We visited on Saturday 27, 2022. I felt embarrassed when it was told after placing the complete order that Bank POS is not working and I have to pay cash. Unfortunately I was not carrying cash at that time. Manager specifically said ATM is near by you can draw cash or order through KIOSK but you will not receive any discount being Blue Light card holder. Eventually I went to the ATM to draw cash and came back and again placed the order. To my utter surprise all the bank POS were working on KIOSK but not on til. Even though we enjoyed our meal as it was my birthday and children were eager to eat KFC. I like to appreciate the help and support rendered by Ms. Pooja Priyam during our visit.

This branch serves Halal consumables. Children love dinning at KFC due to their taste. Food & services are fine but served fries were a bit cold. Washroom was quite filthy and the soap dispenser was also empty.

A nice hidden gem, helpful friendly staff, the food was well cooked and presented. Clean toilet facilities and nice seating. Car park is around the back with adequate parking for the customers.

This is the only Halal KFC branch at Liverpool. I have been there several times and ordered a lot of different things from the menu. Sharing buckets are great for the family. Snack boxes and Wraps are nice too. There is parking at the back of the restaurant and drive thru service. Also there is wheelchair accessible entrance and inside and outside setting area.

I’ve only visited KFC since they brought out the vegan option, my little boy enjoys it as a treat. Everywhere was clean each time we visited. Staff are lovely, one staff member (Sara) is always especially helpful and friendly, which is very much appreciated 🙏

This kfc serves one of the best hot wings I have ever ate at any kfc…The only problem I had with this local kfc was that it is never very clean inside and the people that come to eat there are very noisy and use a lot of strong language which makes you just want to eat the food at home…However, the food is very good quality

This is probably one of the better KFCs around Liverpool city centre. Service was, the order was all right, we had a bag with napkins, straws, salt and lemon wipes. Gravy was nice and thick and the food was hot and fresh. Not much more you can ask from a fast food place, let's be honest.

It is an average KFC. Same food, carpark, interior design like any other places. Staff is happy and smiling - for their wage. Take it easy... 3 star is only because really, just and average drive through... Oh, by the way, quite confusing hot to get to the drive through by car, and terrible narrow path! It is good for a bicycle not for a 4x4.

The food is always great and fast, most the staff are very helpful and friendly but one of the oldest members of staff is very unpleasant to customers. People have bad days and customers aren't always the nicest people to deal with but I've never even seen this person smile, a few times she's made it very obvious she dislikes serving us. Regardless, the overall experience is very pleasant and shouldn't discourage people from going, if you do find a member of staff being unpleasant then I'd recommend going to the Macdonald's next door.

I really enjoyed my food at kfc which would earn it five stars. However, they could do with a second floor with extra seats instead of a high ceiling with fewer seats below. By doing this, it will be more convenient for customers, as there will be more seats. Overall, i rate this 4 stars with room for improvement.

First of all, I need to give a huge thank you to Michael and Rayan, 2 well-spoken lads on the drive-thru window with brilliant manners they really did brighten up my day. I went to KFC with my partner for the first time in like 3 months, I did have to wait for about 7 minutes for my order but it was well worth the wait 5* experience

Always 'hit and miss' at this branch of KFC, though usually it's a miss. Also, the design of the building is such that, in the summer you're too hot due to the amount of sunlight coming in through the massive windows, and in the winter you're freezing thanks to there being no double set of doors to keep the warmth in the restaurant whenever the door is opened. The air conditioning also doesn't help. Service is always slow, the gravy is sometimes either runny and tastes watered down or thick enough that it doesn't fall out it's tub of you turn it upside down, and the fries are the old style and not the new 'skin on' fries that the branch in Warrington sells.

KFC has let down us on their new breed of chips which seems like bought from some cheap cash & carry. I think older version of chips were better than the new ones.but goodplace to eat.toilets needs bit more attention with some fragrance would do.

I would have given them 5 star, but due to them given a bunch of 9 to 10 years old celebrating end of season by winning cup final, a parking fine of £50 for over staying at their car park. We spent £40 there and yet we have been hit hard. I hope they can address these issue. On the behalf of the kids,and club I thank you for reversing the fine which we received for over staying at your car park. I change the rating to 5*.

Fast food outlet, easy access (disabled and very family friendly), easy free parking, easy well laid out drive through, outside seating, staff very good, personable, helpful, friendly and welcoming, good food. - very enjoyable - Down side, getting to and from - it's just off a major junction opposite the Albert Dock, 02 Arena and you have to pass a McDonald's to get to it, so gets quite congested at times.

This KFC has nice large windows which allow the natural sunlight in from the docs. If you eat outside on the benches you can catch the sunset and breeze. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Even when they are busy they politely apologise and make sure to prioritise customers accordingly. The staff are always calm even during busy periods and the tables are always clean and grease free. The car park is easily accessible and never usually jam packed. I prefer this KFC branch to the others by FAR!

I am abit upset ... this is the only halal kfc in liverpool and i had ordered a zinger burger and the chicken was cold and overcooked and the bun was literally cold .. i wanted to complain but thought they would spit in my food if i reordered lol ... even the staff were so unhappy they need a new job ... but will go back as i have no choice but this time i will complain and make my point .

The only kfc that is so good in Liverpool Town Center unlike the other one where Liverpool Adelphi Hotel corner Bad service, dirty place and they missed count my chicken.. always less 3rd time I order and been first time 1 chicken wing is missing then the gravy is missing on the second time i went. Thought to my self one more try but end up disappointed on the 3rd time as there is only one person working on a bussy que while the others are just talking behind i don't care if they were on their brake but for them not to count the chicken in the bucket properly is just a joke :/ never going on that one again Unlike this one its so professional and so clean and well respectful staff that always smiles Definitely won't mind to walk or a taxi on this one.
