+ Great tasting food, love the cozy atmosphere and the smell of Italian herbs and spices in the air. I don't mind the QR code scanning to order, but I prefer the traditional way of ordering, since it's more personal and you can ask the staff questions about the menu. - While waiting for someone to take us to our seats, a few staff members walked by, but didn't even look at us. It doesn't hurt to be kind and salute the customers. Prices could be a bit lower as well. Overall we had a really good time and appetising food. Please bring back the pollo spinaci calzone as it was delicious and my girlfriend was a bit disappointed not to see it on the menu anymore.

Delicious food and amazingly quick service if you use the contactless ordering app. Tasty, good kids menu and choice. Some items out of stock at the moment but everywhere is like that. Nice atmosphere inside too and paying and ordering via the app is so easy and quick. Great time - thanks.

This order was made via Deliveroo. There isn’t a lot of vegan choice at all. The only nice thing really was the rainbow lasagna which is sadly no longer available! I had the Rustica Vegan Margherita Pizza, this was rather cold a bit plain. My partner had the Casareccia Pollo Piccante which was lovely but the Cheesy Chilli Garlic Bread was burnt and not enjoyable at all.

Clearly understaffed, due to covid, staff on shift 28/12/2021 around 8pm. All absolutely working there arses off in a busy zizzis. Staff deserve some kind of praise. Polite, very short wait all while clearly rushed off their feet due to circumstances out of their control.

I loved this place and after lock down I finally returned to my favourite Italian restaurant only to find it had closed down. Sadly this meant the patisserie at the side of the restaurant also closed .. I loved the jam and would often buy it from the shop , however I can’t for the life of me find the jam anywhere else .. has anyone come across this else where by any chance ? I think it was either Date or Figs HELP !!! Lol thanks

Visited Zizzi's to support the Eat In plan. Booking was straightforward and when we arrived had a great welcome from the staff especially the Manager who has served our family for years and looks after us so well .Service was excellent considering how busy it was and food was the best ever! We need to support such businesses. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the waitress that served us. The Manager never stops working and is a real credit to your company especially how she serves the public and treats staff too!! Excellent. People just arriving outside were not turned away either although I suppose this depends on how busy they are. Well done!

We visited here on Wednesday 18th of August, we were greeted at the door the menu was explained, sanitisation was clearly explained too. The food was fantastic, tasty and the service excellent. The 3 of us had starters, main courses and a couple of soft drinks the bill came to 35 pounds thanks to the eat out to help out scheme. Would definitely recommend.

I recently visited on a work night out and was once again impressed by the amazing service and tasty food. All members of the party enjoyed each course and had a fab evening. Once again the pinoli pizza was delicious. I especially enjoyed the special red velvet brownie dessert which was presented beautifully.

I love and enjoy eating at zizzi restaurant but the last time I went there they had good service especially cause my mum's on a weelchair and her food was ice cold to the touch ..she had a lamb shank. And they said you can have anything off the menu ..but she didn't want anything cause she was so put off by it ..however the manager said that he would take off and extra meal off the bill as well as all the drinks was on the house ...so overall.
