Stunning food in a beautiful setting! We absolutely recommend the delicious Cantonese lamb and Korean beef bao. The cocktails are amazing too, our waitress recommended some great ones based on our favourite alcohol. Great night!

Central location, great interior- very scouse fancy! Lighting and seating on point. Welcoming and friendly staff. The food was rather good. Definitely need a bigger portion of prawn crackers (loved the option of white and brown). The tempura duck sushi is outstanding. Maybe 2 more lamb cutlets rather than just 2 for a large plate but can't fault the taste!

Super sparkly and flashy with tones of grey, blue, pink, purple, white and gold 😍 full of life and light and amazing marble floors and tables, beautiful chandeliers and great decorations. Location| 15 Victoria St, Liverpool L2 5QS, United Kingdom 🇬🇧 Opening Times| Monday to Thursday 12:00-00:00 Friday 12:00-01:00 Saturday and Sunday 10:00-01:00 Staff| The staff was lovely and attentive and just made sure we had a great night 🤗❤️ ( The only thing I will mention is that we had 1 hour and a half to eat our starts, mains and desserts, we felt slightly rushed but they are a very busy restaurant, so we were understanding ) Food and drinks| Asian fusion small plates & mains in an art deco-style interior. The food is just beautiful and the plates are stunningly decorated ❤️🤩 We loved everything ❤️ it was all so nice and fresh we had a lot of sushi 🍣 🍱😍 They have a huge selection of drinks 🍹 🍺 🍸 🥂, you will be lost for choice. Visited for a 30th birthday and we were made to feel very welcome by the attentive staff. I chose the Sunday roast which was enormous and beautifully cooked! The place is bright, airy and comfortable, we’ll definitely be back for another visit!

Went here for afternoon tea. The sandwhiches and cakes were lovely, but they put a charge on the bill when I asked for more hot water in my tea pot, which I thought was ridiculous, and the 'water for the table' turned out to be £18 🙄

I attended a baby shower in this venue in the private dining area the venue was stunning the food was nice but found the service was lacking the waiter was really helpful but was struggling to cope with the numbers on his own the wait time for drinks was ridiculous we brought a cake for the mum to be and was told we couldn't put it on the table we asked for a small table to display her gifts and was told we dont have anything so her baby gifts had to be put on the floor which resulted in a drink being knocked on the floor and went on the presents which was very disappointing we were then asked to leave the room as another party was due which was not true as we sat in a booth and nobody entered the room. Again we had to wait 30 minutes to get served the order arrived and was wrong. I feel there needs to be more work done to improve the service. If this venue wants to promote its self in a higher league it needs to massively improve the service.

Makes me laugh some of the reviews from people giving this place 1 star or a bad review because Dash is brilliant. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is nice and vibrant and the service was spot on. I honestly think people just get so drunk they think they are being mistreated from poor service and find their own hairs in their own food. From the second me and my girlfriend walked through the door the service was superb. All the bar staff, hostess's and waitresses were lovely and really made us feel special and relaxed. Do not take any notice to these weird people slaggin this place off because it is a lovely venue for any occasion.

Dash restaurant is certainly one of Liverpools top restaurants. Recently we held a surprise party there for my brothers 30th. The staff were accommodating, friendly and despite the restaurant being busy they still devoted time to ensure the special occasion went off without a hitch. All covid guidelines where in place and areas were clearly marked to ensure social distancing is adhered to. The food we had was amazing and came at just the right time between courses. All of the waitresses where friendly and couldn't be more attentive. A fantastic experience all around and we will all continue to visit Dash in the future.

What a fantastic place to eat. From the decor to the table layouts the floral displays and the most amazing selection of food. A group of 9 diners chose many different dishes and they were all first class. The staff were great and our waiter worked very hard looking after the diners. I would recommend the rack of lamb and any of the cocktails. Presentation of the food and the cocktails were an art form. Worth the trip.

We booked this as an anniversary/birthday treat. The interior is beautiful. Really interesting cocktail menu and very cool electric funk background music. The food was fabulous. My husband is raving about the soft shell tempura crab. My duck and spiced sweet potato was dreamy! My only criticism would be the cheese board. Although the cheese was good, the selection was unimaginative. All in all, a lovely way to spend our evening and we would definitely visit again when we come to Liverpool.

We specifically came here as the lunch menu as advertised on their site had the bao buns which I'm obsessed with. However, upon arrival we were'nt given the lunch menu, and then after specifically asking for it, they werent in the menu! I think they really need to keep their website up to date to avoid disappoint. Especially as our waitress wasn't at all apologetic. That being said, i did opt for the salmon main which was incredible. So all in all, lovely decor, great drinks menu, fab food. They just need to keep their site up to date and have a friendlier front of house.

Visited Dash on Boxing day. Used to be the Living Room. Beautiful bar and separate restaurant. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Very unhurried with impeccable service. I tried the Wagyu beef, medium rare. Beautiful. I was assured it was the real deal and not the New Zealand bred version.

Great location with a stunning exterior decor and once inside it did not disappoint. Interior is amazing wether it be the design of the bar side to the carrera marble wall behind dj area. The restaurant side is very classy but also encourages a very cosy feel with great use of lighting. The food is just as good as the venue, the menu makes you want to order everything. I chose the springs rolls & tuna tartare followed by rump steak which was cooked to perfection, finished off with sticky toffee pudding which was the perfect end to a very very enjoyable meal. Amazing all round from the start to finish, special mention to the staff who are very welcoming and also knowledgable in terms of the food and drinks to compliment your chosen meal.

Lovely decor, great service from the waitor however disappointed that my soft shell crab burger didn't come with the black bun and they didn't let me know, they simply served it and said oh sorry we dont have black buns in at the moment. The burger was so oily I felt sick from it - I might as well had a terrible fish and chips elsewhere - I couldn't taste anything remotely crab just oil - sadly I won't ever order that again!
