WOW Came here for the first time. To come get some breakfast. The drive though wasn’t too busy. Ordered food and waited about 5 mins which I think is fine to wait. Drive though agent was really nice and friendly. It all counts. Got my food and it was yummy. Great value for money Great portion size for the money. Great taste. Was warm could have been hotter but that’s me just nit picking. I’m saying this now. Mc Donald’s you got some real competition now!! Great work guys !!

Came for the opening day as our first ever Tim Horton's experience. Food is well priced and rather tasty. Coffee was great!!

Went to the drive thru. Despite being front of the line, I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be taken. Ordered chicken tenders (which are halal), caramel latte, and an original glazed donut. The donut was soft and fluffy, better than krispy kreme. Coffee was good. I liked that it wasn’t overly hot. The chicken tenders could have had more flavour but I didn’t expect much from them. Overall, better than expected.

Our first visit, and we were happily surprised. The tables and seating area were clean and it was a much calmer atmosphere than where we'd normally go. The lattice fries were lovely, and my son said that the chicken wrap with sweet chilli sauce is one of his new faves. We couldn't decide which donuts to get, so we bought a box of 6 to take home and try, and they were all nice. Will definitely be returning.

It wasn't bad. The chicken was slightly over done and ordered a maple capp and I was expecting something like a coffee frapp but was just frozen milk with some sauce on top. Wasn't expecting the prices to be so high for the meal then have to pay extra for a drink on top. 2 adults meals a kid's meal and 3 doughnuts will cost you £30+ Disappointed we couldn't pick a selection of 6 doughnuts of our choosing. Worst part about our visit is the lad that was swearing at the other staff because they didn't pass him the drinks then stormed off whilst still swearing. Very unprofessional especially when I'm standing there with my 3 year old and other family listening to him as well.

Coffee was excellent. They don't do toast! Staff was a trainee on the counter, so understood he did not know the menu fully. Missed my orange juice and had to ask for serviettes etc. Apart from that, really good.

We have used Tim Hortons in Canada on numerous occasions and it is nice to see one pop up not far from where we live. It was cheaper than a McDonald's breakfast and the service was great. Seating areas were great too.

Enjoyable donuts and coffee. Drive through staff didn't seem to know their pricing when I wanted to change my order from 3 donuts to a box of 6 and it took 3 people to answer the question. The Canadian maple donut is worth a try. This is the only one that keeps me going back when I want a treat.

First time i have been here, but the burger tasted like a microwave burger real bad. Then i had ordered a normal hot dog but recieved the curry one, however that was quite nice, food temperature wasnt too good at all. Had a donut that was really good. Hence 3* if i had of just had the manky burger it would be 1*

Edited my review after a second visit: ginger girl with glasses on the window was rude and verging on aggressive. Had the same order as before and the burgers looked and tasted boiled. They’ve been heated up in a microwave for sure. Probably won’t come again. Advertising guy at the entrance to the car park gave me a menu and everything looked sooo good. I had the bacon double cheeseburger meal and 3 chicken tenders. Amazing! Loved it. First Tim’s experience and definitely won’t be the last. Lattice fries were great too. Love that the soft drinks are in bottles. My sauce was originally forgotten at the drive thru window but when I asked I got them in the end.

We have been to the new branch a handful of times since opening as it's right near our house and I love me a double double! However, the experiences have been 50/50. Sometimes it is fine, food and drinks all correct and great. Other times not so great as food and/or drinks have been wrong and, on one occasion, we were served food with a component we had asked to be removed due to an allergy ie asked for bacon and egg muffin with no egg as allergic through drive through, but when got home realised it had not been removed. We complained to the email address required but no response. The other day I got attitude from a staff member because I was using a free drink loyalty card and ended up just paying as my baby was crying and the staff member was faffing. I will continue to go there but much less and with greater caution!!

We sat inside. Ordered a hot dog and a maple burger with lattice fries & hot chocolate. The flavours were good, but the food was luke warm at best. Will not be goung back. Boo Burger over at the Food Hall in Fosse Park does a far better burger and serves it nice & hot.

The wait at the drive thru was over 20 minute's which I expected as it just opened recently..French vanilla and tim bits were delicious..only criticism is the staff don't hand out any wipe's or paper towels to drive thru customer's...which led to a sticky steering whel after ..lol

When the food is good it's realy good when it's not it's cold and they don't understand coffee with milk it's always black. The drive through takes a long time and can take 20 mins+ when it's busy.
