What a brilliant night we had at Jam Restaurant & Bar- We didn't want to leave! Organised the meal as an ideal place for a hen party due to the beautiful décor. Travelled from Newcastle and we were not disappointed! The food was absolutely beautiful and so cheap. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful throughout the whole booking process and made our Bride feel so special on the night. Would highly recommend!

My friend and I went in for a quick cocktail with our wives, apart from the owner, we were the only 2 guys in a room full of about 50 women. But the atmosphere was so good we stayed for an hour and indulged in 2 each of their tasty pina coladas.

Came here for a colleagues birthday, omg what can i say?? Absolutely gorgeous place. Love the decor and the food. Drinks are on the expensive side however the place is stunning none of the less. I had the afternoon tea here and it really is a lovely place. Lots of choice and selection, would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely love this place. Such a lovely welcoming atmosphere everytime we visit. We came for an afternoon tea today and felt very safe and the food was unreal, they just can't do enough for you. (Recommend adding the hone cooked chips on to an afternoon tea as they are delicious) definitely worth a visit when in the city centre. Can't wait for our next treat!

Suprise Birthday treat for are daughter 💕 Afternoon tea. Staff really helpful and polite. Scone and jam was delicious. The decor is very good lots of lights great with the kids. They even wrapped some leftover cakes to take home. I really enjoyed it and would recommend if you want to make someone's birthday that bit extra special. O yes and make sure you order the salt and pepper chips chunky.😋🥳

We didn’t have a reservation for tea time on Women’s day, but a very nice girl (didn’t catch her name, but she has a tattoo on her left arm) really made an effort and made it possible for us to get a table. The food was delicious, portions are generous, we couldn’t finish it all.

Went here for baby shower first impression Fabulous Decor . Lovely afternoon tea but small sandwiches would have been better, the small baguettes they made up bread too thick and raspberry custard shots not received very well . I choose Jam as the venue to celebrate 🎉 my sister in laws hen party on Saturday 25th January 2020. As maid of honour it fell to me to plan a night to remember. From my original enquiry, to booking the event and hosting the evening Anne-Marie and the team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. I choose the Cocktail Masterclass and two course meal option. Everyone enjoyed getting up to shake and the food was delicious. This was followed by live entertainment and dancing. Decor was second to none - perfect for a girly celebration. Venue suited the mixed age group from early 20’s to mid 70’s. I’d certainly recommend Jam to anyone planning a hen party or baby shower.

Bit off the beaten track in town but the tasty food makes it well worth the visit. Airy yet cosy settings make it ideal for special occasions for groups and couples alike. Drinks are pricey but doubling up only costs around £2 more for cocktails.

The place is lovely, we had afternoon tea which was nice but it was quite small compared to others I have been to and everything tasted like it had been in the fridge to long.We also ordered some chips and waited 20 mins at least. One of our party barely touched hers and they offered to pack it up for her only to find they only gave her half of it. Would I recommend it, personally no.

Totally gorgeous Gluten Free fish and chips and haloumi fries...first time I have been able to eat anything like that in a year. Beautiful place, delicious afternoon tea. Found the staff a little intrusive and rude. Don't think they were equipped to deal with large groups. Couldn't remember drink orders and didn't have a pad to write them down.

The best thing about this restaurant is that everything on the menu is available gluten free, so my coeliac friend was able to enjoy a massive choice of dishes, something unimaginable in restaurants back home. I tried a little of the GF bread from her club sandwich and unlike other alternatives, it was delicious and had a great texture. Our waitress could not have been friendlier, the atmosphere was vibrant and quirky and my only regret is not discovering this place earlier in the holiday. Will definitely make a note to come back next time.

Well where do I start the lovely Annmarie and her husband went out their way to set up a surprice 30th , they was able to add 10 extra people at short notice. Dressed the tables fantastic!! It looked amazing when we got there, the whole family was in love with this place. They made Evey think go so smoothly , food fab,drinks amazing and the band was perfect . This is the perfect surrounding for family, couples and even just a good drink. I would highly recommend this place to everyone you won’t be disappointed. They was kind enough to put many complimentary bottles of posseco on the tables ( a lot ) which was really thoughtful. I would hope you read this review and feel safe that your guaranteed 5 star treatment in this place. Thankyou you again to everyone that works their for making everyone’s night. There was so much more I have probably missed but we are so grateful xxx

Quite possibly the best restaurant in Liverpool for those who have Gluten Free dietary requirements. If you were to look at the menu it wouldn't be obvious but have a word with the lovely staff and management. The kitchen is designated gluten free! I took relatives here. One of our party needs gluten free which usually mean everyone else enjoys something nice while they are stuck with something boring. Not so in Jam! the menu is very interesting and the food is smashing for those with or without GF requirements. My relative who has to eat GF food loved the fish finger butty (with batter!) and a desert she can rarely eat. Perfect if you have someone in your party who has GF needs but also perfect for those without as well! try the crisps. They are awesome!
