Stopped here as it was the first chippy we found after leaving the beach. Glad we did. The portion was generous and tasted great. Some benches outside and some seats inside. We had a large fish and chips and shared between two. Fantastic.

Take out only. Fish is cooked to perfection and really tasty. Burgers are juicy and tender with limited grease - selection of sauces with or without salad. Chinese takeaway exactly what was expected. A good array of culinary delights 😊Pizza and Kebabs too. There are no deserts on the menu.

Chips are lovely. Staff are lovely and the food is great . They also offer a delivery service. Although you do have to spend over £10 , the delivery drivers are lovely

Food is consistently OK. The chippy food is better than the greasy Chinese offering. But the fact that it's "cash only" is a massive res flag.

Salt and pepper chips were excellent, a meal in themselves. Slightly disappointed not to see any tofu dishes in the Chinese section but the chips were excellent. And I'd say consistently excellent after a return visit.

A good chippy and friendly staff. Doesn't have a card reader, so it is cash only which is slight inconvenience. Would go again.

I ordered a home delivery on a cold wet Saturday evening and it arrived within 25/30mins and hot. I wanted a seafood pizza which I chose the toppings and I got a pot of dip in the pizza box. The pizza was absolutely delicious with good size toppings.

We visited after a trip to Formby Beach, 15 mins before they were due to close. You would usually expect 15 mins before close the food to be a little old but it was so hot and fresh. The staff were nice and polite and the place looked very clean. I haven't had a chippy lunch in years due to not particularly liking them but really enjoyed the food from here.

Lovely fish and chips! Friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. This place is close to the shore so you can buy your food, take it to the beach and enjoy the views while eating. What more there is to say!? :-)

Quick friendly service from this fish and chip / Chinese takeaway. Modest prices with huge servings. Unfortunately very little available for vegetarians. Always seems to be open, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Pleasant, take away menu. Good fish and chips ( not always guaranteed round here) This place has the enviable distinction of being the ONLY PLACE IN THE FORMBY AREA open for food at 8:30 on a Summer Sunday evening when our son returned home late after his car blew up. So - they have my undying gratitude and admiration.

Came here after a day at Formby beach. Wasn't expecting much as multicuisine takeaways are generally ... General, but my goodness are the fish and chips good. Fish has right balance of batter, chips were fluffy and crisp, fish cake was great, gravy .. I could drink the gravy. I don't really review fish n chips shops (I've tried many though) but I felt this had to have a special mention. It just crept out of nowhere. Would travel back just to get more!
