Came here with my partner for our anniversary. I had an incredible evening here. The staff and service were beyond exemplary. We were never sat waiting for a waiter to take our order or to give us the bill; our drinks came straight after we ordered them; the food was brought to us at a steady pace, not too slow or too fast, perfect to relax and enjoy the evening and to not feel frustrated or rushed. The staff, including the manager were outstanding and took the time to talk to us, asking about our day as well as have a laugh and a joke. The food tasted amazing as always, I had the carbonara. 10/10 for cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant. Prezzo exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Really made my anniversary.

Had booked a table for 6pm but arrived 15 minutes early but no problem at all and the manager showed us to our table. Our waitress was Maddie and what a lovely lady she was. Treated us well and didn't make us feel rushed in any way, which can be a fault with some eateries nowadays. Our meals arrived quite quickly and most importantly hot and were very very nice. Upon paying, it was no problem to Maddie when we produced a gift card (which sometimes causes alarm bells with staff) and it was all treated with humour and fun. Lovely food and great service. This is a great place to eat with fast service, amazing food & ambiance. We went on the eat out to help out evening with a window view of the Brayford but, we could see the amount of people getting turned away so this place is definitely best to book! The meal is three courses for £19 if you were wondering!

Had a lovely 3 course meal with my family. The staff are very friendly and James made us feel very welcome from entering the building to leaving the premises. The staff are very attentive, coming back and forth from clearing the table to making sure you have everything you need. Would definitely recommend a visit here if you want a superb experience

Lovely and empty when we went in for a late lunch, the waitress was new but she was amazing!!!! She should be the manager!!!! Think her name was Angie? Garlic bread burnt through and dry but the pizza was spot on to be honest. The biggest thing was the temperature of the restaurant - it was soooooooo hot!!!!!! Please do something about it!!!

A typical Prezzo in a beautifully modern listed building. Standard Prezzo menu you get countrywide, though the place is huge therefore it can be difficult to get attention of a server. Food is fast and tasty with a wide choice. Get the right table and you get a view of the waterfront.

Our 1st meal out with our 8 month old son and couldn't have asked for a nicer atmosphere. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Meal was superb and really quick to arrive. Lovely food, great venue. Great service. I was surprised that they didn't serve the food with very many vegetables or salad. I had Grilled Chicken with mushrooms and Madeira sauce which was served with McDonald style chips. The chicken and sauce was lovely but it felt more like posh fast food rather than a quality meal. This seemed at odds with the setting. My wife's Calzone was fresh and very nice and made with proper tomatoes. We could not fault the meals, but you wouldn't go here if you were looking for your 5 veg and healthy options. If I was a young man looking to take a young lady out to impress, I would definitely choose this venue. I would here again, but I wouldn't rush back.

Normally in a chain restaurant you expect to just have basic/standard service, but Prezzo in Lincoln really impressed me and my family; we came away feeling like we had be fully looked after all through our meal, and more. Our waitress for the most part was Charlotte and she was wonderfully friendly, took the time to chat with us and visited us part way through our meal to check our meals were good. On top of that, there was a small accident where our desserts which we had ordered weren't available due to being out of stock; however for this we were offered a free round of drinks by the manager (James, who was also very friendly), and which Charlotte came and apologised for. Overall excellent service and I would highly recommend visiting for a meal.

Took my best friend for a pre birthday lunch on Monday 12th July. The staff on duty were very polite, attentive and very professional, nothing was too much trouble for them, the restaurant was very clean and food was excellent and great value for money. Great value, great food. The downside was that the waitress took my friend's pizza order correctly (gluten free) but the chef cooked and served a normal pizza anyway. I get that mistakes happen. When it comes to avoiding allergens in a kitchen environment, cross contamination is one thing, outrightly getting an order with dietary requirements wrong is just not on. Tainted an otherwise lovely evening. Kudos to our waitress who managed to keep up with our sense of humour and handled the issue perfectly.

Lovely food but the staff seemed very lazy. 2 managers on duty doing not a lot while 1 waitress was dashing around doing pretty much everything. I went early in the evening but there was no toilet roll and the waitress I told didn't seem that interested. With 2 managers, 4 waiting g staff and couple of chefs on duty at 5.30pm I would expect goings like toilets to be fully stocked and spotless.

Very good with their Covid preparations. Plenty of hand sanitisers, one way system in place, face coverings required when moving around in the restaurant and all serving staff wear masks. Tables are also well spaced. The £10 menu was good, starter and main course. Had the giant meatballs as a starter ( three big meatballs in a tomato sauce with parmesan) and pepperoni pizza as main. The full menu is available and there are plenty of deals around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, explaining the Covid requirements for customers. Recommended.

Went to prezzos sunday for mothers day . It was our first visit to the Lincoln restaurant . We were showed to our table straight away. There was a good selection of food we decided to go with the special mothers day menu. The staff were excellent very attentive even though they were very busy. Great food, slow service. Both my dinner and dessert came very quickly, but waiting for someone to come back to take my order took 20-30 minutes for both, even though they weren't packed. If you've got a lot of time on your hands come here for a pretty good meal--otherwise, skip it.

I enquired about the National Pizza Day Offer that I had been emailed, several staff members denied that the offer existed, finally one person went online and there it was. We've been to this Prezzo so many times over the years being here in Lincoln and it's a firm favourite. The wonderful food - I always try something different and I'm never disappointed. The desserts always being a favourite! The superb service - Marzena is always such a lovely host, and the brilliant wine is so reasonably priced. Like everyone else has said, the food is good never had a problem but the service is so slow my glass was empty for a good hour before they asked if I would like another drink and there isn't many tables in there but all of the servers gather around the wine area or bar and talk for like 20 minutes at a time. If we wernt there for a birthday meal the mood would have been affected by this poor service.

Out of the chain Italians on the brayford, this is by far the best, for a start, excellent Peroni (on tap) is far cheaper than the others. I have been here regularly for 3 years, we have never had a bad meal and the food has always been great, (look out for the calzones) well priced and the wine is superb. Top tips: look out for Marzena, she’s a fantastic host. Before you come for dinner, sign up to prezzo mailing list for offers, we regularly get 30-50% off food. And finally they do a Nutella and banana calzone with ice cream and coffee for a fiver! What’s not to like!

The food has been perfect every time I've attended, but the service has been a little slow. I've been trying to contact this restaurant for the past hour to book a table for two for 5:30pm, but every call I've made has gone ignored. UPDATE - When I eventually got through to the restaurant, I was told there were only tables free after 6:30pm and after 9:30pm. Oh dear.

we went at 5pm on a Friday and I must say I was very impressed from start to finish, we ordered drinks and got them immediately ordered the food (3 courses) the starter was my best course I had bruschetta absolutely delicious, hubby had goats cheese and he enjoyed that too, main course was brought within minutes of the starter plates being taken away, again was impressed with my salad, chargrilled chicken was very tasty, didn't wait long for dessert either which was also tasty I had sticky toffee pudding, it wasn't busy so the waiter gave his full attention to us which was nice, I never usually tip but I felt the need to leave him one, all in all a brilliant experience, well done prezzo

Love Prezzo, it would have been 5 stars but to charge £1.50 for a bit of extra garlic is rediculous. You can buy 3 whole cloves of garlic for that.
