S. S.The food was tasty and juicy grilled chicken. The garlic bread was drowned in butter and was a bit hard.I recommend you to book a table and visit while going if it’s in rush hour it will be very hard to find tables if you are in a group. You are ordering everything via the app by scanning the bar code at the table or you can pre install the app in your phone. Don’t forget to put the correct table number or you food will be miss placed,of if you plan to change you should notify the staffs about changing the tables.
J. B.Friendly staff. Food was cooked perfectly everything was really hot and how you'd expect. I did go about 11.45 so it was fairly quiet but by the time I'd finished my food the place was full. You get what you'd expect most of the time with a franchise like this and everything was hot. Quick. And it was free through the rewards you get when ordering through the app. I got a half chicken and 2 sides thank you very much 👍

G.Nandos is always a mixed bag for me sometimes good and other times shocking i go for the butterfly chicken bit of peri-peri can't usually go wrong the odd time can come dry, chips are chips what can i say , mash creamy not to bad ,corn always on point, peas from there are a no no over complicated what you put in it rank !! Overall though not to bad.

J. S.Great location and easy to access from the main car park area. On our visit there was a 15 minute table wait despite multiple tables being clean, free and unreserved both inside and out. We followed the directions on the app and stood outside to wait for a short while, then went back in to sit on the couches in the front of the site. We were immediately then seated. Food was standard Nando's fare and well cooked, fresh and good quality. Overall a good experience but the front of house staff may need some training. Whole site appears access friendly and was clean throughout on our visit.

C. F.Yesterday 07/10/2021 was the grand opening in Fosse Park and the restaurant was really busy and everyone was struggling to get the orders on time. We've been ordering for take away and the guy from the till told us that the waiting time is 15 minutes,but we waited for 45 minutes...Dissapointed! In the end the lady who served us was nice and apologised a lot, and I understood was their first day,but I think in Fosse Park will always be crowded and they will have delays with orders,but I hope they will manage it well. The location is really nice and tidy.

R. L.The food was lovely, the only disappointing park was where we sat the seat was dirty from previous guests. I had to ask waitress to clean it. We ate at 2-40pm and it wasn't busy. You have to order off of a app. I had to keep calling the waitress over to help. I have to use a crutch to walk and she didn't offer to get my drink for me. She just stood at the door waiting for customers to arrive. Not the friendliest or helpful at all unfortunately. Maybe the manager should check all areas are cleaned or get the staff to. I went to order a voucher for a Christmas present all the staff plus manager standing around talking. Know one ignologed us. It was the chef who said someone will be with you shortly. I thought that was very rude. But the food was hot and I think reasonably price. Just the staff need to gain better customer service!.
m. b.Let's be honest it's Nando's so it is cooked the same way, regardless of which restaurant you use.. Food was fine, the service was slow. I cannot understand why it is not table service, as this could be quicker. I also reported an issue with the ladies. It was a simple matter to resolve but this may have some time to fix...
C. F.My wife and I are 'Nando's Newbies'. Popped in for lunch today and really enjoyed the chicken and chips experience. Just like the old days but hotter and no basket. The young staff all very helpful. Charlie helped us decide on the strength of the sauce for us first timers. Food was OK and filled a gap.

E. T.Seem to be having a difficult opening. Issue with the at table online ordering system left us waiting for a long while. A manager (Ben) did apologize, explain, and offer us a free starter, which is why this is a 3 rather than 2 star review. Otherwise, somewhat disappointed none of the staff were wearing masks (one member of staff in the kitchen coughed into her T-shirt right in front of the service counter over food waiting to go out). Food was ok, similar to other Nandos I've eaten at. Probably won't go back for a while at least.
