Popular eating place. Went to try it to see what all the fuss was about. Food is great with decent sized portions for reasonable money. Burgers were nice and the garlic bread decent too. The staff that this place really make the difference - first time I've seen proper sanitising between customers and sweeping the floor! Highly recommended.

Such an amazing restaurant. I got the Texas BBQ burger with pulled pork on and no word of a lie it's the best burger I've had to date. You get free nachos when you sit down as a starter. Onion rings are huge and very tasty. My partner got pasta and she said it was delicious. Very clean restaurant very friendly staff and a reasonable wait for food. They sing and happy birthday in a Mexican way for people to. Loud music, good atmosphere and clean toilets. We will definitely be returning soon. If you come here be sure to leave a good tip because they really do deserve it.

If you love big portions, amazing cocktails and friendly staff this is the place for you! We opted for the 2 course special for £12.95 and bought 3 garlic bread between 7, that was our first mistake. The garlic bread was amazing....but massive! While we were waiting for our starters we were also given complimentary nachos and salsa to share! Main courses came (also huge)we were too full to eat them! Luckily they do carry outs as half of us had enough left to want to take them. They have a surprise for birthdays too! Had a great night!

Welcoming environment and amazing staff. The food was spot on and I ended up going 2 nights running. I would recommend the full rack of ribs, and the mussels in white wine. The price was reasonable and the food tasted fresh. I would recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool to give this place a go!

Unfortunately I have to give it a four star, the meal was good the only thing that spoilt it for me was the chips, they came already salt and vinegar on it and was very salty, I am a diabetic and not allowed to much salt, so just for the chips I have to give a four star

This American themed restaurant really follows through both in the taste and portions. Steaks are cooked well and as you order consistently. The Victoria fillet is beautifully soft. This is the only place where I like the onion rings, they have a savoury batter and arrive superbly crisp. There isn't a big selection of desserts but you'll likely be pretty much stuffed by then anyhow. Staff are really great efficient and friendly

Food is tasty and ample. Staff are lovely and just the right level of attentive. Some great steaks for the price (recommend the sirloin). I have visited a few times since moving to the area and I always enjoy myself. They even do white Russians so bonus star for that alone.

This is our favourite Go - To place for good food, reasonably priced, excellently cooked and served. There is nothing too much trouble for the owners or the staff. Very welcoming to families of all ages and sizes. We are regular diners here, and have come to know the owners and most of the staff. Our 50th wedding anniversary was held here when we took over the whole restaurant with 90+ guests. Not a single negative comment, and everyone praised the staff, the food and the presentation. Fantastic for parties! or large family gatherings. Some of our favourite dishes in my family are, Lamb chops, Steak tortellini, Ribeye Steak, Saffron Chicken ***, Salmon Herb Crust, Sea bass. Chicken pancake (for a light meal), BBQ Ribs (full sheet enough for 2 or even 3 kids). In truth the whole menu has something for everyone. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal, simply phenomenal! For starters (although we didn't have that), the burgers in here are quite possibly the best you'll find in local restaurants. They know how to cook a burger to the right standards: your standards! You can make requests on how you want it done, but, based on my experience, I don't think you'll have to! The fries are crispy, nicely seasoned and plentiful. Deserts are also nice from here and the service is almost as good as the food (I'm sorry, the service was great, but the food was even better!) Just be warned: the portion sizes are quite large, as is the number of items on the menu. The menu literally does cater to everyone's needs, and inculdes a vast array of items under a variety of sections. I've visited here three times now and haven't found any faults. Good luck finding one!

Went last night with my partner and daughter who has just been diagnosed gluten free, so with all this gluten free foods being new to us as a family was shocked to find that the menu does not state at all anything that is GLUTEN FREE, on this being said though when we asked the young dark haired girl (so sorry we never got your name) but you'll know who you are, she was absolutely AMAZING!!! Can not thank her enough she explained everything on the menu for my daughter and us as her parents, her customer service was outstanding so friendly too, food when it came was gorgeous, definitely return once again THANKS xx

Place was nice and food was OK too. However we felt rushed by the staff as soon as we sat down they asked us about drinks and when we finished are meal. The took plates away and I mean I just too the last but off my dish and was still eating it. So won't be returning. Very over priced for what you get.

We had a table booked for half 4, we were 5 mins late, our bad, took them another 20 mins to seat us after letting in an unbooked table of 4 immediately prior. We had 2 young children with us so not the greatest experience. We had to wait outside and you'd expect to be handed a menu to try and alleviate any delays once you are seated but unfortunately not. It looked like their busy time was between 3 and 5 but then it was a bank holiday. We asked for the kids meals to come first as they were getting quite hangry after we ordered but they came last by around 10 mins, all 4 adult meals came first. It did look like the place was super busy and it was warm but the attitude of some staff wasn't fantastic. All it would have taken was a bit of organisation and they'd have been getting 5 stars as the food was great. I felt sorry for the youngest waitress as she seemed to be the only one with it and was nice to deal with, I wouldn't have tipped any other wait staff.

The food was lovely I had fish and chips very tasty BUT the staff made me feel like I was being rushed. As soon as we sat down the waitress the waitress was over asking if we want drinks. We hadnt decided. As soon as the knife and fork was put on the plate the waitress tried to whisked it away. I had to say I hadnt finished, just having a rest. I think it was very rude and unprofessional, we felt we were under pressure to eat up and get out, why couldnt we be left alone until the 10 of us had finished. It wasnt as if they were busy we were the only family in there. Every time the staff walked passed they asked " is everything ok" yes I understand they need to know but at least 10 times got a bit monotonous. This needs to rectified.

Best food in South Road Waterloo, massive portions, clean and beautiful deco inside, yes looks like a burger joint from outside but its a must visit. Lamb chops the best, very juicy. Loud atmosphere. Food comes in large portions which is expected for an American themed restaurant. Very well cooked and it was all served quickly when I went as were only inside for a total of 40 minutes. Reasonably priced for the portion size. Great local restaurant in Waterloo Liverpool i had the half rack of ribs which was excellent i couldn't eat it all cones with a salad and homemade coleslaw it was huge and a really reasonable price my wife ordered the carbonar which she really enjoyed only thing is she likes the bacon to be crispy and it wasn't crispy enough for her. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to eat locally

Twenty-one family members booked following a get together from across the UK. My sister-in-law recommended Chicago after a previous meal here. Lovely welcome from a staff team who clearly care about serving up more than great food. Our waitresses were lovely, taking the time to pay attention to detail, even though the place was full to bursting. The food was magnificent and my 14 ounce sirloin perfectly prepared. What appeared to be the owner visited our table several times and made sure all were happy including our children. This restaurant is an absolute gem and an easy 1st choice for a large group meal or intimate dinner for two. Thank you all for a great evening!

Lovely place. Staff are nice and pleasant. Food was well done and was genuinely nice food. My Texas burger was fantastically cooked and was juicy and tender. the bbq sauce was a little spicy for my liking but the cheese the bacon and the pulled pork made up for this. My only down side was the portions seemed a bit big however i could take my extra food home with me in a doggy bag so it then didn't matter the size of the portions. £18 for a sirloin steak (my boyfriend had this) he said definitly value for money. Would definitly come back.

I was expecting a lot more of this place due to people reviews & due to the fact it was packed out. First we were put, sat next to a cold draughty door & we asked to be moved..no problem there. I ordered rib eye steak medium rare with chips, first couple of bites were ok, but then it deteriorated & got rather bloody & too chewy..I didn't finish it, the chips were nice, but for £17.95 way to expensive for what it was. My girlfriends burger she said was ok but a bit soggy, she didn't like her fry chips, way too many, she would of preferred mine. Beer rather expensive, so all in all £50 not well spent.

Mixed experience. Good food, generous portions and service even for our party of eight on a Friday night. However, Coeliac not understood by the owner at all who fudged his way through what was safe to eat and offered no alternative menu. I was left with a very reduced plate of food unfortunately and I wont go again. A real shame for a restaurant claiming to cater for gluten free. However watress Danielle's faultless understandings of the diet salvaged the night and I can't praise her enough for her help. I don't recommend this restaurant for Coeliacs.....

Don't sit near the door especially when it's cold , it was freezing ,sat with coat on ! Waited 10 mins before we was asked if we wanted any drinks , and no strawberries in my pink gin which most places do these days . It depends what you order but I had the garlic bead for starter, it was far too big for one person and it wasn't very nice , but they redeemed themselves with the rib eye steak which was very tasty plus the nachos and dip where a nice touch whilst you waited for your meal , I would visit again

The ribs and the chicken where melt in the mouth, the most tender chicken breast. The rib meat practacly sloped onto my fork. Wish they did chips and not frys but it was an amazing meal, and fairly priced too cost about £13 for my main meal, no need for a starter coz meal is huge, could just get a couple of states tbh, also great cocktails.
