphere is great! Service was excellent with the waiters taking care to pay attention to detail and needs of customers. Food was lovely...brownies and coookie dough!! Delicious. Just need out to sort out the booking system for 3 or 4 people as couldn't do it online and when we called we were asked to call back twice. And then told to do it online. Fortunately the manager was able to sort us out but we nearly didn't go because we were irritated by the situation.

atmosphere is soooo nice wish i took pictures of the interior. Desserts are so nice as well they are like a fancy version of heavenly desserts. Definitely go as a group or when you are dressed up or for dessert after a nice meal and they stay open til late. Highly recommend their raspberry, coconut and white chocolate sundae (ive forgotten the name) but it is sooo delicious :)

So this is the third time I came to Haute Dolci. The first time I went it was a week day I the afternoon, it was nice, peaceful we got a table straight away. The other two times was weekend and it was in the evening. As I haven't got a key I couldn't book a table over the phone, so we had to wait around 15-30 min for a table (6 people). Now about the environment, staff and the important bit the deserts. Environment is nice, clean and very well decorated. Staff are nice and polite they come to check if everything is ok however they got our order wrong twice..perhaps it's because it was quite busy. The deserts are nice, tasty well presented, fruit is fresh and sweet. Overall it was nice and I recommend it. Also I asked a d they haven't got delivery yet. You can have takeaway tho.

We've been waiting to go here for ages and after not booking the wait inside wasn't very long so that was good. The food was nicer than the other pudding places in Leicester and all the staff were really friendly, helpful and lovely. The spiced chai was really tasty, I could drink it all day long. So that was all the good stuff. The music is way, way, way too loud and irritating and the toilets were pretty grim, there were no toilet paper holders, one of the toilets had its seat broken off and only one toilet actually had paper in it and it was just lying on the floor. It's a really clean show inside the restaurant area so it was a shame about the state of the toilets.

Service is spot on, I would even say this place should be a benchmark to compare others. As for the food not much different from heavenly desserts, even names of most desserts are similar or same. Apparently they going to introduce food soon on top of dessert. Facility wise is superb. Love the idea of private boot with extra treats, comes at extra price though which is not that much really. Had a great time at this place. It is in a good location (by the city centre). The luxury theme is quite appealing. I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with this place. As great as it is, this place has been overly hyped by quite a few people. I like the idea of a nicer place for food and deserts, but the food is no different from that of Heavenly Deserts, which I think also shares the same owner. The whole interior design and architecture is actually pretty good, which is a plus.

The most important thing is that the desserts we tried (crepes and waffles) were light and tasted brilliant. Staff were polite and well-groomed. The prices were good value for money - £15 approx. People talk about the decor but I found it to be a little on the gaudy and pretentious side. They need to seriously look at their menu. It just goes on and on and on... they're probably losing sales on drinks as the menu is separate and I'm sure a few people get overwhelmed by the main menu. On a concerning note, the amount of typos on basic words such as 'ingredients' and 'allergens' was scary. (Looks like the latter issue has been fixed!) Parking outside is limited, you can park on Dover street for 6pm for the evening for £2.

So after being to this place two times now I can honestly say this was the best dessert experience I have ever had to date so far in leicester!! I absolutely reccommend you to try the 'I'll have what she's havin' American waffle (yes that's actually the title of the dessert) which you can see in the pictures I've posted. I can honestly say it was the best waffle I have ever had and the presentation was so magnificently picturesque as well but that doesn't only apply to the waffle, all of their desserts and drinks are sculpted to artistic perfection in both taste and presentation for example the hot chocolate I had (picture is uploaded) I had never seen anything presented that not only was so flawlessly presented but also had a taste that was worthy of rivalling this stunning display. So overall it's clear to say (to those of you who have managed to read to this point so far in my review) that I will definitely be coming back to this place again but not too often though as I'll end up losing my teeth :').

I like it here. The decor is truly fantastic, it looks so vibrant. The seating arrangement is also favourable with a nice amount of room and good layout. The food here is packed with flavour and the quality is always evident. The presentation of the food aswell is quite remarkable, they pay allot of attention to detail. For me if you visit the hot chocolate is a must have. One downfall is, the wait time, its been very long on both occasions I've gone, however they are always attentative and informative about the wait aswell as apologetic.

I was invited here as someone elses guest but bloody hell im sure to visit again. The moment we set in a lady (i think she was the manageress) seated us and took our orders. She was genuine in speaking to us and made us straight away feel at ease with the swanky settings. The Decor here is amazing! Same owners as Heavenly Desserts, so you can expect very similar desserts with a fine dining twist. Expect a 15 to 25 minute wait during busy periods. Customer service and desserts were on point. I went for the "make your own" as I couldn't find the white chocolate and raspberry crepe! They will be opening seating upstairs soon which will double the capacity!

I would like to thank all members of the branch in Leicester but specially mention Raees as his tailor made customer service, positive and smiling attitude just makes a person come in and enjoy your deserts with your loved ones. The latte was well presented with leaf art but went cold pretty quickly. Overall great place and would recommend to others. Please never change your recipes because the burger I had was absolutely divine. I tried the chick burger which was the fried one and got the medium, the perfect spice, coating everything was fab! The waffles and cookie dough here are of a very good standard. The decor and ambience is nice. It is quite unlike most other dessert venues. They have found a niche with a high end spin on desserts, the decor and quality of customer service. The only feedback would be the waiting for a table on their rather large sofas at the entrance almost seems to be a formality to add to the 'prestige' feel they are attempting to deliver. While no doubt it is a busy restaurant, I do question whether it is always necessary.

And when we were seated we were sat very close to another family which was a little unsettling. I think they could've spaced people out a little bit more or turned people away if they were at full capacity. The desserts were OK. I'd been there before and enjoyed them more although that was pre-lockdown so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. The toilets weren't great in terms of hygiene so hopefully that's something that can be looked in to as the rest of the place is decorated very nicely. Overall we had an OK experience. The staff were polite and efficient despite the restaurant being very busy and the food service was great. We were a little disappointed with the desserts themselves but hopefully that's just a result of them being busier than usual and also getting back into things after lockdown. So this is the third time I came to Haute Dolci. The first time I went it was a week day I the afternoon, it was nice, peaceful we got a table straight away. The other two times was weekend and it was in the evening. As I haven't got a key I couldn't book a table over the phone, so we had to wait around 15-30 min for a table (6 people). Now about the environment, staff and the important bit the deserts. Environment is nice, clean and very well decorated. Staff are nice and polite they come to check if everything is ok however they got our order wrong twice..perhaps it's because it was quite busy. The deserts are nice, tasty well presented, fruit is fresh and sweet. Overall it was nice and I recommend it.

Especially towards the end when we were paying for our food, We had been waiting ages to pay The same waiter kept signaling 1 minute with his finger from far. This was very rude as he never came. Another member of staff from behind the kitchen area sees us and comes over, He was very polite and apologetic. He took care of the situation, however The rude individual decides to come over belittle the other member of staff taking our payment saying 'I'll take over you don't know how to do it. You're doing it wrong... etc' I saw the look of embarassment and disgust on the waiters face, bless him He still apologised to us as the other rude waiter really made us feel unwelcome and as if were doing something wrong. We have come before, however The Manager was there last time and everything was fine. This time however, it really seemed as if there was no control. Very unprofessional!

What we ordered was as expected, like the ones we've tasted in dozens of other dessert places.The cheesecake we ordered was frozen in the middle, had to literally stab the cheesecake with a spoon to eat it, but to be fair, they did give us a refund and asked if we wanted to order something else instead. Tried to give suggestions on desserts that would be different, but was disregarded. On the plus side, service, the waiters/ waitresses were brilliant. Would only go back if they stand out from the rest and add something on the menu ,that I haven't had anywhere else.
