**updated 2022-July-3** Delicious food. Takeaway service can be slow, but the food is worth it. I normally do extra hot, but this new smokey churasco flavour is awesome! Peri salted chips are probably the best side dish the have. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms are clean. Military discount is offered (used to be blue light discount, but now they need photo ID). Great place for the family or friends to eat and enjoy each other's company. I will defiantly be coming back. Original review (seems to have been removed from google) Delicious food, only have done takeaway. Tried eating indoors multiple times and the wait has been atrocious, 45 minutes or more. On many occasions I have ordered takeaway and the food was not ready when they said it would be, instead it was 15 minutes. In 1 instance 65 minutes past their projected time, were supposed to eat outside before a movie started but instead had to bring it into theater...which is delicious and makes any movie better, was not our plan.

Great location on a nice day outside overlooking the water. Inside gets busy, with long wait for tables at popular times and can get pretty noisy. No longer any need to queue for outside tables, can just take any that's free and order from the table using the Nando's app.

Typical Nandos decor and layout. Staff are very friendly. Minor downside is that most tables/seating are up a set of stairs making wheelchair or disabled access awkward. Outdoor seating looks onto Brayford Wharf and is great for sunny evenings.

There is usually a long wait to be seated at busy times, though they have a good system in place to be notified when your table is ready. We were told 45mins only to get a text 20mins later (so had to very quickly finish a beer elsewhere). Nandos food is the same as the rest of the chain and is generally very nice and well cooked. On this occasion the chicken was a little cold and burger buns a bit tough, but nothing major.

My step daughter and myself visited Nandos on a Saturday lunchtime. Our details were taken at 11.30 and we requested a table for 1pm. A phone text at 12.50pm informed us that our table was ready, very good service. On our arrival we were quickly shown to our table. Served by helpful and friendly waitresses the food was excellent and cannot be faulted. Nandos is a 'must' for future visits and a big thank you to all the staff.

Went with around 8 mates and had a blast, can be really busy around peak times but if you go outside of peak times you have no wait time. Only complaint is that the sauces were really odd to use and when you tried to pour some out either only a little came out or the whole bottle did.

Was alright but I'm giving a 4* as I find it quite ridiculous that they still have no booking facility. So we find ourselves going into town an hour earlier incase we need to wait. I understand that you don't do booking facilities because people may not turn up. But .. why don't they do what they do when you're in the que, if booked a table at 6pm. You have 10 minute for your table to be reserved or you lose it. Makes no sense. Lended up going to eat elsewhere the other night as was a 45 minute wait.

Nando's Chicken is always good, and the cake for money is high when getting the sharing platters. Bottomless drinks are also a benefit. As to this particular Nando's, it is very busy, but the door staff are well organised and polite. The wait is not usually very long. Waiters are helpful and cheery. Good cleaning standards in general, though the people next to us had to request a clean plate. When food was dropped the staff had it cleared up in seconds. The view is also fantastic.

Was fortunate to get a table outside in the sun overlooking the Brayford. Great service, quick and tasty meal. Only down side at the moment would be the amount of tables they have outside as it is only take away or sit outside due to covid still.

Fantastic! I took my son here as he wanted to see what all the fuss was about, and we had an amazing experience. Right from the beginning, the staff were friendly and explained everything from ordering to the different levels of spice in their meals. My son was made to feel very relaxed and welcome, and was tempted out of his comfort zone to try something a little spicier than usual. And he absolutely loved it! My meal was absolutely amazing too, ensuring that we'll be coming back every time we're in Lincoln.

Brilliant and safe as can be!!! First of all they had a queuing system where you scan a QR outside and join a queue remotely. So you can go and come back when they text you notifying you when a table is free. You have 10 minutes to get there or it automatically cancel. You can also leave queue if you need to. Covid-19 prevention really good with cleaning tables and avoid cross contamination. Social distancing was brilliant even with the staff and everything done online but can be a bit temperamental. Staff are very helpful and kind. Menu has been condensed but the food remains great I love the raspberry cheesecake.

Lovely food... After waiting over 40 minutes and returning food three times as it was served barely warm, children's chicken stone cold. Obviously had been sat out ready for service and had been forgotten about. Staff very apologetic and two free desserts offered.

At time of visiting we were advised of many product shortages, ranging from no napkins to no chicken wings or chips.... was a standard Saturday night (the beginning of) and the restaurant seemed rushed. Could write off some of this to the time of year (4th January) but for the price paid could have had a better experience from a local none branded chicken and chips outlet and had plenty of change.... staff were trying however and no fault of theirs and remained cheerful.

Always quality food, the reason for 4 stars is often the mains come out immediately after starters, we've even been served mains before finishing our starters before! The heat of the chicken can vary however this is to be expected with different chefs etc. Overall a good restaurant but clearly a chain.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Emily’s service on Saturday 30/11/19. The Nando’s in question is the Brayford, Lincoln, it was exceptionally busy and we had to wait 25mins for a table. Once seated Emily was the perfect waitress to all the customers she served but was outstanding to me my daughter and her friend Liv who had not eaten at Nando’s before. Emily took the time to explain all the marinades and sauces. Exceptional customers service, well done Emily. 👌👍Julie, Jessica and Liv. (In case more than one Emily, the Emily in question had pinkish hair)

The staff here were amazing, really friendly, accomating and, even though the restaurant was busy, still took time to sing happy birthday to a member of our party. The food however was typical of every Nando's I've been in, it's just a slightly up market KFC with a heftier price tag. So although the food was generic chicken the staff made the visit.

I Love nandos and their fino pitta is amazing it has lots of chicken in it with a good amount of halloumi cheese along with sauce. It's full of flavour. Probably one of the best restraunts in regard to being able to handle such a large volume of customers. Ony thing to complain about is that the portion sizes were a little stingy when compared (literally) alongside Handmade Burger Co. and Harvester whose portions are significantly larger for less money.

Lincoln Nandos is the definition of Nandos, good spicey chicken and friendly staff. Nandos on the Bradford has both indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor seating having some shaded tables. Can have some wait times at busier parts of the day, e.g. lunch, however they have a seated waiting area and the service is still fast enough that you aren't waiting long. Overall, a nice little restaurant that I would recommend.
