Very clean when I went, busy but plenty of parking. Took a while for the food to be ready and when I got it it wasn’t very warm, seemed to be waiting on fries which were hot but anaemic. Staff were nice.

The staff is nice and helpful, I find that at this MacDonald's service tends to be faster than the ones at city centre. There is loads of seating available, and a little area with tablets for children. Tablets not always functional I have to add, but I can understand why. I've seen how some children treat them. There is also a small play area for children outside the restaurant but remains closed. I think more self service machines available would be a good idea tho.

It's a macdonalds. So standard there then. They were very busy during my visit and so I am not overly bothered that the fries were not that hot. However. They were clearly prioritising the people queueing at the counter over table service. The girl next to us arrived after us, queued, gor her food, sat at her table and finished her food before ours arrived. Good luck to her, I am not mad about having to wait, but it seems unfair to the people who have chosen not to crowd up into a big mob by the front desk. Ok I will stop complaining now 😆 Anyway, my advice is to queue for the counter; It's faster. Also, I don't think I have ever had to spell queue so many times before.

Good place for a quick bite. Kids love the happy meal. Cons: Mostly you will be getting paper toys in happy meal, that will not last for the meal time (or) A book which my boy won't bother reading. Tried the new menu Chilli Cheese Bites, its yummy. Loved it.

The only thing losing McDonald's stars for me is the quantity of drink in their cups.. Kids always order milkshakes and over the past yr every time we take the lid off to see how much is actually in the cup we have been disappointed and the same for their other drinks they rarely come to the line on the cup where they should which makes me feel as though we are being cheated out of the full amount we pay for and the manager needs to tell the staff to stop giving customers half a cup ' especially milkshakes ' because those are the worst.

It's McDonald's yes. But I was really impressed with how clean it was. How helpful and polite the staff were. Unfortunately most McDonald's branches seem to be over run by Uber drivers these days. This one - at least for now- is a positive exception to that.

I find it odd saying that this was the best McDonald's I have been in. I went in for breakfast this morning, used the self-service screens. My food was brought to the zone I was sitting in very quickly. They have bench sofas which all looked very nice There is also a kids play zone. I did not look at this. The place was very clean.

Post pandemic McDonalds have been very slow at getting food out, don't blame them for that I'm sure they are losing staff and need to train up news ones. 3 stars is because it's like a circus in there with the new number ordering system and they need to sort something out for Uber,deliveroo and just eat drivers. They just loiter around and were sitting on tables not keeping entrances clear. Not sure what the answer is but something must Be done.

Almost always ordering from the app and collecting from Click&Serve point. Waiting times are decent during week days,but during weekends when is really busy you can end up waiting more than usual. Overall satisfied with Click&Serve service, but be aware that this is not 24hr service.

This McDonald's is reasonably large and has touch screens to order food, the staff are very helpful and kind. At the moment they have an in door and a seperate exit. Toilets are very clean and so is the shop floor. Tables are disinfected after every use. There is a drive through which is very busy during morning's and lunchtimes.

Good experience, meet and greet at the door. Asked if dining in or take away. If dining in they'll allocate good social distancing space between tables etc. Plenty of hand sanitisers, sprays and rolls to wipe down. They clean every table after it's vacated before next customer. Friendly and polite staff. Just be mindful there is 90 mins limit at this car park.

A good McDonald’s with friendly staff and a great location just minutes from the M1 and adjacent to a large retail park and Asda (including petrol station). As such it’s a great alternative to nearby Motorway service stations.

Easy to get to, in the middle of yhe shopping centre. Convenient place for a quick bite. Well staffed to control social distancing. Queue info system is appalling, as food was not ready to pickup even minutes after declared so by the screen. I'm frustrated because it seemed like a deliberate attempt in all McDonald's in the area to keep a time target of some sorts.

Very impressed. My daughter and I have been shielding for over a year. We decided to have something to eat outside as the weather was so nice and we'd not been anywhere in all that time. Mcdonald has an app which allows to order while they deliver outside. Brilliant!!! Avoided queuing which was great for my disabled daughter. Toilets spotless and only 1 person allowed at a time. Disinfectant everywhere. Did a lot to allay our fears as catching Covid could be life-threatening, in spite of vaccination. Food was great, hot and served with a smile. A lovely treat.

I was amazed at how different UK McDonald's are from US McDonald's. I can see why this place was slammed. Courteous employees are waiting to assist you. Convenient touch screens for ordering. Clean facilities. Children receiving balloons. It really has a family friendly atmosphere that I had never experienced in the US. Don't expect this level of quality in the US.

A very nice store in a great location, they have iPads and a little enclosed play area for the children, situated on the retail park it's ideal for a quick snack on a busy day also very close to the m1 and m69 with a petrol station next door. The food we were served was not hot and the staff were not very friendly but hay ho. This location can be busy at times and even when not busy it seems to take a while for them to prepare the food. One of the cleanest McDonalds in Leicester which is easy to get to and has more than enough parking around it. They have phone charging and table service if you need. It's always been very clean and well staffed. I've never had a problem at this restaurant.

It's a McDonald's. If you don't know what a McDonald's is, looks like or does then I'm sorry, this is not a very helpful review for you, as I've assumed you know what McDonald's is This is a large McDonald's with an unusual circular annex (was a Carphone Warehouse for a number of years). We do not visit often, but this one is always clean, and they appear to operate a good Covid-19 policy. It can get very busy, especially now the main food court at Fosse Park is closed for refurbishment. The car park entrance is shared with the drive through and can back up quite a bit. If you are going to go in to pick up your food, or eat in it might be easier/quicker to park in one of the Fosse Park car parks. Signs state McDonald's car park is monitored with (I think) 90 minute parking limit. So do not park in McDonald's if you plan to go shopping round Fosse Park (there is ample Fosse Park parking facilities). If you are in the mood for a MaccyDs, and are nearby this is as good an example as I've seen, and definitely better than some

Good service at this McDonalds to be fair. Usually quick and gets it right when I make changes using the touch screens. A tip is if theres a queue for the screens near the main entrance, check the ones near the toilet. These are usually free even when the restaurant is busy.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever gone to, both in the UK and the US. My family of five (3 young kids) went here for breakfast on March 11th. We used the kiosk to order. Easy peasy. The kids played on the tablets while we waited. Our food came quickly. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They gave my kids balloons, coloring pages and crayons, and batman masks. What a great start to our day. Thank you!

It's McDonald's, so you know what you are going to get. There is a vast amount of seating and this one has tablets available with games on for kids to use whilst eating, though I'm not sure how hygienic it is with everyone that touches it. There is a drive through, a novel idea where you can order from your car, pay from your car, and then eat in your car (crazy - you probably haven't heard of that before!) It's a bunch of junk but it tastes good if you don't have a refined pallet.

Ordered a chicken salad. Looked nice on the electronic ordering site but chicken came in two dried lumps with sweating salad. Only in date for that day. Was dubious as chicken was luke warm and reheated chicken should be piping hot. Basically a load of leaves and 2 small lumps of chicken for over £3. Not the best!

Quick drive through, busy as always as it's a few miles from Heathrow, clean and tidy, however if going through drive through, check your order before departing, as they have on a few occasions got the order wrong.

The mcdonalds in fosse park leicester is probs the best ive been to. Just took my son there today. The staff are very hard working, taking away our rubbish and keeps the restaurant clean in between customers. They even went around to everyone with children giving out balloons and craft sheets. Personally the food was good , BUT the leicester fosse park branch on Saturday 12th pm , the female floor manager , grey skirt ,white shirt hair in a bun with glasses , name began with a M ......couldnt look to hard as the shirt was quite well filled out ...lol , if you get me , BUT she is Beautiful ...stunning !!!!!
