K. F.Have been a good few times for lunches/coffee and always had a great experience, love the vibe, so much so we chose the oaks as a venue for my parent's anniversary party. James and Jamie are wonderful and made everything really easy and it was such a LOVELY, chilled evening. The food was delicious, much better than a standard party buffet, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone had a fabulous time!
E. R.Jamie and James are AMAZING! They went above and beyond for our UK Wedding party, absolutely brilliant communication, really listened to our ideas and helped plan the perfect evening! The food was perfect and all our guests were talking about it days after. Definitely recommend going to the Oaks for lunch but also having them cater an event. A. S.Stopped off for a light lunch and wasn't disappointed. It was a hot day so James suggested iced coffee which was delicious. Hubby and I both had caesar salad which was full of chicken and bacon, juicy, crispy croutons and just the right amount of dressing. Some places serve up half an allotment of lettuce, three pieces of chicken and rock hard croutons. Not The Oaks. Ours was perfect for something light on a hot day.

E. E.Gorgeous service from the lovely owner James who made us feel really welcome. The coffee is great and the breakfast was delicious. We went to the Farmers’ Market too a few weeks back which had so many gorgeous stalls. Another great find in Lincoln! Will definitely be back soon.

T. F.We had a lovely breakfast at The Oaks. The food was really good. There were 6 of us eating and everyone enjoyed their food and drinks.... Particularly good coffee! James was our server (and owner I think?) And he was really lovely.
A. T.Just had coffee. A very pleasant place with lovely surroundings, restaurant was beautifully laid out with daffodils on tables. And staff very friendly will go back for a meal . Music was a a bit loud but was assured it was because restaurant was being prepared for lunch.

K. C.Very disappointed with our visit today, after 3 attempts asking for a menu we ordered our coffees and bacon rolls. Our drinks were eventually served after 10 minutes of waiting followed by another wait of 20 minutes for our rolls. We did complain, as did other customers, along with them and us that's 6 of us who wont return, very expensive too.

G.We cannot thank The Oaks enough for the most wonderful buffet they provided last week for a party of ten saying a sad farewell to my dad...James and Jamie you go above and beyond to make everything special ...we eat here on a very regular basis for breakfasts,Sunday lunch and from the specials menu all of which are outstanding and served with a smile!..The coffee is great too, keep up the good work everyone,the whole team do you proud.
