Reviews of Kazimier Garden
S. “. F. 8.
Fun evening out with locals. Chilly on a cold night, so dress warm. Basic drinks. Outdoor bar.
J. H.
Very cool, very laid back open air bar. Despite being very busy bar staff efficient, no long waits. Prices pretty much the same as all bars in Liverpool. We got one of the wooden huts to sit in. Perfect to chat away the evening.
K. B.
My favourite spot in Liverpool. Hidden away, it's a lovely spot away from the clubbing area of town. They have a great selection of drinks and the staff are always lovely. I have been coming here for years because of how beautiful it is. The food is always exceptional, shame they don't sell more of it.
B. S.
Such a nice bar in Liverpool! It reminds me of the ruin bars in Budapest! Really nicely done and a great concept.
The drinks were good although I don't thi k there were too many options but can't complain as everything was good!
L. S.
Nice on a warm sunny day very quirky which is a nice change from city center bars also reasonable priced. Great place to meet and interact with other people due to seating. Has a great time there👍
A. B.
Such a great hidden gem with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.
The drink selection is fab and they now do good.
The live music is brilliant and lots of seating or standing is also fine.
C. C.
An outdoor bar with a real chilled feel. Fanatic venue I've been visiting for years. Seeing the evolution of the venue has been great and I'll always go whenever I get a chance, be it summer or winter is always a great experience
M. H.
Lovely little kind of Mexican vibe bar that serves meals too. Good selection of drinks, nice atmosphere. Didn't have food but menu looked good 👍
A. D.
An amazing experience, great vibes and lovely staff. Especially (if i’ve remembered the names correctly) Leon, Paddy, and Conner went above and beyond with customer service. Would highly recommend.
L. J.
Honestly such a unique, chilled location. You really feel like you’ve stepped out of the city for a second and are just in a cute casual garden. You can order via a website now which does take Apple Pay on the checkout which I love.
Such a good range of beers to choose from, an amazing choice of fruit beers which really sets it aside. Staff are all friendly and service is always quick. Prices are so cheap for the middle of town, especially for some of the spirits.
Seats arent generally the comfiest but you can’t complain in a nice rustic setting. The food provided by Queens is also delicious and high quality, portions are a tad small so it comes off as more snacky bits to keep you going as opposed to a full meal out.
Definitely a Liverpool must visit, it’s unlike anywhere else
C. W.
Lovely little gem in heart of the city. Staff great. Drinks great. Unique place to go and chill.
k. h.
Little "ruin style" outdoor bar .... serves beer and draught martinis. Some tables under cover. Dog & child friendly
K. P.
Great place to have drink and chill, Right in the city center but hidden just off the beat track . Don't think about it , Give it a try
I. L.
It s alright, nothing special, sitting on hard, rain moist stools, eating fatty, unhealthy food. Music very load. At least the Paulaner Radler is a gem. To sum it up: Dont expect too much.
G. W.
Great venue, only downside the two days we went here they closed at 12, careful if there are more than 4 of you in a group as they don't allow crowds in! In all seriousness though it's a super place to chill out after a busy day around the city. Like an earlier reviewer it really does remind us of Budapest and its ruin bars.
Edit: revisited December 2019, they have changed the layout somewhat and I think it works just as well, again really unusual vibe which is great, what was evident this time we visited was that there are now lots of other bars around them now which I hope helps them out, well done to however had the idea a few years back to stick their neck on the line and open here with virtually nothing around them, it’s a real go to place for me every time we visit.
C. B. T. V. C.
Interesting space. Reminded me very much of Budapest’s Ruin Pubs. On my visit it was busy, but not uncomfortably crammed. Good selection of national and local beer and the food was nice too.
A. R.
Great unusual and quirky semi outdoor bar, lots of students and younger people, and if you like a smoke with your drinks, this is the place for you as it’s an all smoking bar due to it being largely outside. Be aware though that the toilets are unisex, one room for all!
Good selection of drinks to suit all.
B.
Lovely vibes, friendly staff and great fruity beer on tap. Deffo worthy of the hidden gem category and long may it survive amongst the ever changing developments around it
G. L.
Great little spot and open/slightly covered so was able to smoke a cigar with my mate. Great, filthy burger, so juicy, and the millionaire fries were amazing. Decent range of ales. I'm in my 40s and felt a bit old among the younger, much cooler crowd than me. 😂
c. p.
It's expensive but the students love it. Why? Cos in theory it's a cool place to be. In reality, cold and expensive beers. Go but be a boy scout, "Be Prepared".
D. T.
Good choice of beers, and with the way the booths set up, its perfect for a group catch up over a beer or two. Staff are friendly as well ☺
A. S.
Lovely outdoor seating area with outdoor heaters. Clearly a hit amongst the locals and it proved to be a great social experience. Had a wide variety of drinks on the menu and caters for all tastes. The only improvement would be the upkeep of the toilets as they do not seem to be regularly maintained.
M. M.
Great atmosphere and good beer. Perfect for a sunny day
A. J. E.
Great tunes good vibes and a unique bar recommended
K. P.
Lovely place for a beer in the sunny afternoon. Really cold at the moment in this spring weather and the heaters were broken so wrap up 🧣.
I. L.
Cozy and comforting with a food stall that changes every so often
P. H.
Good place to have a drink and take in live music and food chips burger.
Jamie Higgs and family.
P. W.
😂 Well You can't beat the kazimier Gardens for a quick alfresco drink or two in Liverpool. With small and large tables they can sit couples or medium to large parties. The Service was good which was surprising.
D. M.
I arrived with 4 other people and it felt a little cramped where we were seated, but we were quickly offered a booth in one of the huts (without even having to ask) which was really comfortable and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Can't fault the service at all, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere. The only downside is the bathroom as there are only a few toilets and they're not as well cleaned/maintained as they could be. However, drinks were good, service was good, and I would visit again.
H. B.
Great bar, good beer and friendly staff in this quirky space. Prices are on point for the location. And a reasonable selection.
M. S.
Unusual experience. Feb is too cold. Fires need to be lit.
Limited Real ale although it was satisfactory
M. R.
Cool place for drinks, food, chilling out. Reminds me of the ruin bars over in Budapest. Extremely tasty food and great selection of drinks. Background music on point
A. M.
What a great place to have drinks and a bit of a covid safe dance! Semi outdoors with a rustic neon vibe, it serves and eclectic mix if people of all ages and walks of life and is chilled, unpretentious and welcoming. And there is plenty of space to just have a little bit of a dance if the feeling takes you. Shall be returning.
A. B.
Fantastic jem of a place in the city centre that is a great place to start if you're heading to concert square or Bold Street. Nice ambiance with good food and a great selection of beers, ciders, and fruit beer.
M. C.
Brilliant atmosphere and a beautiful place to be with helpful and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the guy with the guitar.
R. P.
Great bar. Good range of beer at a decent price and great ambience. Good little venue in the stockroom too.
C. R.
Loved the atmosphere, good beers/food and wine
T. A.
Great place once you go through the doors you wouldn't think you were in the middle of Liverpool!!
P. D.
Love this place. Just so chilled and relaxed. Good interesting drinks, great friendly service and eclectic tunes. A hidden unpretentious gem. Would recommend and is one of my favourites.
S. B.
Great little place, great atmosphere, nice vibes, loved the place
L. F.
Great little quirky place, warm and friendly, reccomend
G. K.
Great bar, good music
M. H.
Just a little gem of a place to chill and have a good drink
S. B. (.
Great experience , lovely rustic setting in the heart of Liverpool. If you want something different on a night out definitely visit here
R. L.
Glad to see that the one-time pop-up bar has kept going with the cracking little performance area in the stockroom
I.
Very cute and cosy. Polite staff. Nice range of alcohol. Food menu is limited but what they do have is really nice. Go to place on a nice sunny day.
T. A.
Class place food and drink some of the best will defo be back
S. H.
Great music, always good atmosphere and friendly staff
A. E.
Could have easily been 5 strs if the toilets were a bit better.
D. A.
Loved the beer garden 5 * had some food
All was good apart from chicken wings not so good! 3* Which was a shame but no probs wont order them again!
The bar and ambience was great dog friendly! Bonous
G. S.
It's a nice chilled out space in the heart of the city. Often enlivened by an eclectic, free music programme. Good selection of drinks and food too.
M. G.
Great service. Lovely place to chill and relax with a warm mulled wine
D. J.
Would get more stars if staff engaged with customers to help with ordering food and drink. I'm very savvy with tech but noticed older customers getting completely overlooked on purpose when struggling with ordering over the application. Will return when customer service improves?
D. T.
Great atmosphere, music at perfect volume, not too loud. Friendly staff. Decent drinks. Great place to go
W. H.
Great place, always a fantastic atmosphere and vibe. Efficient, lovely, friendly staff.
The only thing, please bring back some pale ale/craft beer. 🙂
S. S.
Lovely little place for drinks. Ordered our drinks at the table with an app and were seated in a lovely booth. Great atmosphere and staff were friendly.
E. L.
A fantastic, unique outdoor bar
R. R.
Good prices, tasty food and a very nice atmosphere in general. It's becoming our go to place for after work meetings.
J. B.
Great little place, unique setting, good selection of craft beers, lovely on a warm summers day or night
S. D.
Long wait on a Saturday but once we got in, lovely place.
Orders were done on a website, which was hardly accessible because there was no WiFi and internet data was terrible there. Food and drinks also couldn't be ordered at the same time.
However, once we had ordered, everything arrived very quickly, with reasonable prices.
J. B.
Loved this place. Really quirky with a great vibe. Very central too.
N. R.
Fantastic place on a summers evening, hidden behind partition board if it wasn't for the buzz you'd never know it was there, enter through an inconspicuous door and prepare to be amazed.
D. “. D.
Lovely night in the open air under cover!
M. D.
Awesome little outdoor bar with cool decor. Perfect for the end of a night! Very trippy chandelier thing too.
T. B.
Cool place, decent beer selection but service let this place down, when our beers did arrive they were served without glasses, these were Belgian beers and should have been served with a glass.
p. m.
Very chilled out place. Nice people behind the bar.
J. L.
Beautiful well decorated beer garden, really good tunes and an amazing chilled out vibe. Beers could be better though I guess.
s. c.
It's top spot in Liverpool and beyond, not many if any loud obnoxious wools, lively chatter and nicely dressed people, great beer and smokehouse..half open air but warm enough toilets are.communal just so you know. Highly recommend.
N. S.
Amazing! What a little gem of a place to stop for a quick drink on a sunny afternoon.
R. H.
Cool place, looks like an old warehouse back yard or alley way , with a covered tin roof and a bar in the corner. They do have an inside area upstairs , they have a heated section outside which looks like an old steam train engine with a fire burning inside. It's really rustic, cold when we called in December, but in the summer it must be amazing. Brilliant selection of craft ales and beers , well worth calling in for a drink
C. F.
Great shack of a bar. Excellent chicken kebab
M. J.
Relaxed atmosphere, great staff, make you feel welcome. Nice choice of drinks. Looking forward to the summer when I return.
V. M.
Great service. Drinks were better than expected. Would 100% recommend for casual drinks
S. W.
Very chill. Bar staff are friendly and you can have some good banter with them. Drinks are delish and diverse. Loved the live music. Using the toilets is a traumatizing experience (a lil gross) but apart from that I really liked this place.
S. B. (.
Great rough and ready watering hole perfect for summer days and enjoying a smoke with your drinks. Thoroughly liberal and progressive establishment however and the unisex toilets might be a reason not to visit as not everyone understandably would be comfortable. Friendly warm and welcoming staff however.
S. L.
Love this place! Always great vibe and music. Food lovely & great selection of beers & spirits. Great to see Covid restrictions haven't ruined the atmosphere , in fact loving the table service 👌
S. M.
Bit quirky hidden away behind large gates. Friendly staff, pretty good service and lively outdoor (partially covered) venue.
S. P.
Great atmosphere, friendly, no trouble. Would recommend.
G. G.
The most beautiful place to go for a pint in Liverpool
J. T.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff.
L. R.
Lovely quirky place, reminded us of a ruin bar in Budapest. Not a fan of unisex loos, otherwise top job
K. S.
Awesome place, nicely tucked away. Great atmosphere and drink selection
D. J.
Would get more stars if staff engaged with customers to help with ordering food and drink. I'm very savvy with tech but noticed older customers getting completely overlooked on purpose when struggling with ordering over the application. Will return when customer service improves?
W. T.
Cozy place.
M. J.
Busy bar good music inexpensive nice staff 😁 very enjoyable
s. l. 2.
100% love this place , everything about it is fab x x x my all time fav place in liverpool
J. S.
Good place to take a beer relaxed, there are a good choice of ale. Very nice people working there.
D. G.
This bar is fantastic, If you are hungry and looking for a quirky little bar with street food this is the place for you, Atmosphere inside is great, There plenty places to sit downstairs and upstairs, Also has a tv social club, Fantastic for new students in town to meet new people =]
D. P.
Great place. Outdoors so it's really good in the summer however it sometimes gets full. The winter is still cool. They have fire pits on so it can be really cosy. I had my big coat on so I really enjoyed sitting outside despite the cold weather. Prices of drinks are standard prices for the ropewalks area.
K. S.
Awesome place, nicely tucked away. Great atmosphere and drink selection
M. K.
Great food and a great atmosphere. There is a good range of beer and the food is really nice too. It's outdoors, but there are covered areas if you need them. A good vibe with live music often.
C. B.
Love the Kazimier Garden, its random and totally quirky. Will deffinately be popping back soon.
s. l. 2.
100% love this place , everything about it is fab x x x my all time fav place in liverpool
R.
Great place that has a lot of character. Great selection of beers but not too surewhat you would do if it was raining here as there aren't many covered areas. The staff were very friendly. I would get here quick as I will reckon after a year or so the location will be developed and this little gem will be turned to flats.
a. S.
The bar was cool. But the place where the concert was held in the back was ridiculously hot and overwhelming
F. C.
Such a lovely hidden place. Amazing drinks. They also have live acoustic music played here as well, it's lovely. I highly recommend going!
S. K.
Really relaxed place for the most part, and beautifully decorated. Staff are chilled and beer is good. Little on the expensive side. Wait around long enough and there can be gigs on of all genres
N. T.
Lovely friendly staff , decoration looks fantastic a great set up
J. D.
Really great atmosphere, very cool - would be a great 1st date place.
D. W.
Not your usual bar but definitely worth a visit! Although it’s mostly outdoors there’s lots of heaters to keep you warm in the cold. Great selection of beers also. I didn’t eat here but the food looked delicious. The music wasn’t what I’d normally listen to but it all added to the experience.
D. A.
This is an odd Liverpool bar. Very different from others that are in the area.
Little bit hard to find for a none native! But with the trip. It's all outdoors but open constantly so you my be a bit wet if it rains.
Has a strong independent vibe, has a decent drinks choice and the atmosphere was chilled and mixed so a nice place for a drink.
M. C.
One of my favourite, most original places in Liverpool. Great chilled atmosphere, amazing friendly staff, good music, amazing food!
D. B.
Cracking little bar. Would have got 5 stars 🌟 if they took cash.
G. R.
Loved this place! It's so quirky! I didn't even know it existed until I walked past it and thought I would pop in for a beer. Heaters outside are brilliant as well as the food! Really good place.
A. G. (. R. M.
Nice place to take a date to have a drink and a chat that has both an intimate and unique feel. That's not too crowded in the day.
Perfect little getaway, as you step out of the Liverpool concrete jungle and into a pirate oasis.
Reminds me of an open air bar in Mexico.
Friendly helpful bar staff.
T. B.
If you're looking for a drink in the sun, this is one of the places to try. They also do some pretty decent food as well. The only minor issue is the lack of seating, which seems to be a rare commodity there. So, if you're comfortable standing or sitting on the floor, you'll love it!
S. M.
Bit quirky hidden away behind large gates. Friendly staff, pretty good service and lively outdoor (partially covered) venue.
J. P. (. T.
This is the garden area ran by the Kazimier club, which isn't far away. It's a great hangout in the summer and they often have events on - vintage clothing sales, bands gigging, etc.
There is a decent selection of drinks, some being unusual and rather unique. Always good to try something you haven't heard of, I think.
I would prefer a little bit more space for people to be able to watch the bands playing on the stage area, but since it's not solely for this purpose then it's a minor nitpick really.
Overall it's a cracking idea and I always have a great time there with friends. Recommended.
H. T.
Great place for a cosey indoor/outdoor drink & smoke (for my partner). Drinks are a great price, outdoor heaters work really well and no winds in the little tucked away bar
c. m.
Ale beer garden with a single gas heater. I thought there would be more heaters. There weren't. It was cold. All the beers I wanted to drink had run out so I had a cold half of something passable and shivered in the cold while I drank it. Then I left while I could still feel my toes. Brr.
I think it was my own fault I was so cold and maybe I should only go there if I visit again in the summer. Or wear more clothes. I feel like Liverpool should only have an outdoor bar with a lot of heaters or that's only open seasonally.
Pack a duvet if you visit before Easter.
R. M.
Great atmosphere great drinks .. staff nice .. but agree the toilets are awful!
M. C.
Cash only but a good range of drinks in a unique environment.
B. H.
Fantastic garden bar somewhere in Liverpool. Unisex toilets and draught cocktails. Had a good time. Superb xo
C. C.
Best bar in Liverpool city centre. Outdoors but has a heater when it's cold. Great atmosphere nice selection of beers. Occasionally some Street food available depending on timing
A. M.
Nice place, different from the other bars in town.
The majority of the venue is based outdoors but some interior spaces are available.
A unique ambiance, friendly bar staff and great selection of beers
B. C.
Open air spot if your covid conscious
H. N.
Cool garden with lots of seats for the space availabe, and lots of sheltered spaces including a enclosed balcony area at the back. Fairly good prices for the central location with nice craft ales and european beers. Lots of heating areas including a big fire creating a cosy atmosphere, and nice decorations hanging around the sides. Definitely a place to visit for a pint or 7.
a.
Top quality ales on tap (Kona Big Wave) and a (sheltered) outdoor bar with more style, character and atmosphere than the next 5 places put together.
Bar staff are friendly too.
R. M.
Dog Friendly!! Great food at reasonable prices, great service. Cheeseburger was awesome, beautifully cooked fries.. thank you.
J. J.
Great vibe. Good drink. Food from Queens was too salty but everything else made up for it
Y. S.
I should not be posting this as I want to keep it as hidden as possible from too many people... But this place is too good to not be reviewed..
The door policy is amazing as well, where they don't let large groups in.. so you can enjoy your pints with some nice music and good company..
People who work behind the bar are fab too and the beer selection is amazing..
Must visit 😄
C. E.
Friendly staff, quick service and they had alot of outdoor seating with the addition of outdoor heating which is very hard to find
J. S.
We loved the atmosphere as soon as we walked into the quirky garden. The different seating ideas were brilliant. As was the smell of the food. Fealt really chilled out there.
R. B.
Seemed like a fun area. Only stopped in for one pint which was good from Blackjack (Mosaic) in Manchester. Didn't like the chunky dimple jugs though. Largely an outdoor space built from the ruins of the Kazimier Club. The bar is a wooden shack and there is another there containing a BBQ kitchen. Worth a look in.
J. H.
Found this bar by accident. Quirky bar but lots of atmosphere. We,ll be bak!😁
c. c.
Really quality place originally the name threw me off as I thought it was some kind of native American sacred site kind of thing , so I'm thinking "oh I wonder if my old mate high priest huayahiaye come here for a few homebrew IPAs but when I walked I found there was nothing like that to be found, instead I found a place, nay not a place , a haven, where a man in full turquoise denim could call home. Many places would turn away a customer with a t-shirt that promotes the demise of us president John f Kennedy but this place was not the same. I had a very in depth discussion with a barman about JFK and the magic bullet and the CIAs involvement he changed my mind slightly and i changed his slightly. I now call this place home. Remember if you see something on the wall that says power to the people eat the sheeple like borderlands the pre sequel, that was me
J. D.
Great service from the friendly guys serving the beers. Really liked the ambience. Definitely one to visit when it's not raining.
A. N.
Great outdoor space tucked away on Seel St in Liverpool. Easy to walk straight past if you're not looking out for it. Cracking selection of craft beers.
Ambiance suffering slightly at the minute due to construction work next door. Staff are friendly and, when not rushed off their feet, seem fairly knowledgeable about the beers on offer. Some fairly limited indoor seating is available over the bar.
The toilets are communal (some cubicles and a couple of urinals behind a bit of a wall jutting out into the room) and pretty ropey - do not the best if you are fussy about that sort of thing.
It is a unique space for drinking in the city centre and it's well worth a visit for that alone.
L. B.
my favourite bar in Liverpool
K. A. T.
I stopped by here with my boyfriend. The price for the drinks we had were really good. The design inside is unique.
Its a good place for young people to go for some drinks and have a nice time.
M. D.
Fantastic little gem in the heart of liverpool. Real ale and gin are a must drink. Great atmosphere when its busy or chilled. Part outdoor so wrap up!
J. R.
Really cool vibe - normally with live music/DJ. Mainly outside drinking areas so ideal in the summer. Bar can get a bit busy on nice days though.
A. S.
One of the most alternative place for a night out in liverpool city centre, very nice atmosphere, nice music and variety, a little bit disappointing the selection of beers and drinks. In summer the Fritto guys made it even more special!
D. T.
Pleasant atmosphere but the weather was quite cold and I was disappointed to have forgotten my bag, leaving me - disappointedly - with no alternative but to return to my previous bar (alone) in order to retrieve it. Nice beer though 5* will return.
M. S.
Hidden in small yard, this semi outside place has vibrant, hip atmosfere full of students. They have dj on weekends, some snacks from grill and good hot wine in winter. Beers are decent, but not the best craft beer place.
C. W.
Favourite bar in Liverpool. Wrap up warm as this is an outdoor bar or go up to the hut on top of the bar where a log fire will keep you toasty. Hipster vibe here with bbq/grill street food also available.
A. N.
Love this place better in the summer though
G. G.
The most beautiful place to go for a pint in Liverpool
M. J.
Busy bar good music inexpensive nice staff 😁 very enjoyable
I. “. E.
Great outdoor setting, simple but delicious food, and one of the few places you can get Floris beer on tap.
M. F.
Lovely bar, all outside space, with an eclectic choice of beers
H. F.
One of my favourite music venues in the country. The bar is tiny and has limited choices but is cheap, the layout is great, multi-levels and has a really great garden out back during summer. The best of Liverpool.
F. J.
Good open place. Some staff are really rude. Toilets could be improve. Drink prices are reasonable.
S. P.
Great atmosphere, friendly, no trouble. Would recommend.
n. k.
Best Garden in Liverpool! Great beers, organic wine and the nicest staff. Hope community pays attention to its cultural purpose too and music events are back on (music is ace)
L. W.
Great place. Good price drinks unique ambiance. Friendly staff and great open air kitchen serving great value food. Went there twice in one day and will be going back.
D. B.
Great outside space, amazing selection or drink. Also fab little streetfood shack. definitely a 5 accessible toilet, fantastic friendly staff with great service
M. W.
I love Kazimier Gardens! Friendly staff in a cool location.
J. B.
An outdoor bohemian experience. Not great in cold weather, but when the sun's out you can't go wrong.
C. M.
Lovely quiet oasis among the old warehouses. Good beer and service.
S. M.
Love the Kaz gardens, great vibe, nice staff and they've got space heaters to keep you cozy. The food coming out looked good too.
A city centre gem.
J. T.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff.
A.
The Kaz is a great venue for a gig, although the bar isn't as big as it could be. This means that when it's packed, getting a drink can be a mission and a half. Having said that, it's got an upper level in there which allows it to have more people in than you'd think. In addition, this upstairs area has some seating- bar stools mostly, but they're a nice little bonus.
K. W.
Lovely place with a warm atmosphere and brilliant beers. Got my partner to finally drink tea with milk here. Win win
M. A.
Relaxed, even the doormen are friendly
M. M.
Great beer, fantastic place to sit in the sun but the guy serving with dreads needs to make sure he's keeping his hair OUT of the drinks
F. P.
A good place where drink and chat with friends
A.
Love this place but the bar tenders were a little confused as to the end of service time. It seemed they shut the bar when they feel tired. Other than that, always a great experience and music.
L. J.
A little peace of chilled out heaven. Could spend all day here. Amazing atmosphere and selection of drinks 👍
j. W.
Good place to visit, a unique drinking experience in Liverpool.
H. W.
Lovely beer garden for a summer's day. Always busy in good weather. Unusual drinks, bit pricey but great atmosphere
D. H.
One of Liverpool's best hidden gems, I love everything about this place. Great live music and beer selection and such a friendly crowd in attendance all the time!

Great place for a pint and live music. Worth searching for
A. M.
An outdoor oasis. Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and there's often live music at the weekend. The best place in Liverpool for a drink.
A. S.
Fantastic area to have a nice drink and a pleasant relax with friends. Plus they offer a very nice selection of alcoholic drinks and a reasonable selection of soft drinks. At manageable prices.
S. R.
Great atmosphere, chilled vibes, 👌
W. K.
Great place and fantastic atmosphere, nice staff, but the beer choice is not impressive for real beergeek. Very good place to spend time during spring or summer
L. M.
Its a little slice of a holiday somewhere wonderful. Summer here is sublime, a piece of heaven tucked away, but even winter is lovely. Hot cider by the fire...cosy AF.
R. S.
Just had a beer, very nice
N. G.
Range of beers and loads of space.
M. “. O. K.
Came here to try and get a beer (not just any beer, I was told I might find Tzatziki Sour on draught here) I found the beer (delicious) and really enjoyed the friendly vibe. Quirky outdoors venue that I'll be sure to visit again as I gather some good music events a happening
B. F.
The best beer garden in the city offering street food and a fantastic selection of beers.
Keep an eye out for events in Rat Alley for a great rave cave atmosphere.
S. P.
Love it in here. Pop in every time we are down in Liverpool. Nice Jazz band on when we were in. Great atmosphere.
J. C. S.
Have you ever watched The Hunter with Willem Dafoe? Seeing someone walking around the countryside, being a Bear Grylls style man but also fighting with the morals of his life choices? Well, you should. And that's the feeling I get when I wake up and get two nostrils full of the smoke infused clothes I wore to Kazimier Garden the night before. The smoke oozing out of the fire, filling the air with a heavy feel of place and home. Great in the summer for some outdoors relaxing and perfect in the winter when wrapped up in a big coat and celebrating the festivities.
Don't be afraid of the strange entrance. It's odd, but gives you that 'through the rabbit hole' feeling. Well worth popping into on a night out for a couple of drinks with a chill out hip hop soundtrack
K. E.
Love the concept of this place and the fact that they have a great selection of drinks different than the normal. The staff are great and informative, we always come back here when in Liverpool!
P. D.
We love this bar.. Layed back anything goes, friendly atmosphere... I've introduced many friends to the kazimier over the last few years and all of them absolutely love it 👍🍺
S. J.
Beers where tasty and food was great. Reasonably priced too. Great pictures for Instagram too 😉
S. C.
Great ideas to locate an outdoor bar on waste ground between buildings. Plenty of wacky seating, a good selection of drinks and good quality food served.
M. P.
Decent selection of beers, not too pricey. Brilliant Latin band playing tonight called Los Habeñeros.
J. F.
Great...cosy.. nice atmosphere x 👍🥰🦊
P. A.
Expensive drinks. Cold wind throughout... Friendly and helpful staff.
N. J.
Great place to grab a beer. Nice beer garden setting and good variety of beers. Well priced too. Staff is helpful and courteous.
L. E.
Loved the atmosphere, the place is so quirky, drinks cheap will go back fab!!!
G. F.
Literally can’t talk more highly of this place.
Will 100% go there every time I go to liverpool.
Only problem was the music was too good, the dj’s were friendly and I kept annoying them by shazzaming their music choices. Not a kazimier garden issue more my lack of self control
j. m.
What a lovely, friendly and fantastically decorated bar, the staff are amazing and the beer too 😀
G. B.
Went here for sound city festival. Lovely day so no pRobles. Venue has outside space so not too sure what it would be like in poor weather. Was busy when we were there
G. M.
Layed back place with good beers but not enough heaters to keep customers warm on chilly night's. Only had one which was constantly hogged.
P. G.
Just a relaxed nice place to be very friendly great.
D. T.
Great beer, good vibe and price
S. W.
Cute little pub with great staff and a great atmosphere.
S. M.
Lovely little social bar great tasting ales and a nice little log fire to keep you warm on them cold nights
M. J.
Lovely atmosphere. OK prices for drinks.
O. N.
If I had to pick my favourite bar in the world it would have to be be The Kazimir Garden. It's like a tiny outdoor festival in the middle of Liverpool.
During the summer the entire venue is open air with festival lighting, a stage, balcony level, and wood fires at night for warmth. At the end of the summer they close down for a couple of weeks to remodel the venue with closed sections to keep everyone warm and bigger wood burning fires.
The atmosphere is something you have to experience to understand - there is always something unexpected. Last time I was there I got a ride around in a tiny little electric boat they had made and the time before that there was a literal DJ van.
There is always a selection of local real ale which often includes an exclusive Kazimir ale from Liverpool Organic Brewery, food is cooked fresh in front of you, and there are local bands and events on nearly every weekend.
The Kazimir Garden is a fabulous venue. You won't find anywhere better in Merseyside, never mind Liverpool!
A. P.
Elbow tattoos 10/10
p. p.
Great spirit selection. Food grilled in front of you. Quirky, fun & relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit
W. H.
Such a nice place to have a beer with friends! Althoug sometimes the guard is a bit rude for no reason, the rest of the staff are great.
S. O.
Amazing little garden in the middle of town. Reggae beats & good beer. Little bit busy so more seating wouldn't go a miss. Will deffo be back
s. v.
Great vibe, friendly staff. Just a cosy place for a pint in the city
J. G.
Great little beer garden, on the hallowed ground of the old Kaz. The pirate ship style booth is awesome, but makes all the other seats look rubbish.
P. S.
A lovely little oasis. Good beer and friendly service. Just ensure you take a coat to wear.
R. K.
Great live music, very chilled atmosphere, good place just to hang out and catch some local talent
P.
The kaz is sound place to be. Just wish they turn on the actual heat lamps and not the small ones.
N. S.
Lovely atmosphere, good beer
G.
Interesting bar, with ok food. It's a shame the bar staff seem less interested in serving drinks than what's on their phones.
C. K.
Still hasn't changed which is good. Nice for a chill out drink
K. T.
Pretty but very busy, so expect to share a table. Nice beers but pricey. Friendly staff but complacent management.
W. R.
Love this place. Generally need it to be dry but really cool place for a bit of a change to the standard indoor bar scene.
R. J.
Quite pleasant, decent Welsh porter, Nôs. A little chilly, not so bad near the wood fire. Pleasant atmosphere overall.
B. H.
Decent little venue
S. D.
Fun doorman and great outdoor space, limited drink menu though if you're not a fan of IPA

G. H.
My favourite place in LPOOL. Reminds me of the ruin bars in Budapest. Cask ales, nice food... a hidden gem!!
P. H.
Quirkey, nice courtyard, cross between a Western railway station and a Mexican village. Loved it, just a shame they didn't cater for my taste in beer.
A. D. T.
A bit more heating lamps and lighting especially at the front by the entrance would improve the atmosphere
R. V.
Quirky outdoor bar. A selection of different ales and lagers. They also do basic bar food, but only in the evening I believe.
S. s.
Unfortunately they sold out of the lamb wraps. Nice outdoor area in the summer. Limited seating so get there early.
N. H.
Probably more of a night time place, went in the day as it came up when looking for cider pubs, it was really quiet and it isn't really a cider pub!
P. J.
Lovely venue if the sun is out. But a lack of normal beers / lagers makes it a bit pricey.
D. C.
Great venue, great beers, great atmosphere
J. R. M.
Very cool venue, one of the few places you can sit outside and drink in Liverpool city centre.
S. M.
Fantastic venue but very easy to miss as there is no signage. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced.
M. L.
Top place, well organised and not overpriced.
Would be great in decent weather
C. P.
Ad-hoc inside/ outside space that brings a bit of a Berlin vibe to Liverpool, all in all the best bar in town, with live DJ. Highly recommended.
J. D.
Really funky and different. Great mulled wine and cider in the winter. Hot food available.
A. K.
Exposed wood, eclectic DJ, interesting drinks, and a bar that's purpose made for serving mulled drinks. It's nice.
