Reviews of Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar & Grill Lincoln
M. B.
A beautiful bar, as soon as we got out of the lift, after doing the NHS track & trace we were shown to our table, and given a complimentary glass of fizz. The staff were very attentive and made us feel really welcome. The atmosphere was very relaxing and it was lovely to see the views of Brayford Wharf. Definitely worth a visit, the prices were decent too.
M.
Service friendly and prompt. Although restaurant very quiet our table for 2 tucked away in corner by window was ideal.
Sandwich contents lovely but bread a bit chunky and filling. Scones delicious, as were cakes, but would have preferred another small savoury item instead of one of 5 sweet items provided. Carafe of water only available on request although table set with glasses.
A special meal for a special birthday treat
J. A.
Able to squeeze us in at short notice.
Went to celebrate my sons graduation and the service was fantastic. He received a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a lovely touch.
Menu was quite extensive really we had calamari, prawn cocktail, soup and gnocchi to start followef by fish and chips, burgers, chicken and lamb. All well cooked and seasoned.
Prices very reasonable given it's an upmarket restaurant. Just over £200 for 6 including drinks, starters and mains wasn't bad at all.

Beatiful setting at the DoubleTree Hilton. Available to take a lift overlooking Brayford as you travel up to the restaurant. As you arrive, you will be greated and looked after by very friendly and attentive staff. I had a fillet steak au poivre - 10/10! That was delicious. My partner had a sirloin and really enjoyed his meal also. For starters we had a goat's cheese and beetroot salad and 1/2 a rack of ribs. Accompanied by a lovely bottle of red - perfect evening! Highly recommend.
N. W.
It was me and my partners 1st anniversary and the chef Luke 100% nailed our orders on the steak medium rare and medium well done, we will definitely be coming back in the future 10/10

We popped in on a quiet Thursday evening unexpectedly. It was nice and quiet and the staff were friendly enough. The food was okay but nothing exceptional.
My husband had a rib eye steak which he says was cooked how he wanted but wasn't the best he had ever had.
I guess we expected a bit more considering Marco's name is against it.
B. W.
Excellent staff particularly Henry very professional and his recommendations were spot on.
A very pleasant clean restaurant, views awesome from the 5th floor across the Brayford Wharf.
Food was delicious and extremely reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place.

This is such a nice restaurant to visit! Food was to die for, definitely worth the money. The staff we encountered we're really friendly and helpful. The setting is lovely overlooking a sort of man made marina and, as it's on the top floor, you get an incredible view. We were a little confused as to how to find it, you just go in to the Hiton Reception, get in the lift and its signposted from there but is top floor and to the left when you come out. Will definitely be returning.
K. B.
Not up to MPW's standards on this occasion. Menu is far from perfect. Friday night is steak night with 20% discount yet half the steaks were off the menu. Now why would that be? The gnocchi was solid and gelatinous. Service was good but that didn't save the evening.
S. J.
We went here for our second wedding anniversary. We had a lovely window table over looking Lincoln. The food was fantastic, and the presentation was wondering. The staff put together a fabulous dessert for us both which was a lovely surprise - it was very kind and thoughtful. Definitely recommend this place, the food is fab!
J. C.
You might have high expectations dining at a MPW restaurant but these were met and exceeded by our server Henry who was superb. A credit to the company.
C. L.
Lovely lovely food in here. Prices are very reasonable.
Loved the ambiance in here. Mood lighting and chilled atmosphere.
Service is very good.
Exactly what you'd expect from an establishment such as this.
B. J.
No need for many words. This is a 5* restaurant and the staff and food are amazing. Loved it. You do get what you pay for but it is not expensive, just not your Harvester prices.
W. T.
Went with family and friends for Sunday lunch 10 in total ... for my future son in laws birthday ... was quick in coming to take orders for drinks and menu choice ....then it went down hill .....
Starters was fine .. then had to wait a considerably amount of time for the main course to arrive .... and when it did .it was very dissatisfied vegetables was cold and hard ... and roast beef was not only rare but virtually Uncooked in the middle and once again cold in middle after complaining they offered fresh veg.... but the carrots came out when food was half consumed . Potatoes when we all he'd finished eating .... to say service was very slow and only 2/3 serving food for the whole restaurant...... shan't be in a hurry yo go back again ... as for the price could've had a better" hot " meal in a pub restaurant .... at less cost
j. w.
We had a great meal and the atmosphere was lovely would definitely come again

The MCW steakhouse and grill at Doubletree by hilton in Lincoln was an amazing experience. It was my friend's birthday and I gave them a cake to bring out. They put candles and sang happy birthday. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble even when we made changes to our order. The food was beautifully presented, tasty and was more than enough. We were already full from our main course but the desserts were too good to miss. We had a table with views of the Brayford pool for my friend and I got views of the cathedral. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm but uplifting with nice music. I would definitely go back to this restaurant and I recommend that it should be one of the first choices for a special event because the staff really know how to make you feel special. No photos of mains because we just dived in when the food came.
E.
Excellent front of house, well met and good welcome. Met at restaurant and led to seats. Bread and olives taken. Not impressed with the bread, needs a selection and more butter for the table.
Steak was good. Chips very good. Creamed spinach fine. Over all, the photos of Marco PS don't add anything to what is a fine but not excellent steak dinner.
L. G.
The food was lovely as were some of the staff. However the restaurant was very cold even after we asked for the heart to be turned up several times. It was also a very long time between the main course and ordering dessert. I was fairly sure I put on n the order that it was a 21st birthday but no fuss was made (i.e. 21 written on the pudding plate).
V. M.
Amazing experience , friendly staff, hope I'll be back soon
I. R.
Was looking forward to a sunday lunch here for a special occasion, but im afraid it fell short of our expectations, as although the staff(only two) were pleasant we seemed to wait ages for everything. When the food(main course)did come it was warm and not complete, so had to keep asking for the extras which were on the menu as included, and never got them all, and we sort of gave up a little then.
It wasnt busy so guessing there may have been a staffing issue as we did hear other tables complaining. Drinks were small and not cheap for what they are but suspect this is down to hotel prices, and to cap it all there is a service charge.
On this ocassion Mr PMW fell far short and i probably would not go again, sorry.
J. A.
A very mixed experience here. We were greeted and seated very quickly and had our table held due to our travel arrangements being delayed slightly. We had drink orders taken relatively quickly which was good however it took about 25 minutes for us to get a bottle of wine. Unfortunately the staff could not find the bottle we ordered but they did upgrade us to a better wine to compensate us for the wait which was very nice. Food took a long time to come as we sat and watched others around us recieve their food despite them ordering their food a while after us. The quality of the food was average, especially for the price you pay. In total for a three course meal we were seated at our table for around 2 hours and 15 minutes. Don't intend on visiting again.
M. F.
Absolutely fantastic evening from start to finish.
Staff in the bar went above and beyond. Food was absolutely to die for. Our waiter was excellent. Cannot rate this any higher. Thank you to all the staff and to the Chef. 100% will definitely be returning
K. J.
Service and food amazing, ideal for a romantic dinner, cocktail bar for pre dinner drinks with a good atmospher
C. B.
The Afternoon tea was delicious. Lots for three, in fact we took some home. Only complaint was a service charge which was added to the bill. We were not made aware this would happen.
E. T.
Delicious Sunday roast here with the family, excellent service. Will be back again.
Y. W.
Enjoyed a very relaxing afternoon tea. Catered for allergies very nicely. Staff were very friendly and didn't feel rushed. Sat at the windows so had a view over the wharf.
M. S.
We were A group of 4 for afternoon tea for a ladies 82nd birthday. She had requested we take her for a lovely afternoon tea somewhere posh. The Food was presented beautifully on wooden block shelves but the problem was We couldn’t see each other to chat to. Most of the time there was no member of staff to be seen in the restaurant. 2 of us were left with no drink as one member of staff hadn’t told the other we had ordered Prosecco. We were served tea but had to wait again for someone to walk through to ask for sugar. We wanted more tea but had to wait for them to pass through the restaurant again. It was very quiet. Just us and another group of 4 on another table. Not wanting to complain we paid the bill plus the service charge they just add anyway. To be honest the service was not great so would of sooner had the choice of paying it.Understandably these are not normal times with Covid going on but not for one minute did I feel our birthday girl was feeling she was somewhere special . I may as well of just took her to a local cafe where it would probably of felt more welcoming. Money is not an issue me but the
service we expected certainly was not there. Sorry if this is harsh but reviews are suppose to be honest.
D. B.
The food was good, but the service was really bad. How bad can it be when the servers come asking for tips. I would avoid if I am a local here.
M. R.
We had very big expectations from this restaurant it being celebrity chef owned. However we came home disappointed. The food was lovely although the apple crumble was the most basic dish of apple wedges with slapped crumble on top. Anyway the 3 stars I'm giving isn't for food but mainly and sadly the service. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a young gent who we assumed was the floor manager on the shift. He then took us to the table and reassured us with the words 'if you need anything at all we will do our best to deliver' (or something alongside these lines with same meaning)... Well it ended then and there and turned into mouth service only. As soon as we sat down we were brought menus and we were offered olives... After 30 minutes waiting for olives (still!) I pursued a staff member to remind about the said olives and after apology the waiter sped off to what we thought was getting the olives.. No, we proceeded to wait further 10-15 minutes and needles to say after reminding staff numerous times we then received our olives after our starters arrived which was at that point defeating the whole point of having olives as a nibbly snack BEFORE food of any sort arrives. Secondly all 4 of us had 3 course and our table was NOT checked up at any point to ask how the food was. As a manager of front of house myself in many establishments I couldn't stress enough how vital this little gesture is! It's the opportunity to correct any issues that may occur with the dish and avoid either complaint or refund but we saw 3 staff members, two wearing black which suggests they were supervisory on the shift and very often the would stand by the till chattering and no attention to the tablez was given. Nobody also came to ask if we would like more drinks either. It really felt like chasing goose here for attention and service. I have dined in numerous venues throughout the area and sad to say I won't be returning. The service lacks sense of urgency and attention to detail. I hope this review can be a guide to retraining the floor staff if anything.
P. F.
Good attentive service, food was good but not mind blowing
M. F.
Yet another good meal at Marcos. Fillet steak medium rare. Beautiful.
d. t.
Great looking place very clean and polite staff, unfortunately bit disappointed in menu, looked a bit like American come English pub and Italianvery, after ordering scotch egg found to be bland no flavour the very little it did have tasted the same throughout no hint of anything else in there, lastly the steak was nice but they take all the juices away from the meat very odd saying its a steak house chips are dry all in all save your money as this isn't a resturant you would associate with a famous chef.
D. S.
It was okay but we were not aware it was a set menu at lunchtime so disappointing. No steak knife. We ordered sides which arrived 5 minutes after mains came. I'm glad we had vouchers to use as it was expensive for what we had. I've been to Nottingham restaurant and it was far superior.
K. F.
Food and service was amazing and the views are stunning.
J. A.
The food is good but massively overpriced, I understand the pricing of the quality meat but for a gin and tonic the price was ludicrous. Staff are hit and miss, some are delightful and others not so much. Some of the local restaurants are more worth the visit. The restaurant itself is small and there is the option for a window seat where you can overlook a car park and see part of the canal...not the best of views.
S.
Loud & small, a bit ineficient serving. The cocktails are good though!
D. G.
Lovely food, great staff, nice setting, what more foes one want. You pay more but quality does cost a little more but certainly worth it.
B. H.
Went for food here and was expecting great things from the venue. Instead I got ripped off by paying 4 pounds for a side salad the size of a golfball and mediocre food. The service and staff were excellent who served us though. I believe it was Katie and Mrs Steel. Props to them for working in a place with such adequate food.
s. p.
Great food, lovely atmosphere with cathedral views too.
Personally found it a bit weird going through the cocktail bar to get to the restaurant!
But the night was excellent.
E. G.
We went there recently for my mum's birthday, and I was initially impressed that they had scattered little 'Happy Birthday' things on the table.
However, although the staff were very pleasant, they came across as being fairly new to the job. The food was quite slow coming, and the chateaubriand was OK, but not the best steak I'd ever had.
On the other hand, the children's portions were very generous and were free on a Sunday, so that was a pleasant surprise!
Overall not bad, but won't be hurrying back.
R. J.
Had lunch there with my granddaughter for my birthday yesterday . Great service and lovely meal. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
S. R. C.
Over priced. I've actually had better fish and chips made at home unfortunately. However the restaurant is a pleasant space just disappointing the foods so under par.
C. K.
In a really nice setting that is secluded from all of Lincoln, making it peaceful and unique. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was on the whole nice despite a few mistakes. For example one of the steaks that my sister was given was overdone. We also waited long for our food despite how empty the place was which is alright for some but we didn't exactly appreciate the wait. Would recommend as it is not always like this. Facilities are all great!
D. T.
Excellent menu and well organised. Quality of food very high and general organisation extremely efficient. The manager Patrick was attentive and professional and his team was equally as good. Certainly a top spot in Lincoln!
G. V.
It's a very nice restaurant. Kinda on the formal side, however still cosy. Started with a great Scottish egg, enjoyed every bite of my steak, mushrooms side were delicious and tried to make the sticky toffee desert last as long as I could. Give yourself a treat and have this experience if you get the opportunity.
J. P.
We came here on a travelzoo deal. The food was nothing special. We both had soup to start which was tasty and hot. We had cod and chips for the main course. The fish looked appetising but was quite wet and fairly tasteless. The chips and peas were OK. The cocktail and wine we had were very nice but after getting our cocktails the soup arrived almost immediately after which meant we didn't get time to enjoy them. The restaurant was completely devoid of atmosphere. We were the only people in. Our waitress Safia was very pleasant. We will not return
A. K.
We looked forward to our meal here, however we were quite disappointed and didn't live up to expectations. The menu was interesting with items for most tastes. The rib eye steaks we had were quite tough and lacked flavour and came with a few chips and tomatoes, certainly not worth £25.00. Extra vegetables could be ordered for £3.90 for a small portion. The service however was excellent with great views of the cathedral. With the vast amount of restaurants in Lincoln I would not eat here again. We had a better meal a few weeks later in the nearby Horse and Groom pub for a fraction of the cost at Marco Pierre Whites.
J. C.
The food was very good, staff really friendly and attentive. I had the pea and ham soup which was good, followed by a massive piece of fish with chips, mushy peas and tartar sauce which was also good. If I did have a criticism, the tartar sauce contained too much garlic which, I feel, didn't go with the delicate fish. I will definitely go again
G. A.
I really enjoyed my night the staff was right lovely ,very good at their jobs . Definitely coming back . Thankyou guy,s and girl's. X
D. L.
Stayed in the Hotel and dining here one evening. Pre book for a table required. COVID safety measures in place. A small menu but the food was top class. Service was excellent.
L. C.
Had a Groupon voucher which they refused to honour until I said I was going to complain to Groupon when they suddenly had a turnround and accepted it.
Had a steak which cost another £2.50, which though very small was beautiful.
Desert of Sticky Toffee pudding was delicious.
My daughter chose from the 2 for £10 menu, she asked the waitress if they did a mint cocktail, which they made for her, but neglected to mention this wasn't on the list so cost £16 for both.
Staff throughout were very attentive and polite, it's so expensive because there are so many, we had about 5 different ones.
Added service charge on bill.
Very nice to try somewhere posh, can say I have been now but won't be returning
J. F.
We ate here at 6pm on December 6th. The staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. But the music was a generic euro disco which was inappropriate and awful for this restaurant. We asked for the music to be changed but we’re told it’s centrally controlled. Also apart from a small Christmas tree there was not one Christmas decoration anywhere. What a shame. We were the only two people in and after about 15 minutes a group of older ladies came in. Where on earth was the Christmas spirit? And who thought torturing their customers in this restaurant was a good thing? A response to my comments would be good as no one was available on the night that could answer our comments.
C. H.
Lovely food, very tasty and would definitely go back again.
M. S.
Food was excellent, enjoyed the setting, atmosphere & the background music. Staff nothing but helpful.
I. H.
Attentive service, average food and possibly the worst bottle of wine I've ever had in a restaurant...
N. L.
Had a lovely afternoon meal at Marco Pierre last weekend. The waiter Adam was outstanding and the food and atmosphere delightful. We had cocktails in the bar first and although not on their menu the bar staff went out of their way to make my favourite Brandy Alexander cocktail. We will be going for their delicious afternoon tea in November and also booked in for New Years eve. What a lovely way to spend time looking over the Brayford. Amazing!
J. S.
I brought my partner here for a romantic birthday present.
The food was cooked to perfection. There was just enough, we did not leave feeling like we could eat more.
The ambience was great, the place was buzzing.
The staff were attentive and food delivered in a timely manner.
Would I come again, yes. In fact we ontend to go back and make a night of it in the bar afterwards.
J. B.
Food and food service was excellent, but drinks service was extremely poor. Waited ages for a bottle of water at the start, more than 20 mins for our prosecco, had empty glasses and nothing else arrived in an acceptable timescale. It was an anniversary meal and took the gloss off the evening. Our complaint was dealt with very well, but would rather have had an excellent all round experience.
A. G.
Visited for the first time tonight. Had the chicken and a side order of onion rings the meal was superb and just the right portion size. The service was excellent, the staff were attentive. Will definitely go again.
............
Thought I had to add a further review, we went to Marcos for the 2nd time and the experience wasnt as good.
The service was excellent as before, but was let down by the meal. It took 30mins from ordering to be served our main.
We both had the steak and ale pie with peas. The pie was served in a very shallow dish, there were masses of peas but were overcooked.
For dessert my girlfriend had the treacle tart which seemed to taste only of lemon. I had the sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce, but it came in a tiny pot only as big as the pudding with no sign of a sauce. To be fair to them after we complained about the lemon tasting treacle tart they didn't charge for that.
We will be going back again in Feb for a birthday treat so let's hope the cooking has improved back to the standard of our previous experience by then.
J. P.
Food is always excellent quality. 9/10 times the services has been fast, and friendly. However on this occasion they under estimated demand and service was incredibly slow, this was discounted however, overall 10/10 for food quality, 9/10 for service. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area, in my opinion it is one of the. best in Lincoln. Please bare in mind it is best to pre book a table.
D. K.
Just had a great rib-eye steak at MPW Steakhouse. It was cooked perfectly with all accompaniments as I like them; fresh and crunchy. The staff were excellent; very friendly and genuine. The restaurant was clean, well presented and there was a nice quiet din from the other guests. I would return.
P. O.
We went for afternoon tea we couldn't find a fault as you'll see from photo there was a lot cakes and
P. W.
Just everything the staff were great food was great
A. W. (.
Service was really good, the food was less than impressive and certainly no better than a low-quality chain restaurant (like a Harvester or such). I'd give it another try, but would wait for a menu-refresh or a turnover of staff in the kitchen. I think the issue was the quality of the kitchen staff over the quality of the produce.
P.
Great service provided by Oli tonight. A credit to your restaurant. Food was gorgeous, steak perfect! Its not a cheap night out but the price reflects in the food. Definitely give it a try. :)
C. M.
Lovely experience! Booked a table for a birthday and the staff were lovely and the food was incredible! I would highly recommend! Also its located on the top floor of a hotel and there is a decent view while enjoying your food!
L. D.
Lovely birthday meal for my husband. Onion soup was tasty, steak was melt in your mouth, salmon was fine but salad a bit tired. Staff friendly and polite. Great view of the Cathedral.
B. D.
This is by far the most upscale and best restaurant place in Lincoln. It was recommended by some colleagues.
The food is very good and all is topped by the even better bar. The bar is full scale and capable to mix and recreate most drinks. We had a cocktail enthusiastic person with us, who challenged the bar tenders a bit - was quite perfect.
P. C.
We visited at lunchtime, so were presented with the lunch menu, but my mother and sister wanted steak (it is a steakhouse after all), which were only available on the a la carte menu. We were then told they cannot serve steak at lunch, so we left (hence it's a bit tricky to review).
The restaurant itself was very nicely presented, and the service (albeit we only experienced it briefly) was attentive. They'd also made special arrangements for me to order a vegetarian meal from the a la carte menu, which was going above and beyond.
I would absolutely return and have dinner there. (I would've stayed if it hadn't been for my family demanding steak!)
C. M.
Amazing! Love the food, the atmosphere, cocktail bar and the view. Absolutely love marcos!
E. R.
Food was amazing! Had one vegan option which was yum. Service not so great - plates weren't cleared for nearly 30 mins. Great cocktails though.
B. P.
Steak was not the best, quite tough, TBF the management offered free desert as I didn't enjoy the steak.
Olives, bread and wine were amazing.
D. R.
Lovely food, great service and superb ambience
J. G.
Lovely location and high views over the river. Food very good and not tiny little portions like in some top-end restaurants. Friendly staff. Would go again for a special occasion.
M. S.
Had a pleasant evening to celebrate our anniversary. Sadly the steak was rather disappointing. Quality rather than cooking was a problem. Very chewy! Waitress was lovely though.
r. W.
Gorgeous food, classic chicken kiev & sticky toffee pudding 🤤
C. (. B.
Not as expensive as thought it was going to be. Friendly staff .Had the Fillet steak was ok but not as tender as might have been .
M. M.
Excellent meal, excellent service and very good value for money. Nice wine too.
P. C.
Everytime my wife and I eat here the staff make you feel special plus the food is divine .
N. M.
Brilliant service went extra mile and give us a free treat :) Steaks were very tasty and the view was worth every penny
s. c.
Very pleasant evening on Saturday 16th, good food, attentive staff and reasonable wine list. Courses were spread out sufficient for us to enjoy three courses without being rushed, first visit and will return
D. S.
Great food. We went mid week so it was quiet which was perfect.
D. L.
Food excellent but service let it down. We was eating first course when the brought out the starters.
The main meals came before they had cleared the table from the starters
G. H.
Had an afternoon tea with sandwich fingers, cake and scones.Unlimited teas and coffee. A very professional and enjoyable experience. Excellent service
L. D.
Been here a few time. Always go for the chateaubriand and every time it has been perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. Good selection of drinks too. Nearest parking is at Lucy Tower and it's worth paying for the parking for the steak!
T. R.
The service was fantastic.the fillet steak was cooked to perfection 👌 and to make it even better it was 50%of mains .will definitely recommend. If there were more offers i think we would go regularly
T. V. C. G.
Not bad. Wouldn't rate it for service, attitude of staff, food OK but not marvellous, apart from the fillet steak which was exceptional. Don't think I'd go again or recommend.
L. L.
Went for mothers day great food and service would go again
I. O.
The starter was good, the main disappointing. The steak was over cooked and dry. The meal was a Christmas present from our son. We enjoyed our evening, but, I won't be rushing back.
I. C.
Really tasty food although limited menu on the Groupon deal. Still, fantastic and a few options for each course. Beautiful venue and extremely friendly staff
P. E.
Been to Marco's several times & my first visit as an early evening eater, as expected the choice was limited but was you would expect, i had the French onion soup & it was to die for with the melted cheese & The Alex James burger is a pleasure, his cheeses are so enjoyable.
P. R.
Okay but, in my honest opinion, overpriced for the quality of the offering.
L. C.
A fantastic evening @ Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Lincoln, the food was perfect, very good service in a great setting. Thank you .
M. A.
Very nice steaks showing you get the best if you're prepared to pay. Efficient, courteous waiting staff. Slightly lacking in ambience and views despite being on the top floor.
C. B.
The food was great. I had the burger on the lunch time menu and I have to it was o e of the best burgers I have had. The wine was absolutely fantastic, however a little pricey. I really recommend this.
n. g.
Had a lovely lunch, great service. Thank you Joshua. Then drinks on the balcony of the Electric Bar 10/10.
M. H.
Fantastic, had a great experience with top quality food, staff and great company.
Great 49th Birthday. Gets 5 stars from me.
S. P.
Went for a work steak night where we'd preordered Tomahawk Steaks, wow there's a lot of eating in one of those! Beautiful flavour though and yes I did finish mine! 😊
R. S.
I had the unfortunate chance to meet Mr Pierre White years ago and thought he was a arrogant T**t then and I don't think much to his Lincoln franchise now.
It's not that there is anything wrong with the food or service it's just that it's really expensive for what it is. It's average gasto Pub food at fine dinning restaurant prices.
Steak, Chicken Kiev, Pasta, Curry and Burger are what I would expect to eat at a pub at around £3-4 per dish less in price in a nice pub atmosphere with reasonably priced drinks.
i. h.
I would like to say thank you to the restaurant staff tonight for their polite, kind, warm and friendly welcoming me and my girlfriend received, I would also like to say a huge thank you to our waiter ADAM for his professional attitude and warm personality, true gentleman.. the starter was exceptional and the steak is by a very long way the best I've ever had (compliments to the chef), we had very little waiting times between our meals and we would recommend this restaurant to everyone we no!
R.
Very long wait for food. Diabetic guest started to feel effect of low sugar. Food was cold. Front of house staff very pleasant and apologetic.
