You know that feeling when you are stuck in a well, you have one bottle of water left and no-one is near you. Rain is due in a few hours and your phone smashed when you fell in. You try to climb up but your fingers are too broken from punching the wall of the well in frustration. This branch of KFC is the exact opposite to that.

The staff are always great and flexible to meet my "troublesome" order requests. I have been visiting them since the KFC at Fosse Park closed. The only complaint I have is the chicken are getting quite salty especially the stripes. The stripes are really very salty. Hope it is possible to reduce the salt.

Typical fast food restaurant. .... we ordered via the drive thru the speaker was damaged because we could not hear the person taking the order clearly and we ordered extra items with our meals and we did not get them so we had to go in store which was an inconvenience and overall the meal was quite nice

It was rammed busy when we got there, the staff were trying to cope as best the could. The drive thru was mobbed. The counter was full of delivery drivers and there was a load of walk in customers. The food took about 20 minutes to be served. But they were very busy, so I didn't mind at all. They didn't have hot drinks which always gets my goat up, but the food was hot and the order was correct at least.

To whom may concern, I am one of your fan at KFC and usually come to this KFC location. This morning around 11am (27 of June, Sat). I got the bad experience due a manner of the lady receiving the order at the counter and I should say it is rude. Firstly, she did not even say any word when we asked her to get a tomato ketchup. We says "Excuse me" in front of her face three times and she did not even say a word thank you. She seem angry with something and also not in a good mood I guess. However, she should not treat a customer like that. I don't mind now. However, the customer will be more satisfied if we get a hospitality manner and warmly smile. Overall, I love KFC and its services and always support it. However, this time, I would say the services could be better. I hope this is one of the thing and won't happen again. Thank you.

I've used the drive thru, ate in the restaurant and had my food delivered. So far I've had a good experience 🙂 food is fresh and tasty, the delivery service is exceptionally fast and hot when it arrives, which is a bonus! My only complain is that it can be difficult to order at the drive thru as sometimes either the worker can't understand/hear me or I can't understand/hear them! So it takes a fews goes before you get your order through 😄

Ordered the new vegan 'chicken' burger to see what all the fuss was about. Service was quick and friendly. The fillet itself was nice and 'meaty' and the coating tasted just like the regular KFC batter, however as a burger it was just too dry. There was a small dollop of mayo and a few bit of lettuce, it looked nothing like the posters. It just needed something more, extra sauce, more salad, just something to give it that added juiciness you get from real chicken. Well done KFC for putting a plant based burger on the menu. I feel it just needs a little tweak to get it right!

Been here twice and twice they got orders wrong. On first occasion the restaurant was closed and had to use drive thru. Second time restaurant was open but no one was taking orders at the order till. I had to ask three times before someone took my order. Maybe just me being unlucky but happening on first two visits is a bit poor.

Lack of parking. Causing road congestion. Queuing traffic trying to get in block's vehicles trying to get out. Seems at the weekend there isn't enough staff on too cope. Foods good. When you get served eventually. Pity it's about cold when you can get out of the car park. Tip park in the road opposite. And eat on their premises. Leave the rubbish on their premises. Result good food hot.

Service a bit slow inside store ! Stood for at least 5 mins maybe more just waiting whilst assistant decided he needed to tidy up even though I was standing there before he walked off ! Car park entry/exit let's this KFC site down as it gets blocked. Staff and food are excellent always. Drive through queue at busy times can be 15 minutes long.

I hope this review helps management and doesn't cause problems. The person at payment point had poor listening skills and made our visit uncomfortable by getting the order wrong. I feel like the tower fillet burger has shrunk since the last time I had one, so not much of a tower anymore The food was nice and fresh, I especially liked the twister. Unfortunately there was no yoghurts for my 2 childrens kids meals. And we were not told as we orderd. We got offered small ice creams and accepted, even tho it's winter. The toilets smelt of old sewage. After going to the front counter to correct my tower burger then ask for the key to get into the baby changing unit, unfortunately, I had to go again. The ice cream given was off. Completely off. By then I felt management got fed up of me and said. " No one else has complained" then another member of staff tried the ice cream and cringed. This is not malicious. I'm not a complaining person. Check my history. Like I said. I hope this helps management.

Not gonna lie. I think a lot of the reviews are just salty idiots that don't understand they're not dining at le cordon bleu. Its a fast food place. Its not perfect. I've been here a few times and my service had been fine. Food was good, and even though the staff have been overstretched every time they've given good service. Only criticism is that the company needs to give this Kfc a break and increase their worker count and stock count. In regards to hygiene* (a previous tard spelt it wrong) they cleaned up when they had the staff to spare while I was there today. Only mess around was left by lazy common troggs who evidently have no sense of hygiene or decency in a public space.

Definately mouth watering! UK Kfc is by far the best in the world!! Ive been here for 3 years now relocated from toronto, Canada. The taste of kfc here is really nice compared to back home. Its marinated well and full of flavour. The zinger tower burger aswell is very nice. Hot wings are ok but I feel they are coated too much. The staff at this restaurant are really nice and onpoint. They know how to recommend what to order which was a very good and positive experience for me. Thank you

Good place to pick up some chicken both on the go and to eat in. Service is quick and simple, aswell as the staff being friendly and helpful, incase you want a certain thing with your order etc. Food is alright but is a bit too greasy, making the batter a bit less crispy, but other then that, the food is nice and well prepared and cooked.
