L. L.Small diner ( upstairs was shut ), rubbish was overflowing near the bins. The staff did come and clean/tidy up but it wasn't quick enough as I was sat 20 mins looking at overflowing rubbish/food from customers.
Food was tasty as always in KFC.

This one is good for the chicken, but the store itself is messy and looks like it could do with a clean... From the tables to the floor
M. R.Food was nice and hot and quickly served. The store needs a bit of TLC as it looks and feels a bit dated. All the order screens were off. Table and floor clearing was very slow. Staff nice and friendly.
C. W.£7 voucher I got from KFC after an order went wrong didn't work, member of staff very kindly didn't charge me as he took note of this. Not often you get exceptional customer service from fast food places.
J. L.What can you say about KFC in Liverpool town the hygiene is non-existent they don't employ enough staff in order to keep the place tidy while saving customers with food hygiene and fast saving food is essential other fast food restaurant seem to have it together why can't they 🤷♂️
S. M.Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was a long wait - long queue for the cashier and long wait for the food (spent around 20 minutes waiting).
Then when the food came out, the original piece chicken looked like it had already been eaten and was missing half of its batter. Flavours were good though, chicken was tender and not overcooked, the food was piping hot so you can taste its fresh and not been hanging around.
Shame about the wait, just seems like they need more staff in general, only one person on the tills and what I could see, only two people behind cooking.

M. F.KFC is always nice and this was no exception. Service was sllllooooow, but they were run off their feet with lots of people. This is not a huge place with lots of staff. You could see that they were trying to be as quick as possible, with all staff mucking in and not stopping. Hence, 4 stars, but not due to staff, but due to the unfortunate wait. Nice chicken though.

Staff occasionally mess up orders; when appealing for missing items they don't trust you & constantly mess up whether order is takeaway or sit in (though not a big deal)

s.half of it was messy so there was nowhere to sit but the popcorn chicken made up for it
K. M.I don't get all these negative reviews on here. It's a kfc- end of! They have a standardized way of working and it's no different from any other. They sell chicken - fries - burritos (nowadays) - cola - desserts! You know the score. Never had a problem here. If it's busy - you wait longer! It's finger lick'n good! Oh there's a train station just around the corner- taxi rank right outside and a McDonalds up the road! :)
