Fast and friendly service. About 20 minutes passed from accepting the order to serving the last dish.
Pasta Crisps for free.
A nice surprise. Nice restaurant. A lot of people. Clean tables.
Good food. I am happy to go back there. I recommend.

After shopping, we wanted to go somewhere new and it was worth a try. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was brilliant
The staffs were really attentive, professional and we throughly enjoyed every part of it.

Always love going zizzis, but first time going to the one in fosse park. The food hall section all looks remodeled since the past couple of years, making a lot better. The food was delicious as always and will keep visiting in the future.

Decent food. Not too many options though. Good atmosphere.

Thought I’d even out the negative reviews here.
It seems many people havent been to a Zizzi before, but lets recap:
- decent Italian food (better than say Bella Italia, but not as good as Carluccios, and no where near as good as a real authentic place)
- usually friendly service
- great range of pizza, pasta and meats
- fantastic deserts
Its chain restaurant at the end of the day, so you should know what to expect.
And the first visit to the new place was really as expected. Decent food.
Some dishes were not available and they had no straws.
I do actually like the “speedy order” QR code ordering, and the food was delivered to the table in good time.
Then pay and leave. Makes for quite a fast efficient food service.

Excellent experience. Went for a meal with my mum - firstly, we entered through the wrong door but the waiter who greeted us was very friendly and sat us down straight away anyway. Very quick service. We ordered some olives to come with the drinks, but when the waitress arrived with our mains they still hadn’t come so we cancelled them. Just after she left a different waitress arrived with the olives. When the previous waitress returned she was extremely apologetic - we said it didn’t matter and we’d eat them now they were here. She took them off the bill, which she didn’t have to do, but was a very kind gesture. Food was delicious, great value for money.

Service was OK, they were very busy and had to often stand to get somebody's attention. The sauce that came with the sweet potato fries was delicious, mu son loved him kids pompdoro pasta and my daughter enjoyed her margarita pizza, although I thought is taste weird. I ordered the salmon thinking it was the healthier option but is seemed fried in oil, a little burnt and very small. The vegetables surrounding it weren't very good either, oily, and a small portion, a tiny stem of broccoli, some potatoes, also very oily. It was also lacking any flavour. Both kids needed the toilet at the same time and when we came back to our table, even though all of our things were still there, the table was cleared. My daughter wanted her pizza and chips, and one of the kindly servers did replace these for us.

We found it to be a little expensive, but seriously good quality of food. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere. The toilets were clean and well managed. A treat to visit every now and again

Had to wait outside as there were two couples in front of us, not a great queuing system, and had to wait a while to be seated. Ordered the drinks, starter and main together, had the wine and starters which were delicious, but hadn't finished our starters and the mains came out, which was quite off putting as the lady could clearly see we were still enjoying the starter, and didn't apologise just plonked the main down. The main wasn't as big as I've previously had, but was tasty. Is quite crammed next to other people, which is very off-putting especially when your going out as a special treat. They didn't have one of the puddings we wanted so chose another, and shared the two which were very tasty. I must admit I prefer the one in the highcross more.

Good pizza, lights need to be a bit lower and romantic

The quality of food was amazibg with a good level of service.
Only recomendation would be to privide a more personalised service with more engagement and improve the Environment by deeming the lights.

We really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant a few days ago
Fairly busy Sunday evening with families eating out, lots of staff available and attentive
As one of the group was Coeliac, so the manager took the order
Service was fairly quick, but remember they prepare a lot of dishes freshly.
Lots of stickers to identify Gluten free and vegan dishes as they were served
We had three courses, took 100 minutes. we were there to enjoy our meal

Lovely restaurant, outdoor seating area, food was excellent. 3 courses £22.95 well worth it with good size portions.
Plenty to choose from on the menu

The experience is quite nice and the prices are pretty good. For all you drinkers they have a wide range to choose from like wine, beer, spirits, cocktails and much more.

Excellent food - however felt rushed to finish our food. Table being cleared when people were still eating - very rude and unprofessional
