Really enjoyed our brunch there during our savage shopping in town. Very conveniently located it has a bar / cafe area and a restaurant one. Quite a few options to choose from on the menu, and the quality of food was good. My cappuccino was very light and fluffy. The service quite prompt, the staff very friendly and helpful. A really nice experience.

Friendly staff and good food. They were super accommodating of an allergy that one of us had. I ordered the green risotto with chicken and dauphinoise potatoes. The risotto was delicious and so were the dauphinoise, the chicken was a bit dry though, and I should have just got the risotto as was. My friend tried to order 3 small plates but they were out of the ones he wanted, so he got Asian chicken, prawns and bang bang cauliflower. He said the chicken was a little over done and the prawns a little lacking in flavour but still nicely cooked, the cauliflower however was great, I tried it myself and I agree. Overall a cool place with great staff and nice atmosphere, some of the food was great and just disappointing that they had a few things missing.

Saturday brunch visit with a friend. The staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Pancakes and the Mexican breakfast were not available, sadly. Unfortunately the place was so busy (with perhaps overworked or inexperienced kitchen staff) as we waited 40 minutes for our food which a bit cold and dry. We were happy with a free Prosecco each as an apology but it would have been better to get decent food. Apparently others complained that morning too about the same thing.

Slightly hidden gem chain cocktail bar & restruant on the first floor, with stairs & lift access in Liverpool One shopping area, close to John Lewis. Good selection of cocktails & 2 for £10.95 on cocktails Sunday to Thursday 4pm til 8pm, all branded spirits & mixers. Didn't eat on this occasion, but food is to a good standard, with breakfast, lunch, dinner & light bites options. Staff all friendly & the barman Colarday, making the cocktails was really chatty & no complaints from my wife's about the cocktails

Our waiter was called Harry and he was absolutely amazing! Really attentive, really friendly, and just what you want from a waiter. A real credit to the Cosy Club team! He also had great local knowledge and was super helpful - he made our trip to Liverpool and the Cosy Club the best it could possibly be! Our food was delicious and the service was even better. Will definitely be back!

Great place - food was fantastic and staff were brilliant. We went on a busy Saturday morning, the food was slightly delayed (only about a 20 minute wait) but the staff were gracious enough to give us a free round of drinks as an apology. First time at the Cosy Club after hearing great things. It was so busy when I went and hot & stuffy. The staff are lovely, friendly & attentive. The food and wine are very nice but way over priced in my opinion. I really enjoyed my meal but there wasn't much of it and it was expensive

Honestly, one of my favourite places in town. Staff are outstanding. Everyone is polite, friendly and attentive and our waitress, Ellis, embodied all of that. We had the Christmas menu - sharing starters we're lovely, main (turkey pie) fabulous and dessert (cheesecake) great too. Great selection of cocktails and I love how the restaurant and bar are cleverly sectioned off. Only fault we could find was that the cheese board was served straight from the fridge so some of the cheeses weren't as good as they could have been.

Lovely breakfast here, had a 10mins wait which is always a good sign and it did not disappoint. Probably not a place to come for a swift fry-up, but for a slow paced brunch it was very good. Food was excellent and good value.

Good service from Adam but can't say the same about the food. Couple of our orders were mixed up with the kitchen and bar, the avocado on toast from the brunch menu was over powered with Coriander. To put it bluntly it was inedible! The Harissa Lamb was dry and looked like it had been reheated. It will be a while before we return here which is a shame as the atmosphere is great.

Another stand out experience at the cosy club; attentive staff is an understatement. Asked for a cocktail off the menu out of curiosity and the bar tender was more than happy to oblige, and he then proceeded to make the drink while chatting to me. You don't get people being that honestly good at their job and knowledgeable while being friendly everywhere. Every time I'm in town I make cosy club a stop off as I always leave beaming.

We always look forward to visiting Cosy Club in Liverpool where we have received nothing but great food and attentive but not over the top service over many years, and we were not disappointed when we visited at lunchtime today 23rd March. BUT the experience was dented by the sheer number of buggies in the dinning area. I appreciate Business in experiencing tough times but please please don't allow your unique atmosphere to turn into a noisy creche.

Came here for breakfast Wednesday morning, absolutely loved it. The member of staff was so friendly (she did tell us her name, but my memory is terrible). Had a Cosy Club Breakfast and a White Sangria both fab. I've been to the Cosy Club in Birmingham for after work drinks but Liverpool's didn't fail to impress. More than enough space to social distance without losing the atmosphere. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5* is that the bens were served in little pots that were chipped (pic below).

August 2019 Booking advisable. Good gluten free range, lovely interior. Recommend! I‘ve been here for brunch and the place really lives up to its name. It‘s spacious, lovely decorated and bright however cozy and service staff make you feel like at home. They are also very knowledgeable in regard to allergies and considerate in accommodating any dietary requirements. The gluten free menu has a good variety of dishes (brunch as well as mains, tapas or sides), however, as I am allergic to dairy as well the range was quite limited but I could make a change to my dish to suit my liking without any troubles. The food was very good although it did not quite meet all my expectations (I‘ve read quite a lot about this place so maybe I set my expectations quite high as well). I had the Cosy Club Breakfast (gf & df) and it came with a slice of one of the best gluten free breads I‘ve had in a long time! it seemed to be actual sourdough rather than a toastie (looked like wholemeal flour), it had a slightly softer middle and the crust was perfectly crisp. The poached egg was rather firm as well which I prefer as it‘s less messy to eat. However, the potato rosti, although texture was brilliant (potatoes were chopped rather than mashed), was quite dull and could‘ve had a bit more flavor. On the contrary, the baked beans were slightly too sweet, as if it was made with ketchup rather than tomato sauce. I wish the dish would‘ve had a bit more of the veggies, which were well seasoned and the mushroom had perfect texture. However, quality of the ingredients was very high, and although at first the dish made a small appearance it was very filling after all. It was arranged appealingly and served within reasonable time to be prepared freshly. Service staff is very considerate in regard to allergies and make you feel very welcome. The restrooms are clean and tidy, seating is spacious and even when the place got busier, acoustics are acceptable to have a conversation at a decent volume.

Great location Liverpool One. Liverpool is my favorite city in the world, not just for the football. Seating was excellent overlooking City Centre. This is a pic of the first time I visited. Everything was outstanding. The only reason for 4 stars was when I went back a year later the portions had been dramatically reduced and didn’t feel like a full English breakfast. I showed the waitress the old pic and she was a bit astonished at the difference. Regardless I would visit again for breakfast every time I am in Liverpool. Service was great, window tables had a good view, and location was right in a great spot in the City Centre. Returned Feb 26, 2019 Breakfast was again tasty. The potatoes now are more of hash brown instead of diced potatoes. For me the most important components are eggs, bacon, sausage and beans. All were good. BUT... as you can from my photos two years ago you used to get two sausages with the breakfast and now just one comes. #houstonfooddude

Just have a pot of tea,staff changes make it difficult to up hold the days old habits were ordering and enjoying food in the less " busy" quiet area of the restaurant is now a thing of the past .Cant eat in the large dining area without getting a migraine caused by loud groups of people usually Girls screaming constantly right near you. Love this place. Very quirky & different. We even bagged ourselves a window table to people-watch! Unfortunately, our visit wasn’t one of the best, as we had a screaming child sat beside us. I personally don’t think this is the place for babies when adults are trying to enjoy a drink or a meal. We didn’t stay long as it just got a bit too much. Not the restaurants fault though, these things happen I guess.

A pretty average place in my opinion. Came here for an evening meal on a Sunday, had two courses and a cocktail. All the food was really nice (had the burger for my main and brownie for dessert). My cocktail wasn’t really to my taste but no fault of the restaurant itself. The main issue we had was the value for money- prices were way too high for the portions and quality of food. There was nothing wrong with the food as such but like I said, really basic for the price and didn’t feel full afterwards. I would visit again but maybe for a brunch/lunch where the prices may be more reasonable.

Amazing atmosphere very Christmasy and staff are wonderful. The decor is unique which makes it even better as it has its own style. Ordered oat milk hot chocolate had to ask for it be heated again as was luke warm. The toilets are lovely. Really nice place..very cosy.

Dear Greig Although it is nearly two years since my complaint to you, I want to tell you about my recent visit to Cosy Club Liverpool. Firstly, I was very impressed with the manner that you dealt with our complaint. Secondly, it was only the pandemic which prevented us returning sooner. Thirdly, we used the voucher yesterday at the restaurant and were very pleased with the actions of all your staff right from the start. They were most attentive, very efficient and both polite and friendly...the exact opposite to our previous experience. I normally love eating here but this time I didn't really enjoy it. The menu was poor and the food was slightly over cooked, and although the restaurant wasn't very busy the service felt rushed. Our order was taken swiftly and the drinks and starters arrives very fast, once our plates were clean they quickly cleared and brought our main courses. My wife had the salmon and I had the Malaysian curry....both were amazing and we would definitely order them again. The restaurant is quirky with lots of old pictures and grand chandeliers, there is a nice buzz about the place. Asked for it to be cleaned and staff member just wiped it with a cloth which didn't help much. Glass and knife were also dirty. Ordered the tapas which was average. If you want tapas you are better going to a Spanish restaurant. First time I've seen pigs in blanket served as part of tapas. Coffee was nice.

We visited Cosy Club on the day of the Liverpool vs Tottenham match. Although the restaurant wasn't too busy, there was a few hen parties in. There was some mix up with timing and we had to wait a while for our food but we appreciated this was probably a one time event and our server, Saffron was fantastic and we cannot fault her attitude and quality of service in response to the issue. We received a free round of drinks and our food was served shortly after being notified of the issue. Saffron made our Cosy Club experience extra special--she's a credit to her team and we cannot thank her enough for looking after the table in her polite and professional way. Great food, great service and great atmosphere! Will be coming again!

Every December my friend and I go to Liverpool for a day out Shopping and a nice lunch so before we set off I had a look and found this restaurant, I had not booked so we called in they said they would have a table in 35 min so i asked to use the toilet before we left to do a bit more shopping then we would be back to eat. I found myself locked in the toilet and had to ring my friend to get help. Sad to say it took 40 min to open the door and the owner more concerned about the damage to the door. We then went to our table and deiced what to eat and had a bottle of wine , when my chicken arrived i cut into the thick part to make sure it was cooked ( something i always do ) to find it a little under cooked, it was changed but i was told it was a vain sorry any red it goes back. My second male was cooked and very nice we then had desert oh my was that good Apple tart I was not looking for a discount on the meal but though that something would have been said about the problem with toilet door our bill arrived and it was full price so we paid but on leaving I did make a comment and a reduction was made i should not have to do this I have taken 2 stars off as service was slow and the toilet experience good food was spoiled by my experience

I came to the opening night and had a great time. This restaurant has just opened and no doubt will be busy over the Christmas period! The food was really tasty, they had a large variety of food on the normal menu (which i read by the front door) and was well presented on a lovely floral plate. The place is quite quirky with a really nice decor inside, plenty of vintage-pictures and two large chandeliers dangling from the roof. The restaurant had really well trained staff that were extremely accommodating and I've already read similar comments on their FaceBook page from others! A standard meal and a drink will run you about £15, which I believe is a reasonably good value too for the quality of food and environment it's being served in. You have to walk up some stairs to get to the restaurant (or take the lift) which is a little strange but allows them to have a prime spot down Liverpool Paradise Street, ideal place to stop for coffee and a cake for lunch, or a well earned dinner after a long day of shopping. Would really recommend a visit here, enjoyed my time a lot and will be returning very soon!

The work Christmas night our at the end of the year we went here because of the friendly options for both vegans, vegetarians and omnivores of our office group, the food catered to that relatively well. One co-worker felt that the vegan choice was somewhat lacking compared to the meat options which is understandable but the vegan food also looked rather appetizing. Now in most restaurants I visit I like to have a decent sized portion (I tend to make a habit of ordering something burger related or pizza because they are usually very large portions) but at Cosy Club I went for the Christmas menu option "Turkey and bacon pie" to describe the pie it was probably smaller than the ones you can buy in packets from any good supermarket, however the meat content and actually solid pieces of filling was impressive for the size, good tender chunks of Turkey that for me were the perfect bite/chew, the bacon was reasonably well seasoned and flavoursome too despite being inside a pie covered in a creamy sauce, if supermarket pies were filled like that I wouldn't mind if they were smaller. I may say the portions were small but they were in no way weak, after half the plate I was filled with both sensational flavours and could not finish the plate (I may have had a few too many pork belly pieces and pigs in blankets for starters which were divine when dipped in the chutney side). Onto the dessert, while others opted for the sweet yet subtle flavoured orange chocolate mousse cheesecake I had to have the brownie trifle, I have never tasted a trifle with so many flavours. A sweet caramel flavoured cream topping, a slightly less sweet verging on bitter chocolate cream and a light bitter brownie sponge at the bottom. It is safe to say that I really enjoyed the food at Cosy Club, whilst I can't comment on the price/cost because thankfully it went on the office, I found the restaurant to have a pleasant atmosphere, quirky tables and decor and food for the senses. If your favourite food is the steak and chips at the pub then I'm not sure it's for you, all you hipsters, foodies and any other type that likes to experiment and enjoy food it's worth a try. (This review is in no way meant to offend any culture background or person, and if you do find yourself offended if I have called out a particular group or stereotype, I sincerely apologise).

I like the Cosy club but it seems to have lost its sheen of romanticism and friendlesness but then I think it did that when I encountered surly service from one of the maitre ds bad customer service when I asked about a place to put the coats and I was told that there was a coat stand over there. I was under the impression that you were treated with a bit of respect when you asked for a table in an establishment like this. When I have been to other establishments I have received the service you would expect but sadly not here.

Food was nice, the wait a little long but it admittedly it was 12:00 the only huge downfall for me was no baby change facilities in the women's (not sure if there was one in the men's) of there was one available there's no clear sign of it. Luckily I carry a padded fold out mat for situations like this but it's very upsetting to have to use the floor of a toilet to change your little one so anyone who didn't have a mat or something would be hard pressed. Again I didn't see any change facilities and if there was one I stand corrected.

Incredible from start to finish. Friendly staff without being over the top, lovely cocktails and the food was perfect. Wouldn't advise the Nutella and Cream doughnut, very heavy and didn't taste at all like Nutella and was the only thing that didn't live up to the expectations, the Salted Caramel Cheesecake however is to die for! Definitely a new favourite.

I went here with a group of friends and stumbled upon the cosy club by accident. We decided to take a look inside and ware not disappointed by the awesome atmosphere, cosy club indeed. The food choices ware very diverse and that even had a vegan menu. We all had something different to eat and we all enjoyed our food. We recommend the cheesecake! We sincerely hope that the cosy club will come to the Netherlands!!

A lovely place to visit for a quiet drink. On a Friday or Saturday night there are few places in Liverpool for a quiet drink, but Cosy Club is a good option, with plenty of beers and ciders to try, and a large selection of cocktails. I definitely would recommend to any friends visiting Liverpool!
