We called into Burger King at the waterside. We heard that their Cafe Italians was good. Wow, waitress service. The coffee and cakes were delicious. My favourite carrot cake. Definitely recommended.Try red velvet, chocolate fudge, coffee & walnut and carrot cake.

Most recent visit has advertising all over the tills and restaurant showing you to "install the app to collect points". This restaurant doesn't have a QR scanner and when asking a member of staff what am I supposed to do with the app they said "I don't know".

The guy at the counter was really polite. The food is usual, I only eat this type of fast food if I really can't avoid it - like forgetting your flat key in the car that you dropped for tyre change then walking home in 30 minutes just to realise in front of the house that you can't get in and you have to find some occupation for the next 90 minutes and this place looks like the perfect place to take a leak and answer some emails - this is why I give only 3 stars.

Good experience with offer of free Whopper but a few things that would make it even better 1. I have poor eyesight so reading any board is a no for me, better if I could use mobile order or menu is on a card for me to use magnification. 2. £2.49 for a small cup of tea when their competitors 99p. Bk competition take order over phone and bring to the table which when I'm in my wheelchair makes life so much easier for me without having to balance my order on my knee to the table. 3. When its time to choose for me I'll always go with the best option even though bk have the edge on product quality. 4. Giving feedback is a pain when bk want all cookies with no reject button so no feedback from me.

Not always enough staff. I appreciate they have a labour figure they need to maintain, but i see people walking away as fed up with waiting. Myself, I enjoy BK food, the long BK Burger is so nice. As always, Burger King tastes great! 5 star. Great service. Despite lots of places these days looking like ghost crews, if you know what I mean. BK manages to get by with as much. Amazing, about 10-15 people per shift at McDonalds, usually about 5 here? The rulings usually out on McDonalds now, doing smaller less complex sandwhich choices, and punier fries, and no onion rings, no cheesy bites etc... need I go on. I think BK are on the ice cream deserts now, as well... Though the meal was about £8, you may pay 1 or 2 or 3 pounds more... for more... essentially... The mall section is nice, the music is ambient, the lighting adequate, it is a light and airy space, not too densely planned.

Standard experience of a Burger King restaurant. Honoured deals from the app despite not having the ability to order ahead and collect. However, did get the order slightly wrong as took the lettuce and mayo off both the Chicken Royal meals not just one.

I like burger King as a change and usually its pretty good , I only had a whopper meal , the fries are really nice but the burger was a little cold for my liking ,it seemed like it had been sat for a while.

A small little BK inside the shopping centre. Fairly quick service but my goodness there was a young lad in there who demanded if we were eating in the register on the covid-nhs app and only pay by card. He was quite over the top. I think we all know what to do by now, Whopper Cop!!

Great food and good service. Tables are kept clean only problem is not much space to wait for take outs but that's not really their problem due to the layout. Expect a bit of a wait at lunch but not nearly as bad as MC Donald's

Always manages to shock me how nice the food here is, the deals are also brilliant.. two whopper meals for £7.99 is killer.. the staff are nice and the food is surprisingly fresh, chips were lovely and hot which was a good especially after the ice cold chips that I'd become accustom to.. real enjoyable food at a good price with nice staff.. minus one star for atmosphere but really isn't that big of a deal.

Never had a bad meal from here. The only compliant is the way you queue or don't queue. People seem to come from every direction to the counter and not bothered who is at three front. It needs s clear entryway.

Food was good but like most burgerkings I've been to it was a bit grubby. Sticky tables , glass dividers covered in greasy finger prints etc . Your burgers are 10 times better than Mac Donald but your shops need a good clean .

Burger King always offer good value for money meals, consistency through all its franchises I have visited. It would be great if they could follow their rivals with offering free condiments. This would put them on 5 stars, an opportunity exists for BK to turn the tide and stop the niggly little thing of customers having to shell out 20p everytime they want sauce, mayo etc..(majority of their menu).

Much better than it used to be. Fresh cooked, the girl serving is intelligent and on point. I was very impressed with both the food and the service after normally using the St. Marks one after previous visits. Well done.

The place looks pretty tired and grubby....service is slow but the worst thing is the prices....2 burgers (not meals) 2 small cold drinks and 1 chicken fries = £20 !!!!! Absolutely shocking. Haven't been to burger king for years and at those prices I won't be in any hurry to eat at any BK again.

yes it might be more expensive than McDonald's, but the food is more or less filled more with salad in comparison, it's like they want you to enjoy it more so they throw in a free salad with your burger... but that salad is the Ninja within an army, nobody bothers about the poor guy who is likely going to be first, but everyone knows he's there... might ask if I can have the greens separately and maybe if they can add a bit extra to it one day, can't blame someone wanting to enjoy the burger and salad separately to truly get the uninterrupted taste of each, as salad can alter the taste a bit
