Both takeout and sit-in meals are excellent. Wait staff were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of the dishes. We were also asked twice about allergens, not an issue for either of us but reassuring nonetheless. The restaurant feels quite open with high ceilings and not at all cramped. I had a rice dish with three different meats, very aromatic and the flavours were great. My partner went for the pho which, apparently, was also very tasty.

Booked a table based on word of mouth from a close friend. Took the wife for a Saturday lunch visit and we didn't regret a second... The only complaint was the fact we ended up not wanting to leave. Great environment, excellent staff and incredible food!

Went here for the first time on Saturday. We got a table (for 2) no problem but there were some other loud diners and the place has quite an echo. Also our table was Very close to the table next to us. The Servers were lovely but the food came ridiculously quickly. The side of Spring rolls were nice but sadly we weren't fans of the pho. Pictured is the Super Green Pho with 'this isn't chicken'. I had the Pride Punch Cocktail which was lovely. (Also pictured) Be aware that service charge is added. It is optional and the servers will tell you about it but just a heads up.

Food was lovely, didn't even need to book a table came here on a Saturday evening and got seated straight away. Ordered two phos one chicken and one prawn with added beef steak, was really nice and would definitely order these again. Ordered a cocktail which was so heavily packed with mint leaf (one of the ingredients) that I barely got any cocktail and for almost £8 I had about 2-3 sips before it was gone. The service charge was a bit cheeky 12.5% I understand the staff was really helpful and lovely, but I think this should be an optional choice on request of your bill.

Food was very good fresh and very tasty and staff are friendly. When the bill arrived the prices of some items had increased when we questioned this we got told the menu hadn't been updated with the new prices. No offer to give at the price advertised or to sort out which I felt was poor. 12% added to the bill as a tip straight away which you then have to awkwardly ask to be removed if you don't want to tip or tip that amount. Personally I would much prefer to make that decision myself when's its only a table of 2.

Really really good food. Went with hubby for our anniversary but as we didn't know what anything was, we wanted to try more of the dishes so maybe it would be better to go in a larger group and share. The food we did have was lovely though.

I would definitely recommend this place if you haven't tried it. It is the best Pho in Lincoln. I actually had the spicey Bun Bo Hue and it was tasty. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because the waiter asked us if we wanted shrimp cracker or some type of cracker for the table while we wait, we said yeah thinking it was complimentary because we've never been here before. We both had only 1 because it was so much oil for us. When we got the bill they charged us about £3 and some pince. So, becareful if they asked you make sure to ask them if it cost anything or if it's complimentary. Other then that, service was outstanding and I will definitely come back with more friends. This place is better than House of Pho, hands down!!!

Eaten here three times now, the service is consistently outstanding, the waiter didn’t write anything down but remembered everything on our order, even who ordered what. The food is absolutely amazing, I’m tempted to say the best Asian restaurant in town, certainly the best I’ve been to. Prices do reflect the quality but are by no means unaffordable. Top tip: The fried noodles go very well with a cup of jasmine tea.

Good food and service, would definitely go back. However a 12.5% tip is added automatically to your bill and you have to ask to get it removed. This is a lot to add to a bill especially in a university town full of students.

One of the most inclusive restaurants for Gluten free and Coeliac people I've used in a while! Pretty much all the menu is gluten free and the staff was amazing taking the order over the phone! Loved this and definitely recommend for everyone the food is so good!

Don't often get into town much these days, but when I do this place is normally at the top of my "go to" places to grab a bite. Tasty, very fast (especially the lunch service!), and authentic. One recommendation: don't worry too much about the "hot and spicy" variants, they're not overpowering, and the non-spicy ones you might find - like I did - too mild for your pallette. Mileage may vary, of course 😁

Came here for my brother's graduation meal. Such friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. To our surprise they gave us a bottle of prosecco for our celebrations! The food here has always been sensational. Will always be one of my favourite restaurants in Lincoln. Recommend to anyone wanting great food, gorgeous décor and wonderful staff. 10/10! A nice meal and good staff. It was my first visit today and I'll definitely be back. The GF options for my partner were very good, she's a coeliac, not just on a numpty diet and they seemed to know the importance of good house keeping. Definitely give it a go, nothing to loose, good food to eat.

Decent vietnamese food, but unfortunately can be quite inconsistent, so you'll have a good experience there if you are lucky that they have the good chef in. In terms of authenticity, it's not great, but the food is good nonetheless. I find it funny that when I order bún bò the waiter asks me if I want it with bún or phở noodles :D

The food was decent and reasonably priced, had the House Pho dish which I enjoyed. However the bill included an 'optional' 12.5% service charge, accompanied by text explaining that the customer could ask for this to be removed if they were unhappy with the service. This is a really predatory practise, trying to guilt the customer into paying extra at the end and most people would likely pay up out of social embarrassment. I don't mind tipping for great service but don't like being pressured in this way, this is Lincoln UK, not Lincoln Nebraska. It's up to the customer if they want to leave a tip, and while the service was fine in this occasion, it wasn't worth paying extra money for. Just pay the waiters a decent wage, I would even prefer if they added 12.5% to menu items up front.

Little bit disappointed in our visit. We were asked if there was anything we needed when we booked online. One of our party was disabled and one had a shellfish allergy which we wrote down. When we arrived we were shown to a table with high chairs, even though one of us had a stick and asked again if we had any allergies. My son enjoyed his chicken Pho but I had the brisket and it was awful, chewy, the liquid tasted weak and there was a soapy undertone. Was looking forward to the "cooked for 12 hours" meaning it would be full of taste but t was almost just like warm water. My daughter had the noodles which was mostly salad and was too minty to be enjoyable. On a plus point you do get a huge bowl of it. You are also given a plate of side herbs to add to it, which is a lovely idea but the mint I was given had holes in it where a bug had previously enjoyed my portion. The staff were amazing but the food not worth the £9+ per bowl. The bill came with a £4.70 service charge. The bill says you can ask for this to be removed which is very embarrassing and the only reason America does this is the wages are so low, not the same as England. Tips should be voluntary so disagree with this. Other people looked like they were enjoying their spring rolls and other dishes so maybe we just got a bum choice.

Very positive experience we were greeted at the door by a very happy young man who asked if we had any allergies while we were walked to a table, we're new to Vietnamese food but were quickly put at ease and given great advise on the menu we made our choice and wasn't disappointed the chop sticks were a little tricky at first but ok after a while other cutlery was available if we wanted, all the staff seemed happy and were attentive to their tables

First time we've been here and first time I've had Vietnamese. Food was amazing, so tasty and fresh. Curry was delicious. What I loved most though was the service.. the lady that served us was spot on. She made a slight mistake, which I would normally have said something about. This young lady was so apologetic, kind, empathetic and sincere I actually ended up not even caring. I ended up wanting to give her a hug to say it was OK. Believe me that is not me at all lol. We went to Pho on last Thursday as my friend who's working there had a day off, the atmosphere was alright, good ambience. We were seated at the boots near the entrance which was quite comfort, but had to wait a good 10-15 minutes until someone came to take the drinks order. There was a table of 4 men arriving after us but they were served very quickly, even got the food earlier. Finally, a tall blond girl approached our table, we asked her if we could get some paper menu as nobody gave us yet, she replied by "Well you could have used the digital menu". We were shocked, even my friend who's working there felt a bit embarrassed. Apart from it, everything was fine, other staffs were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was nice and cozy, couldn't fault the foods, might give another shot and I'm expecting a better customer service.

Amazing! We visited at 4:30 on a Sat afternoon (because the bookings were full for that evening!) Starters of squid, pork and lemongrass balls and summer rolls were simply stunning! Good size and very fresh. For mains we had spicy noodles with brisket (so tender and full of flavour) spicy noodles with prawns and brisket curry. All 3 were beautifully cooked and presented....cannot fault at all. We have travelled the world plenty and sampked plenty of spicy noodles...Pho served some of the best that we've had in the UK! Service was slick and friendly and the restaurant clean and tidy..... No question, a 5 stars experience.

Definitely worth a visit. Prices are very reasonable, large portions but perfect size for a satisfying and filling meal. The atmosphere is nice as well. Although they were very busy when we went in, they did find room for us and their service was incredibly fast. Great customer service for the UK... the staff actually asked how our meals were and checked in with us, so in my mind, worth tipping for! Highly recommend, and will definitely be visiting again!!

Absolutely amazing! Went there on a Saturday night when the restaurant was full but the staff were still incredible despite being so busy. They were really attentive and wanted to make sure we had the best meal possible, Dylan was fantasic! The food was delicious and perfectly priced for the quality. The chicken wings and spring roll starters were really tasty and not greasy at all. The cà-ri curry and phở xào noodles were amazing. The staff delicately handled a situation with very rude customers next to us with great customer service. The couple obviously hadn't bothered to look up what phở is because they complained about it being a soup... Definitely would recommend :)

Fast service, tasty. Unfortunately, on my first visit I looked at the menu, what caught my eye was the veggie spring roll that comes with vermicelli noodles. I asked for chicken vermicelli to go so I could just eat outside. Realised there was no spring roll, when I asked about it they told me they don’t do spring rolls when it’s a takeaway because they can go soggy in the container, which I suppose is fair enough but I sat right outside to eat so it wouldn’t make a difference to me. I rechecked the menu but there was nothing to suggest that they do this. Wasn’t offered a spring roll or anything else, just got a “sorry” and they walked off before I was done talking…

The service was very nice, with warm welcome. Meal choices are unique to the cuisine, "trio meat curry with cut rice" was nourishing, flavoursome & filling. However a 12.5% service charge was applied without consent or warning, although receiving efficient service from the Operations Manageress (Jo) I didn't dispute for this occassion. I'd return & recommend to others to try!

Disappointed, I had the house pho, luke warm , chewy beef and greasy , somewhat tasteless , my daughter had the brisket curry which she enjoyed.
