Great as TGI restaurants go. I was welcomed and seated really quickly, the waitress was lovely. Order was taken and I didn't have to wait long for either the drink or the main to arrive. Both really tasty and I'd certainly order again. I did have to wait a good 35 minutes from having my plate taken to finally getting a waitress's attention to get the bill. Normally this isn't a problem but I had a train to catch and the waitress who welcomed me had gone off shift.

First time coming here. Was a pleasant atmosphere all round, staff nice and friendly. I’ve knocked a star off because the wait times between our mains and puddings was quite a wait, and there weren’t a great deal of people in as it was a Thursday. Felt we were rushed by another server as he dropped a hint about us getting the bill. Found the food was really nice, the S’mores sundae was tasty, if a little sickly for someone with a sweet tooth like me. Menu lacked some pasta dishes though. Would call in again.

Went here for our sons 16th birthday. Had an absolutely amazing time. Staff polite and helpful, atmosphere spot on, food amazing and a big shout out to our waitress Rio who is absolutely fantastic at her job!! Will definitely be going back!

Visited here a few weeks ago with the family. While it took a while to get to our seats (prime time) I must say that it was a very enjoyable experience. We ordered the "three for all" appetizer and my wife brought our own bottle of wine so we only asked for a few glasses (She can occasionally be cheap like that!). I am happily surprised to report that the glasses were spotless which is a rare sight to see at restaurants nowadays! I assume that they use Quantum Finish dishwasher tablets as we have quite similar results at home. The steak main course was excellent although a little on the expensive side. Unfortunately we did not stay for desert as the children wanted to go to Kaspas. Overall very enjoyable and tasty experience!

First time visiting. Was grateful to get in as a walk-in as it was a spur of the moment visit. On the upper end of the price scale so definitely a place to visit for a special Treat. The ultimate cocktails are very big and the food was delicious. I had the Surf and Turf which compromised of an 8oz Steak cooked medium rare, half rack of ribs, 2 king prawns, small cup of chips, tomato and a BBQ sauce. Washed down with a purple rain cocktail. My other half had the trailer trash burger with small cup of chips washed down with a long island ice tea. We both had the chocolate fixation triple layered cake with ice cream for pudding. Will definitely visit again. Have added the pictures I took of my food.

Popped in on a Saturday lunchtime and were fortunate to find a table. Left time to decide before placing order. A little slow in receiving the order but understandable as it was a busy lunchtime service. All food was excellent and, as far as I could tell, freshly cooked. Prices a little more than I would expect to pay but this is a city centre establishment. Not a single issue with the food or service and would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic meal here with my husband after a new hairdo at Toni and Guy Lincoln. Felt amazing, had a brilliant feed and the mojitos were gorgeous too! Such a feel good restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Quite noisy but we don't mind that. It's also costly but you're paying for the brand and the vibe. The food is delicious and great portion sizes too. Service was extremely courteous and helpful, very professional. Not over the top or over attentive; just right. Left a tip as we were so impressed with our server! Definitely recommend for a city centre lunch or party evening meal 👍

Went last weekend for the first time to the Lincoln branch and have to say everything was top notch. We were seated quickly and left to browse the menu's on our phone. Our server, can't remember his name, but he was a very friendly scouser, took our order and was accommodating of some extra requests. Food arrived in quick time and was delicious. We all had the app, so free desserts for us all too!! As 3 of us we're driving we had the mocktails, and they were just divine! We will be returning in the future!

Service was slow, items were missed. I had the cob salad with an avocado and lime dressing. I even asked for an extra dressing but it was just olive oil. There was just no zest to it at all. Was disappointing. My son had a rump steak and it was cooked perfectly but came with a huge bowl of lettuce! 🤷 Burgers and milkshakes were nice. Dessert choice disappointing. Thought it was expensive. Wouldn't rush back.

Good food but disappointing service. Pre booked a meal for Saturday evening so understandably it was somewhat busy but not heaving, however when arriving at our booked time it took over 10 minutes to get our table ready. Once seated it took around 20 minutes to receive our drinks and over an hour for our food. While the food was delicious, our party was a little disappointed by our experience, although we understand that it may have been a busy time.

Many thanks to Angela who served us. She was attentive, well informed and quite cheerful despite how busy it was. The food was tasty, and the cocktails were well received. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and even though we're were seated in an obvious thoroughfare, it didn't spoil things with the occasional bump into us. There were four of us and we spent £220 in total. Which for an OK quality meal including drinks is a bit pricey for Lincoln. The portion sizes are around half of what you'd get in a wetherspoons or similar type establishment. All in all, it was a nice evening, and the first time visiting a "Fridays", if I was feeling a bit flush then I'd go back but with the price of everything else going up I'm certain it won't be for quite some time.

Wow. Amazing huge burgers but at a price. Great deal that ends today though, 31st March, so get in there quick to get a 2 course for £15. Definitely worth it when our double stack on its own cost £17. Great service too and very clean.

We came with our children as a weekend treat. Our kids have dietary requirements and there wasn't really very much they were allowed to have which was disappointing . Our starters were nice and we enjoyed them but then our mains came and they weren't great at all. The food is really expensive for what it is and we definitely won't be going back I use to love TGI but it's gone down hill and cut its menu alot

Food was amazing, I ordered a medium rare steak with chips which arrived after about only 25 minutes which was seared to perfection, the chips were a perfect mix of sweet and peppery, and the calamari was truly an shining example of all that a calamari can be. The absolute shining star of the show however was the plates, I’ve been wining and dining in these woods for nigh on 2 years now and these are far and away the cleanest plates I’ve seen yet. The immaculate mirror sheen, the tasteful thickness of it, and oh my god the absolute perfect cleanliness of each and every single plate, utensil, and cup each lovingly scrubbed to ensure a perfect eatery experience. Its no exaggeration to say the plates were so clean you could literally eat off of them. I commend this unknown soldier who worked tirelessly to perfect my experience, I commend them and their crusade against stains, wherever they may be.

Very busy, we went on Valentines evening. It was a nice meal but expensive. The staff are over attentive, then can't get them to produce the bill. Didnt realise when my husband booked the table online that they were taking a £20 deposit. We paid our bill on the night. It wasn't until we just received our card bill that we realised we've paid twice! Now have the hassle of getting the unknown deposit back.

Heading home we called in via FRIDAYS. It was my 8 year olds Birthday and we ended our day out by having a nice and welcoming meal at Fridays. We didn't not book. The service was really good. My girls and the wife was very happy with there food. My steak was delicious 😋 service was good and they even gave our kids balloon animals. It is a shame we don't live closer but If in Lincoln again this is definitely on our radar to return.

Lovely, modern, cosy surroundings. Nice food but service was a little slow. Our starter arrived but we waited ten mins for the waitresses to bring us cutlery to eat it with by which time, our food was significantly less hot. We had to all leave the restaurant for a fire drill so we ended up going home at that point instead of having another drink as we'd already paid but this couldn't be helped. An enjoyable evening 😊

Came for a family dinner and was really impressed. The staff were really friendly and checked that we were happy multiple times. One of our children has a food allergy and the manager made sure that we were able to find food suitable for them. It would have been an even better experience if there was more of a selection of cocktails on offer, as that is something that is unique to TGI's and a pull factor, compared to similar establishments in the area.

Had a great experience for my partners birthday. Staff were super friendly, hand wrote and all staff signed a card for her as I mentioned it was her birthday. Really nice, helpful and polite waiter (Jonah) and great cocktails. Food was fantastic too. 5 stars :)

Have visited a few times since it opened and been underwhelmed each time. Food was fine, service slow, items missing from pre-ordered food, 3 hours to serve three courses and deliver the bill. Given its a tightly controlled franchise I'm not sure what's going on in Lincoln? Only beer on draught is a weak tasteless pilsner and they only have vegan mayonnaise - no real mayonnaise available for a condiment but it's obviously used in preparation of most dishes. Hovering between a 2 and a 3 star.

I went with my girlfriend on 4/1/22 right in the middle of a outage (WiFi). We was served my Jayden who provided above and beyond service, including making a drink that wasn't currently on the menu (fizz pop). He gave us plenty of space and whenever we needed him he was there, absolutely on the ball. Food was delicious, although our eyes were bigger than our bellies lol. Again Jayden was there to provide us with a to go box. Awesome service, great food, definitely will eat again.

Looking at the earlier reviews we were not sure. However, we had a great time and received great service and delicious food. I can see why there has been bad reviews. They are training lots of new staff but they did so well and we could see they were so busy and think they coped well.

Food and drinks are at a high standard as you would expect from TGI Friday but the service was terrible, waited 20 mins with finished empty plates and then had to go find someone to clear them and take our dessert order, in the 2 hours we was in there and only had 2 drinks and had to call someone over just to get our second drink, it’s like they didn’t want us to spend money.

Well I’ve given a five star review but I need to be honest, it wasn’t straightforward but that wasn’t the staff’s fault they were excellent. They were slow bringing the drinks but they were busy and just genuinely lovely. The food was great and we felt so comfortable there you truly relax. Often one can be distracted by decor but certainly not in this case. I can’t recommend it highly enough, it’s not gimmicky and I can say from experience that if you have any trouble they WILL sort it, quickly and professionally. Really had a great time. Do go. I would probably have overlooked this place, don’t, that would be a mistake.
