Just gets better and better!! Plain old beanie wrap with 1 side of peri chips, but was more than sufficient before watching a movie at Vue. Brought in my own water bottle as I can't drink any fizzy drinks, and was free to fill it with ice and tap water at the machine.

Great variety of food for all tastes. Sunset burger was very tasty with the sides. My son ordered one side dish incorrectly but the manager and his colleague were very accommodating and this was swapped for the correct one. Great service as usual and shall return for more tasty treats. Thanks

First cheeky Nandos in a long time. This one is well located at Meridian Leisure park. So plenty of free parking. A lively family friendly atmosphere. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They have now changed the ordering process using QR code at the table so need to queue at the till. Full table service. I prefer this.

Having visited this restaurant multiple times, they have anyways been very friendly and service had been **spot on**. My partner has a gluten intolerance and the staff have been so helpful every single time making sure complete care is taken and everything was checked down to the sauces. If you have an allergy i can't recommend this place enough, they'll look after you.

Just been to Nandos for the first time and I have to say the experience was made really special by the welcome and outstanding service provided by Sashane. Her cheerful manner, friendliness and help with the menu was amazing. We left feeling like we'd made a friend. The food was delicious and came within ten minutes of ordering. The restaurant was immaculate with well spaced out seats. My brother is moving to the area soon and we'll definitely be back. Thank you Sashane for looking after us!

You have to now join a virtual queue when you arrive due to lockdown restrictions. While I understand and appreciate they have to do this to maintain social distancing the restaurant and to make time for cleaning, it's annoying you can only join the virtual queue when you arrive. So you essentially have to arrive an hour earlier than you would like to. If they offered the option to book a time slot for the temporary measures, then it would be helpful.

This place has really good food, if you don't want to cook or anything, I would recommend this place to eat.They are open again inside with barriers between the sides of tables.

Before you can enter the restaurant you have to scan the QR code that is on the A board outside to join the virtual queue. A staff member will call you when its your turn to be seated. Once seated you have to scan another QR code to place your order, input your table number and pay online. The staff member will bring your food to your table once ready, they also bring any sauces, plates, napkins, drinks you have asked for. You are not able to get up and help yourself to anything, you have to call a staff member. Screens are also in place between tables.

First time in a restaurant after lockdown ease. I have to say they have done an amazing job at organising the seating etc as its all done online. You sit down and the scan the QR code on your table then you order off the app. Real good friendly service also best Nandos in East mids!

Got there at 5pm, seated straight away. Food came very quickly and was very tasty. Personally I don't like going up to the counter to order and pay up front, but it does mean that you don't have to wait for a waiter to pay when you are ready to leave. Here you also have to collect your own plates, cutlery, serviettes, sauces and soft drinks, hence 4 not 5 stars. Place got very busy, but not hassled at all to leave. I had given this 4 stars, but now I’ve had time to think, I believe it should be 5, so I’ve changed it. Can’t knock off stars because of the ordering system, which is just the way it is!

Probably the best Nandos we've been too so far. (we've been to a lot!!) Spacious, clean and tidy restaurant, friendly staff, smiling and polite, plenty of parking, plenty of space for people to have a seat and wait for their takeaway, loads of seats indoors for people dining in (or outside too as well!). As per normal with Nando's, if you go at a busy time, you'll wait to get a table. We went on a Sunday night, and it wasn't a problem. Service was generally quick, and efficient. Food is cooked to order, so it's hot, and depending on your spice threshold, it can be a bit 'warm'. Additional sauces are available, on the side near the cutlery, ranging from mild to red-hot. As this is part of the meridian leisure park, parking is free. If you like spicy chicken, this is a recommended eatery.

Your typical Nando's. Free parking. Lovely staff. Fast service. Lots of tables. Can't complain. Regularly go to this Nando's because of the free parking and location. Never had an issue with the quality of the food. And the toilets are nice and clean.

I went in to get takeaway which I ordered at the till. It was only 5-10 minutes before it arrived. The staff were friendly and the cost for two meals was about £20 (main courses only). Takeaway and eat-in are the same price and the same menu is available. Being a Friday night it was fairly busy so the speed was impressive.

Well first time here. A great experience. The place was really busy and we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was amazing as I didn't know how hot the sauce was I tried chicken wings with mango and lime sauce which was just tangy so could go hotter. Piri piri fries were amazing and will have these again. Great value for what you get. Corn on the cob to die for.

Its the first time that I have used the online ordering system for takeaway. Was easy enough to use and the food was ready to collect in a reasonable amount of time. A better system is needed to cope with the number of takeaway orders and serving them to customers. On arriving home the food was ok, however the chips were a little cold and limp. The best experience of Nandos is most definitely the eat in option.

cannot fault their chicken, chips. they could make a nicer frozen yoghurt though. staff really friendly. they check to make sure your meal is ok. Just remember your table number. I recommend bottomless drinks, meal platter and whatever takes your fancy for dessert. order 1/2 as much chicken more than you need, chickens are tiny. if you like it hot, be warned. I prefer medium spiced chicken with hot sauce to accompany.

I used to like this place but today - sticky table, small portions of chips with the platter, small portions of chicken not much meat what's going on nandos!! Small portions of coleslaw!! Nando’s food is standard, which is really good food. This outlet however is disappointing. I ordered on phone and it took ages before anyone answered. It was loud and the person taking the order, in a rush. Got my name wrong completely, then spelt out, hoping it was correct. Promised food in 20 mins. 30 mins later, reached Nandos. Food not ready. Name wrong. Upon payment, no mention of time of food. Asked if food was ready, told ‘not yet’. Narrated the 20 min saga, person then checked, came back and said 3 more mins! Takeaway sauces not offered. Asked for pots, told they now had sachets. I’ve been to other Nando’s where sachets are available to take away. Here, got asked how many of what I wanted. Cheap-ish attitude to customers. Then there’s the issue of a popular restaurant vs an overcrowded one. With people standing and sitting, waiting in and outside the restaurant, I’m betting more on overcrowded. Wouldn’t want to sit there and eat either.

I'd never been to Nando's before, being a vegetarian I equated the restaurant with chicken. There's a few halloumi and vegetable dishes though that made my visit a good one, and a few more selections for my next visit. The thing that stands out for me though were the the friendly serving staff, they recognised our fellow diners as repeat customers and treated them as regulars, making a bit more effort with them as would be expected, seeming excited to receive them to the restaurant again. I wouldn't have visited Nando's on my own previous to this visit but now I know that there's something on offer for me there should I be hungry and outside a Nando's in future.
