B. A.Simple and tidy! The service bay can be a bit crowded but there a lot of space upstairs! I had great chicken finger linking experience last time out there.
E.personally the fries are a little bland but i always get the original piece chicken from here and always enjoy it!! :) pepsi max is so refreshing.
j. m.came to kfc with a friend and met a lovely worker with the name “axl” he had amazing customer service, was always checking that everything was okay and when the restaurant didn’t have the drink we ordered not only did he bring a new drink straight up brought an extra one too! he really did make both our days and made us want to come more often!
C. G.The classic for when I'm craving fried chicken, always so good and delivery is really quick as well. Chicken is always on point, fries are really good, and surprisingly the mashed potatoes are really good as well.
Y. O. O.This KFC store is one of the best I have ever been to. The customer service is great, and the quality of the food follows KFC standards! The fries were good, the burgers were crispy, which I enjoyed. One of the great things about this KFC is that I know how to order and carry on my day quickly. The service is quick about 15 minutes, but it mostly depends on the queue.
My only complaint regarding the service is that they rush you sometimes and it does not allow you to take your time and choose what you want. You may not be able to wait with them, so plan ahead as you will be waiting in the queue.

B.This is a very average KFC, the service here is a bit hit and miss with mistakes being made to the order which were only discovered upon return to the hotel. There were three of us staying and working and we all agreed that the gravy at this KFC tasted different and was very disappointing. Not the worst but by no means anywhere near the best.

R.With the dawn of this new lockdown, this KFC has done really well to handle that. The experience I had when going to this KFC was good. The food came quick and was surprisingly good compared to other KFC’s I’ve had. Would recommend to people in a rush who need a quick lunch stop.

J. W.Lovely place. Typical KFC branch with all sorts for the chicken fan, recommend the trilogy box meal it's a bit spicy but it's lovely.
y. p.Food was excellent. The management should pay more attention to general cleanliness of the restaurant. Toilets were dirty and very unhygienic. There were no toilet papers and sinks were dirty.

I. K.Can't really go wrong with KFC, excellent chicken with perfect amounts of spices and seasoning. An added bonus is the fact that its Halal so it caters to a broader variety of customers and it's safe to say that the quality is just the same as any other KFC in the nation.

In my other KFC experiences they had always been soft and crispy. This was my first time eating from this branch. I hope it was just today.
J. B.Just your standard KFC really, relatively clean, relatively fast, relatively cheap and pretty good food as well. My only issue is that it gets incredibly busy at around 12, with the queue often going out of the door. But at other times it can be almost empty.

After three years of disregarding colonel's restaurant I have decided to give a shot to the new vegan option and I loved it, I might actually come back to try it a few more times.
The place has definitely improved, it's now clean and the staff is very polite and thorough.
R. P.Not sure if they've got new management here, but the experience this time round was really good. Friendly staff, well organised covid signs, fresh hot food, no mistakes with my order and my food arrived within a very reasonable time.
C. l.I really like the food here, however I noticed before the refurbishment there were ants in the corner near the booths and window..they are still there after the refurbishment :/
Also, this new screen with the menu on, you'll be looking at the menu and suddenly it'll go black and you'll get this title I think it says 'Nashville' or something and then you're like: "But I was looking at the menu????!!" .
The staff are also quiet and can come across as rude and occasionally didn't listen to our order and got it wrong.
Often inconsistent servings of salt, napkins and handwipes, once I spilled hot gravy on myself and I was given 2 napkins.
I do enjoy eating here though, the prices are great and food is very tasty!
S. A.This is a nice restaurant but it seems very understaffed, even at times when it's not busy, but the queue is long. Also have to doubke check what you have ordered as many times ended up with something I never asked for.
I once asked for an Oreo Crushem, but got milky bar instead. And the girl wouldn't change it because there was no more of the Oreo stuff. Fair enough, but please tell me beforehand so I went end up wasting money.
Chicken sometimes tastes dry compared to other places.
A. Z.Alhamdulillah the food was peng. It was a nice meal to have when you’re starving but it was appropriately priced. The chicken was very crispy and they gave a good amount of sauce. However, man wants to be healthy and lose weight so I can’t be going there frequently you know?
O. K.Love the Chiken but NO air conditioning so it was really hot in the store! A little small downstairs if you have a pushchair. Nothing more to say other than that finger licking good!
D. P.Really fast service with ques sometimes throughout the day but expected from a fast food restaurant in the centre of town, would recommend a visit if you fancy fried chicken as its there fortay. There gravy is to die for so really do try it at least once.

The lady that served us clearly did not speak much English so the communication ordering wasn't as easy as it could have been but the order was all correct.

E. D. (. R.This was probably the best KFC I've ever had, food was fresh, hot, and not greasy at all, only thing that let it down was my wife's bun on her burger was slightly stale, other than that really tasty, nice thick gravy side too.
J. S.It is very busy and have found myself waiting a very long time. It is sometimes hardwork communicating with some of the staff. There was a girl who just kept on shouting "WHAT" and kept pulling faces of disgust.
Not all staff are like that luckily though.
In addition I have found that the place is usually dirty, tables are all sticky and the bins are over flowing.
It is usually full of chavs who like to block entry to tables with their pushchairs. And the atmosphere is not very nice. Feels like I'm in a playground full of bullies.
