Lovely place for properly prepared gourmet food. It may take a while for serving, but the wait is absolutely worth it, under also afordable prices. Will definitely comeback!

Excellent atmosphere. We arrived slightly early & manager was attentive. It was a Sunday & even thou they were tidying up after breakfast with santa & children. Lovely friendly staff & waiting services. I had veg roast dinner, beautiful the way it was presented & can't wait to have it again. My friend had the fish & chips, what a good size meal that was. The staff were attentive without rushing you out & we said we were going to wait a while to have pudding. I had sticky toffee pudding & ice cream, lovely & friend had apple & oats crumble with cream. We couldn't fault the food & it was a great place to have our Christmas Dinner meal. Would highly recommend! Thank you & what lovely staff you have

Wow!!! Such an amazing atmosphere and venue to dine out! We went here in a date night and loved the food!! The pure sea salt on the fish was the tip of the iceberg for me! Great service and lovely staff. The manager goes to great lengths to ensure you have a great experience and assigns someone to specifically look after you. Thanks Rob 😁

Place is absolutely lovely, the design and decor makes for a really nice atmosphere. Staff are also lovely and they take COVID precautions very seriously with masks worn, an anti bac point for customers, and dividers between some tables. Only thing that let's them down is that the coffee was a little lacklustre and there was A LOT of mustard on the brunch food despite no mention of it on the menu (it was still nice, just a bit over the top). We'll definitely be back, would give 4.5 if I could!

New to the area, had dinner at this little gem, warm friendly welcome nice relaxed atmosphere in the lovely restaurant. The food was excellent, delicious flavours and really well presented, staff attentive without being intrusive ,well informed regarding the food and wine,we had starters and mains ,the beef in particular was stunning ,a really nice bottle of wine. Very good value for money for the quality of the ingredients used, I would recommend to anyone that enjoys really good food served by lovely staff without any of the pretentiousness that allows restaurants to charge more.

Great service, excellent choice of beers, IPA, bottles, something for everyone. Beer garden, the best I've ever seen, full of interesting features. Great place for families & dogs. Food was excellent, steak & prawns were best I've had. Thank you to the excellent staff whom made the experience perfect. 👍 SANTA visit made memories for me & my children.

Fantastic outside seating area and very friendly staff. This place might have a new name but a lot of the same staff working there which is a great thing and felt very well organised with the reopening in current time. Will be frequenting this outside seating area quite a bit I think.

Limited vegetarian options. The vegan cottage pie first came on a hot plate but really cold, (it has probably been prepared and stored in fridge and they popped it in the microwave)By the time it came back cooked everyone else had eaten. The mash was like double cream, the pie was quite watery and it ended up being like a big soup! The flavour was pretty bland too. It was our first time visiting and we probably won't come again. 60 quid bill and only one person enjoyed their meal. The service was lovely and venue is beautiful. It wasn't even busy to say the kitchen was on high demand.

Went to Inside No4 for a private party. Absolutely excellent. We were in the Conservatory, beautiful room. Excellent food served sharing style to each table. Great way to do this to maintain Covid safety. Staff again excellent, especially Molly, who served us, she was very attentive and looked after us very well. All in all faultless. Will definitely go back again to try the restaurant.

It was good. We visited after a game at Marine. Both of us had a burger. One beef and one cod. Both of us happy. Shared a bottle of wine. We hadn't booked and were accommodated. It was busy with bookings. All of the staff were very nice and earned a nice tip. Pictures of local notaries adorn the walls and led us into conversations of such folk. We would return. I'm not keen on my food served on a piece of wood though. Give us plates.

Baby Shower Afternoon Tea Party Booking. Fab service, very accommodating staff and such nice place. Highly recommended if you want lovely afternoon tea & coffee, mixed sandwiches, brioche buns and lots of cake! Great value.

I went to inside no 4 last night, and I'll be honest, the food was ok.. It wasn't dreadful, it was ok. I have had much worse, but also 100% better for a similar price. The atmosphere was good, the staff were nice enough, but I'll be honest I wouldn't go back sadly.

We ate at Inside No 4 for the first time yesterday and I strongly recommend to do the same (if you haven't done already!). Really good food and excellent service. All the Covid protocols were absorbed but it also felt relaxed (and warm) eating on the terrace. The sharing platters were amazing. Very good indeed.

Went to inside no 4 for the first time a couple of nights ago, and we're so glad we have it a try. We had such a lovely time! The staff were friendly and attentive, we were sat at a lovely table in the patio and the service was brilliant! I am vegan, where as my partner isn't, and the menu had lots of choices for us both. I had an arancini starter and the Vegan cottage pie for my main, and my partner picked the Korean popcorn chicken and the beef kebab. We both enjoyed our meal so much, and the prices we paid were really good for the amount of food we got. We were stuffed for hours afterwards! We both ordered the Crosby colada cocktail too which was hands down the best cocktail I've ever had! The atmosphere was very pleasant and the social distancing measure were spot on. We'll definitely be coming back again in the future and would definitely recommend it to everyone if they're looking for a restaurant with a beautiful feel, helpful staff and tasty food and drinks! Thank you for a wonderful evening Inside No 4 :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our catchup at Inside Number 4. The girls serving were lovely. Hand sanitiser and face masks at the door, screens between the tables make you feel comfortable. The food was delicious. I would certainly recommend the open sandwich and for a real treat the strawberry pavlova..

So I went with my mother and sister a week ago late afternoon and I had the most amazing mussels! The oven baked camembert on a crusty roll was too delicious to share and my mum polished this off herself. We loved this place so much that my mum went this week with vegetarian friends of her - they were delighted with the variety offered. The Eat to Help out deal makes this restaurant hard to beat on quality, portion and price - wish I'd had the foresight to take pictures. Well, I'm booked in for dinner next week so maybe then..... :)

First time I have had a lamb shank without a bone! And was surprised to find there was no freshly ground black pepper, just the pepper pot on the table. Starter (haloumi frites) was nice though.

We tried inside no4 on a whim it had been recommended to me and menu looked nice for what we wanted. Setting of the place is lovely but as time went on it lost its spark music in the background disappeared attentive of service was lame between arriving and receiving our starter was almost 50mins it was not busy just put a dampner on the experience. Food was nice after a few issues with what was available on the menu but just wished the service was a little more prompt room for improvement like past reviews have already said.

Loved outside area. Ordered king prawn and avacado. Price was £8 but not worth it. 6 King prawns a piece of white bread. Avacado and most of the dish lettuce. Dissapointing. Also ordered the halumi chips. Tasty but very few. Nice atmosphere and lovely staff. But pricey.

Great place to go and . Lovely outside area . But please put a cheap bin in gents. Soggy blue hand towel strips all over floor and down toilet ! Asked a member of staff why no bins ? Reply was …” they keep going missing” well bolt them down then and put a plastic liner in . Poor excuse 🥲

Visited here with with our daughter & grandkids the foods average & the staff was friendly enough but a it’s a bit pricey especially when your paying adult prices for a child who wants a starter or a dessert as there’s no child’s starters or dessert s. Menu Which is odd considering they do have a child’s menu which could be better also . Disappointed if am honest 😕

My daughter booked as a surprise for my birthday and booked for 8 people then retractions changed and she rang to rearrange when we arrived the manager was so rude accused her of not changing booking and asked her what she wanted him to do To cut a long story food and staff was amazing but I will never go back again manager needs a lesson in how to treat people

This restaurant is classy, it looks different and the food is good and has a unique touch. We went for my Neice's 30th birthday and the service was good and the prices were acceptable. Would give it 5 stars but the functiion room was a little small

Went there xmas eve as a party of 7 adults and an infant, service was excellent and well timed , Ordered A non alcoholic bottle of presseco amongst other drinks , and on when given bill at the end of meal was charged £15:70 for the bottle which was exactly same as the bottle in Sainsbury's "Nosecco" for £3:20 !!!! In fact it was the "Nosecco" from sainsbury's The beef Burginion was a 1 inch wide slice of shin beef with fresh vegetables placed on top , bit fatty and chewy . Never complained I knew it was Xmas eve and the staff have friends and family they want to be with . The other food served was good and no issues , Will vote with my feet and wallet and will think twice before going again , It's not Barr humbug ,its the truth
