This visit for me was a liittle two fold that in my first experience as I was in my power chai. With no disabled access ramp I was unable to go inside, choose my food, sit at a table and enjoy my day out. My only choice was ask the assistant to choose for me and then to consume on the street. Why didn't I just move on to another outlet, because it was last in line. I'm still learning who gets my custom. The food and drink was good, but not the experience.

It's Kentucky Fried Chicken, you know its good if you like buckets of chicken. Loses stars because this location doesn't do milkshakes (aka Krushems) and is very difficult to park near as its surrounded by places that deliver so their drivers usually fill all spaces.

Amazing food. Update: I will change 5 stars to 4. No beans in rice box at all never! Salats also poor no tomato, cucumber just leaves Update 4 star to 2. Wings old oil stink! Chicken files so salty. Rice box always without beans and this place for sure need changes!! Update from 2 to 5 changes was made, everything is good now.

Friendly staff and usually decent food, depending who's on shift. The last time I went in I had staff members laughing at my order and joking around with each other while I was still waiting for parts of my order. Food was lukewarm and dissapointing when I ate it, and my hotwings were burnt. This was just one rough time as usually service at this place is really good. Just sometimes worth keeping an eye out.

I walked in quietly and the staff wasn't aware I was there for like a few second I over herd the end of one of their conversation was so funny. Lovely staff members and they seemed like they knew how to have a laugh whiles still working. Great team and food was great as well

Everything about KFC is very good and delicious. The fries taste like actual potato, Hot wings are hot but delicious, chicken breasts are really tasty, but one thing that is bad is popcorn chicken because it taste raw and like sausage.

The food at this KFC is usually very good, but do check your order back because messed up orders are quite common. The store also suffers from a lack of space inside which means waiting lines build up very quickly and you might not get a place to sit down after. Service has always been slow from my experience, especially at busier meal times.

In a sense this KFC is just like any other. What can you add to the fact they sell delicious fried chicken? Well, in a 2020 oriented viewpoint, they have the covid-19 protection down. The requisite nhs track and trace QR code is on Clear display in the door, along with signs for distancing and max 6 people. The floor is clearly marked with where to stand, and the servers protected by perspex screens. The girl at the till is clearly well practiced at understanding what people with masks are saying, and we had our food to go in a minute or so. Good fast service.

Having tried through Deliveroo the following evening the waiting time is the same as it is if you were standing in the shop. Other customers moaning about the wait but I was pleased after my 1.5 hour journey to sit down and eat. Food good. Service seemed chaotic at times but I have no complaints.

One of the better KFCs. Food tasted good and was cooked well and was probably the only outlet where the meal actually looked exactly like it did on the menu board. Was surprised to see people queuing onto the street on a Sunday evening but after having a meal there I can sort of see why. Especially considering the staff there were friendly and attentive.

Probably the best KFC in Lincoln if you go at the right time of day. Tea time can get very busy and orders have been known to go wrong in the past. Food is well presented and tasty and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful.

Its a KFC outlet as you'd expect/hope for. Clean whenever we've been in & staff polite. Food is KFC (!) and we've never had any problems with our orders here. Generally fairly quick even when busy too. Only bbad thing imho is kind of a minor unsolvable problem - if it's busy, the small size of the outlet means you're queuing onto the high street. On the flipside when it's warm that's actually a good thing.

Ordered bargain bucket. My mum carried it in the car on her lap. There was so much grease, that the bottom of the bucket disintegrated and the grease, dripped through and completely ruined my mum's coat and trousers. Still trying to get it out of my car seat. Not happy at all.
