M. M.One my favorite places in UK, this branch is extra special as it offers Halal chicken. I have tried many items and most of them are all tasty.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
They hygiene level is also good at this place and the parking is so easy.
D. N.Bit overpriced for what we got. (Food portions was tiny)
Staff looks like it's their first day at this work. Waitress told us that he's gonna bring two plates for us but he went to talk with other colleagues while our food was on the table becoming cold.

All 3 of us ordered grilled pineapple and it came over cold - straight out the can! So we had to ask for it to go back and actually be GRILLED. The cola in the pump was flat so we told a member of staff but they didn't come back to tell us it was sorted so although we paid for bottomless drinks we had pretty much finished eating before we got a drink!
However the Sunset burger is just the best!
G.I went for a meal a couple weeks ago and had a very bad experience. The food was cold and didn’t taste as usual, when I complained the staff were not helpful. It’s not to say I wouldn’t go again. Generally Food has been nice in the past.
R. A.We love Nando's, but in this branch the service are not good, they don't look after us, we run out of drinks, I need to go inside and ask to give us. As soon as you get your orders, that's it! They will not bother you while eating hahaha. Sorry I only say what we experience eating here after lockdown opening.

B. R.I love Nando's chicken and the piri piri hot sauce. One little issue we had was that we ordered at the till and presented them with a gift card voucher I got for Xmas present. But was told that I can only use the gift card when ordering from the table through the app. This was such a disappointment as one of the reasons for going was to use the gift card as a treat for me and my wife. So we just paid at the till as we did not want to go back to our table and download the app to reorder put food again. Such a shame.

R. K.This particular store , freemans common, was too noisy and had loud music which didn't help. The food was not as good as the highcross branch. The highcross branch cooked the chicken really well whereas this store it was not as good. I won't be going back to this store, I'd rather go to the highcross one.

S. o. a. M.We waited in a virtual queue for around 35 minutes. We could see that the restaurant barely had maybe 4 or 5 tables seated and all the other tables were free or needed cleaning.
We were finally seated and food was ordered after seveveral attempt, for some in our party. We felt like we waited longer than needed considering the small amount of customers seated and ordering. The food came as was pretty decent but, in true Nandos fashion, they missed out a couple of things. All in all, the service could have been better but seemed like a standard Nandos experience

I. M.At the moment this place is fantastic, they have a manager who's accommodating, present, and a briliant work ethic. The staff are so well versed also literally waiters are interchangeable and all ask the same questions which is helpful and just everything was so easy. Also the Covid Sheilds are elite you don't even notice but it provides such a good shield and beautiful environment. Great idea.

I recently ordered on line and realised that I had not ordered enough chips. I had to order again online as they could not take cash or payments in the restaurant because of COVID-19, this would have meant I would have to wait again, luckily manager gave them to me on the house which saved me the hustle. It’s good to know that it’s not always about the pennies and that they really care for the customer.

R. H.This Nandos is quite a large restaurant so was easy to get a table for 5 fairly quickly.
Food was as usual very tasty and cooked to perfection.
Only issue was that one of our chickens wasn't ready as other one even though we ordered at same time. The Manager came over to ask if all was ok. We explained that it wasn't due to this. As a good will gesture we got extra sides and dessert. She was very apologetic.
Will definitely visit here again.

J. H.The food was as it normally tastes-good. However the service was just appalling. We had the hostess at the door who was running around like a headless chicken, rude, abrupt and slamming the menus on the table when seating us.
We had a particular server/runner who was frankly too consumed by the male attention to even notice us when we were clearly calling for her attention.
We were also given a half an hour wait time for our food and ended up waiting 55 minutes. The reason to why I've rated it okay is because the food was as it always is... good.

S. G.With COVID in place its all table service. You have the scan the app to have a table. With us going at 4pm it wasnt busy but i still scanned the app and we got a table straight away. If it was busy then you would wait elsewhere and they send you a text when a table is available. I didnt see any hand sanitizer when we walked in and the staff didnt point any out but did mention to wear our masks. Once we sat down a member of staff came to give us our cutlery on a tray but didnt speak which was odd. Didnt introduce herself or anything. The good came out quite quickly and i think you can't go wrong with the food at nandos. Its always good. With the COVID rules in place we couldn't get up for anything. However it was a bit frustrating because not one member of staff came to ask of we needed a top up of our drinks or if everything was ok. We managed to flag someone down after eating for a drink top up and more napkins. Good food but service was ok.

M. S.It was absolutely perfect!! Big bro just got married so the family was hungry after the ceremony of course!! We ordered a large meal for takeaway, waited in the car for 30-35 mins and the guy came out and put the bags of food in the car!!

M. D. F.Went to Nandos with a 5 top. Most servers were quite rude, but Steve was an absolute delight. He put a smile on all of our faces, and really made the dining experience much better. All of our meals were subpar, most likely because of the chicken quality. The atmosphere is nice, but some staff need to be changed because their customer service is poor. Steve needs a raise for his fantastic service!

Y. M.Nice place, food was great, and so was the service, staff helped take photos of the occasion. Love the bottomless drinks and more restaurants should incorporate it. Food selection is good and varies from mild to extra hot. Remember to register your car at the entrance if you are parking in the carpark.

Z. X.Im just not happy with the measures that has been placed because of covid. For example there are boards and sections where everyone is sat at their tables, u can't see anyone, it just makes you feel isolated, the atmosphere is not there anymore. It makes me feel like not attending to these kind of places again because of how the measures are so strict it just really makes you feel isolated.
I understand some measures do need to take place because of the situation we are facing but no other restaurants have large boards up that make you feel isolated.

S. A.Often come here with friends and the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Afternoons can be nice and quiet and it usually picks up afterwards.
I also like the fact that the music isn't too loud so I'm able to communicate with my friends without having to shout unlike most restaurants I've been to. The music is good to listen too as well and the interior is nice and clean.

B.Slow tonight at taking food from pass to the customer about 25 mins wait moderately busy but plenty of staff who could have assisted in getting food out. I also reported no soap in dispenser on restaurant floor staff member said she would address it but not sure if she did as she was busy chatting with a colleague in that area for quite some time.

T.Quick service for collecting delivery with helpful staff. Just remember if you are waiting a while to enter your car registration otherwise you could get a ticket parking here.

A.No one has adapted to the new measures better than Nandos. Starting from the online queue system to the order and service at table....Enjoyed the visit and looking forward to be back again soon.

P. B.I always love Nandos, big fan. Was quite disappointed on this occasion though. Waited to be seated for ages, then sat right in front of the floor. I was freezing cold, and had a cold to make it worse. Would not move us when we asked.
M. C.I ordered my food, asking with a starter, the starter came to me 3 mins after ordering, the main came 1 minute after that! When I explained to the manager that I hadn't had time to even mix my peri sauce with the homous, and that the main had come way too quickly. She didn't even apologise, she just blandly said she'll keep the food warm. I said I didn't want old food, she never acknowledged what I said, simply walked away and put my food under the lamps. She then said 10/15 mins then bought the same old food to my table. I was fasting at the time and didn't want to make more of a scene and I was extremely hungry. Really didn't appreciate that service I got.
