Ordered from just eat, chips were cold ordered beans and 2 cans of drink instead got mash potato and 1 can of 7up. It's fast food but not what you want.

For some reason the store was fully closed on Saturday night at 9.30pm. Contrary to the sign on the door re opening times. Visited again a few days later, excellent service on the drive through and food was amazing. Although the lady half wearing a mask biting her nails and scratching both ears was a bit disconcerting, she didn't seem to be handling food thankfully as she was just standing behind the counter telling others what to do. Poor service. Only ordered 2 meals and they managed to leave the sauces from one meal and the chips from another. Check what they give you looks like more interested in couriers than people in store.

Ordered via Just Eat. Quick delivery by a friendly motorcyclist, and food was hot and tasty, 5 stars for the food! But as ever with this KFC, despite the package being secured with a “checked and sealed” sticker, and me witnessing the delivery guy had nothing else in his bag, the order was short of £9 worth of items from a £30 order. Money was eventually refunded, and staff were fine about it - but it’s just so annoying this happens every time... If the order was complete, would have been 5 stars.

Big queues for the drive-thru, can be twenty mins or more sometimes. If you order for delivery the premium is about £9. You pay a delivery charge, and a service charge and the cost of the food is higher too. For a boneless feast (12 pieces) at the restaurant is £18.99. On line it is £22.99 plus the additional charges so around £27.99.

Always judge a kfc on their gravy and these Always have it spot on 👌🏼 Always nice food and the service is good but I think the owners need to think a bit and put more bodies on shift, poor staff are always run off their feet and if you go at dinner time or tea time you best be prepared for a wait although it will be worth it 😏
