Went in because the place next door was full. Glad we did as it was really nice. Clean and pleasant atmosphere, great service. Food was nice and price was a little more than other places but not bad value.

Absolutely amazing!! The food was unreal, the staff were so lovely, they had live music that was also brilliant. The Cocktails didn’t take long coming down and tasted so good. Could have easily stayed for the full night. Will definitely be back when I next visit Liverpool again ☺️ My boyfriend was obsessed with the wings, they were lovely, we shared the starter and I’m a fussy eater so they took the onions and veg out of the main for me 👏🏽 10/10 👏🏽

Day out in Liverpool and we came across the Manhattan bar, we were only going in for a drink but decided to have a look at the menu and order food and so glad we did the food was absolutely gorgeous and with the steak tuesday on offer aswell was a real bonus, if visiting Liverpool make sure you give this place a try

Needed a fry up and they did breakfast here until 11.30am It was like walking into a bar decked out in the 90s. Bling bling. A large breakfast and a regular breakfast. Weatherspoons does a more filling job for about the same money but I guess Weatherspoons have economies of scale.. One slice of toast for the regular breakfast and one for the large breakfast. They should think about doubling up on the toast for a large breakfast. Best thing about the meal was the hash browns. Really, just order a plate of hash browns. They were better than McDonalds has browns and we all know how good McDonalds hash browns are. Service was attentive, even though a little clueless at times, coffee was good. It did the job. Nothing horrible but nothing really to right home about.

We choose this place because of the reviews. And it's definitely true about what they say about the service. The owner and his waiters are very very friendly and very helpful in every way. Also, the food is quite good if you are looking for a place to eat some steak. I had the club steak and it was delicious.

Called in yesterday for a meal, prebooked table. Met by very the friendly Debbie who took time to explain Covid-19 requirements. Food was very good. Fajitas were lovely and they didn't skimp on the chicken. Service was good without being intrusive. Given option of delay between starter and main - I always appreciate that as you don't feel rushed. Thanks Debbie stay safe and continued good luck in these strange times. If you are concerned over Covid-19 rest assured they are doing everything they can to protect you so give them your support.

Went here for dinner one night and was very pleasantly surprised. The friendly staff made every effort to attend to our every need and the food ,for what we thought was an American style diner, was excellent. We visited Manhattans last night after Ladies Day. Luckily we booked in (this was after the fantastic guy worked his magic and got us a table for 9). I have to say it is honestly one of the nicest meals we have had. To have a party of 9 all say the same thing is a great compliment to the chef. The atmosphere is great and they had a live singer on who was also really good. For us though the one thing each one of us commented on, was the staff. They went right out of the way to make sure you had everything you needed. They are a credit to the place. Thank you to you all. Cannot wait to visit again and will be telling everyone to go here for a great night.

Brilliant. Food was hot, delicious and large portions. Good range of food and drinks. Staff were great, very friendly and attentative. Been a couple of times before simply for a quick cocktail. Attended this time due to a major company letting us down at the last minute and it was a blessing in disguise. The manager/owner Karl and his team were exceptional from the start and would certainly show these major companies exactly what it's all about. Whether your simply having a drink or wanting a meal I would recommend this gem. I will be back regularly now for sure for special occasions or simply for a meal or drink. Small but pleasant place. Starters great. Hubby happy with main course but would have preferred more sauce with lamb. I ordered chicken Kiev. Sent it back because no garlic butter in middle. But same with second one. Nice flavour but completely dry. Staff apologetic but meal disappointing. So nice staff but won't go back.

Possibly the best restaurant in Liverpool? I booked a week in advance and arrived on valentines day to a lovely quiet restaurant. Staff were wonderful, well earned their tip. Got 2 starters and mains with 3 drinks for under £40, brilliant, Thanks guys!

Very compact. Lacked of space. Size of dinner plates= table for 2. Service ok. Ribs 4 me, ok. Pricey. There are steps going down to this cellar like bar. Not recommendable for wheels like pushchairs/ prams due to lack of turning space. There was live music.But after that piped in music is loud. Can't hold a conversation with friends. Too lively for me.

Every place on Saturday in Liverpool was packed so had to settle for Manhattan Bar & Grill. In my opinion this place is good for drinks and that's as far as I would take it. Ordered wings and LA chicken. Wings were soaked in bbq sauce rather than hot sauce. I would recommend just putting the sauce on the side or skip the wings altogether. Same goes for the LA chicken dish...the sweet sauce doesn't have to be a bath for your meal. Chicken wasn't bad by any means it just didn't have to swim in that sauce. Beer was delicious but that's very hard to screw up :)

Fantasic place. Found myself in a position where I waS alone in liverpool during a recent visit, when my mum took ill and was hospitalised FAZ who runs/own the bar was very very nice and accommodariong to myself and my individual situation.
