C. W. C.Another decent Nando’s. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and hygienic. The food was hot. The chicken had robust flavour, crisp skin, and was succulent (it had been marinated in spices). QR code was not working, long virtual queue despite many empty tables and plates were collected so quickly literally within seconds after we finished our meal. Overall, the experience was decent but not the best Nando’s we’ve been to.
L.Will most definitely visit again, lovely, friendly and calm atmosphere. Food came very quickly and was fresh and delicious. My cheesecake was still quite frozen in the middle but I still tucked it in was beautiful 😂 bottomless drinks is a bonus too to calm the fire in my mouth 😂
M. G.Picked the order up to find out 2/3 big times were missing, rang the restaurant to let them know gave me a full refund and replaced the items. Customer service honestly can’t complain
D. B.Decided to pop in at the last minute. Had chicken salad and chips. The meal was quite decent, it’s not the cheapest place to eat of an afternoon. Wasn’t too busy and had a nice environment. Food didn’t take too long to come. Enjoyed my meal and may visit again soon.

P. W.'Great food and service' even though it was busy (always a good sign) and we had to wait for a table to become available. I had roast chicken with Nados famous chilli salt. The chick was cooked just right as we're the fries it was served with dish of mixed beans my daughter who's a regular opted for her favourite side the Nados mashed potatoe that to was very tasty.
I. W.It was good. Nando's is always good. Popular too. This one is tucked out the way but still busy. Friendly helpful staff. Used to go to Nando's back in the 90's in South Africa. They had fantastic chips.... the chips here were not good.... lost a star there....

I feel that the 1/4, 1/2 and full chicken to always be dry these days, but this is across all the Nando's. Don't know the reason for this, but once I add some more sauce to the chicken it's fine.
D. C.You know what your getting with a nandos, always have the butterfly chicken but added the gravy this time and that is worth a try! Good food for the kids too they enjoy theirs. Shame about the wait to get in and the time for queuing as it would make far more sense to just book tables than permanently turning ppl away (saw atleast 20 ppl turned away in 10 mins)

T. M.Not long back from the restaurant in AINTREE LIVERPOOL and have nothing but admiration for the staff! Never like before have staff had to be as alert and dutiful and it was obvious every one of them was working above and beyond the norm. Nothing was a problem for the 3 staff who attended to us? Swapping a fork that needed to be changed, topping up drinks, getting condiments and napkins and explaining thoroughly the new way to order. All polite and really relaxed in their roles. Thank you for an absolutely fantastic service! Its times like this where I wish meals could be paid for at the end and a tip awarded! Hoping you're all getting a fee extra quid top up for all the running around you're doing!!!!
C. _. ꨄ.Love it here and go regularly, but have found that portion sizes have gotten considerably smaller over time, but I guess that’s the same for most places these days. Other than that, great place to eat.

T. H.Waiting time was an hour... a painful hour. As there is no opportunity to social distance in the waiting area (porch), we waited in the car after logging in to their virtual queue. Food was good, customer service was good. Would recommend visiting off-peak.
H. V.Food is great as any Nandos. But they close off at 9.30 with only takeaway after that. I am not sure if its everyones experience or only mine but Nandos doesnt feel like they want more people to eat in. The staff prefers you to takeaway rather than eat in.

M. H.Nando's restaurant in Aintree, Liverpool is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is parking right outside and of the course the food is fabulous. It is Nando's after all. My wife and I have eaten here at least 10 times and the food and service has been great every time. I thought it was time I reviewed Nando's Aintree to let others know that it really is good. (Just don't tell everyone else....)
J. P.Came on Sunday and it was much quieter than expected, wait for table was around 30 mins but the QR codes are very easy to use. Table ordering super easy, staff very very nice and got us more drinks when we asked. Food was top notch as always, after a bad experience before, I've changed my mind after a second visit 😜
Don't reccomend going on the Eat Out To Help Out days... Previous review: Tried to go yesterday, everyone gathering outside and nobody knew what the queuing system was, manager (I assumed) came out and shouted at us that no more bookings were being taken and went back in. Awful system, if you don't have the right systems in place for reopening after Covid, then don't open, simples. Glad we'd only been there a couple of minutes - one guy said he'd been waiting 3 hours 😂

J. T.The best chicken place in my opinion. The prices are good and the service is fast. They have loyalty card which can save lots of money.I love the way they cook their chicken and fries. Most of all, their peri peri sauce is a must have. This was my go-to restaurant for dinner dining during my stay in London.

C. T.Actually my first time ever to a Nandos. As a vegetarian I didn't realize I'd get so much choice in a chicken based eatery. I chose the sweet potato and butternut squash wrap with a side of sweep potato fries with mango and lime sauce. It was delicious. The fries were quite chunky though and so were a little too squash. I prefer mine thin and crispy. But I'll know next time to get chips as I tasted one from my nieces plate and it was lovely. Hot too. I don't like piri piri. Too spicy for me. Dessert menu looked tempting but sadly I didn't have time to stay long enough. I'd recommending booking first. It was really busy with a student age group clientele.
N. W.Lovely food, price was average, took a while for the food to arrive but not a problem when your in a group having a laugh, my 1 missing star was for the fact I asked for a plain burger with lettuce and it came with mayo and tomato instead. Replaced the food with no problems

Our visit was just perfect. Will definitely go back to this branch again. We have recently been to the ones in town, and the service and food at least in the Liverpool one store was disgraceful, it made us think twice of going back to Nandos ever again. But this one is definitely recover our love for Nandos.😍

The Chicken wings are great. As are the Piri salt Chips. Another pleasant surprise was the discount for Armed Forces (Emergency services/NHS too!). A nice touch. I'll be visiting more often. M. S.Your standard Nando's. The drinks dispenser was spraying drink all over me. I mentioned it to one of the staff who said "Oh, yeah, we don't have any nozzles, just hold the glass closer." Not a massive problem but saw several other people get drinks on themselves and tell the staff who continued to do nothing. Might have made sense to a least put a note on it to warn before people used it.
