5 stars for customer service but sadly I have to give my review based on the quality of the food. Otherwise the young lady that served me at the till was jolly and helpful and the food came out quickly and brought to my table. It was not up to McDonalds usual standards, the fries tasted like the oil needs replacing and they needed salting. The Big Mac was rushed together and just didn’t taste right. Tables could do with being cleaned more regularly in the 20 minutes I was in there I didn’t see one table get wiped down.

I ordered pancakes for takeaway and when I got back to work, they hadn't given me a knife and fork and instead of syrup to go on the pancakes they put in balsamic dressing. This has happened twice at this site. So double check your order before you go. As they have employed zombie staff.

The restaurant was very very busy when my daughter & I visited with 4 children yesterday 6/4/22. There was a wait for food so my daughter has to rush back to buy another ticket for our cars, and a really lovely lady called Janice gave each of the girls a flag to play with. I didn’t realise I was supposed to look out for my order number to come up on the screen so my daughter was surprised on her return that we hadn’t started eating! Janice overheard us and said she would get our food brought out to the table. She was so friendly and helpful. An absolute asset to your company.

The food is always really good, it can take up to 30 minutes to get food in the busiest periods so be prepared to wait if you get there and it's already busy. Often I've gone there in some of the quieter parts of the day and there's a lot of tables used that haven't been cleaned. Staff at the door are very friendly and there to help, Paul is especially helpful and they remember you if you go there regularly.

Very busy at lunchtime. Been twice now and ordered table service. Never remember the dips that we order. Have to ask for them. Big Mac I had was disappointingly soggy. Never get the kids happy meal toys we expected which is a shame and disappointing for the children. i.e marketing said Mr Men toys but we were given Pokémon instead (in a Mr men branded happy meal box).

Sometimes the mcdonalds can be great! Great good, great company but other days it's unnecessarily a place I would avoid as I don't enjoy being gawked at by teens with nothing better to do than bully folks who are just trying to eat.

Food was of a typical McD good standard. I wax dismayed to note that the hand sanitizer gel at the entrance was empty.. I told a staff member buy alas when I left it had not been replenished. Very poor in todays Covid situation

This a typical McDonald's restaurant in Lincoln city centre. What I found quite good however was that if it was too busy downstairs there are alternative ordering screens upstairs so you can socially distance in the times of the Pandemic. This is also quite good if you want a quieter experience as I don't think most people know that you can order upstairs.
