The food was ready when I went to pick it up at the right time but was a bit cold. The chips especially tasted like they’d been sitting for quite a while which was a let down. The Spiced Grains & Butternut Squash salad clearly has feta on the website and doesn’t look like the picture on the website either, but at least it didn’t taste bad. Staff were nice when I picked up my order.

Ordered a takeaway via Deliveroo but Deliveroo messed up the delivery and it never showed! Phoned the store and Nando's were great even though it was Deliveroo's fault. Shout out to Ian who was beyond helpful and sorted out the replacement meal for us in a timely fashion. Most helpful Nando's I've ever been to.

Very beautiful decor. Good ambience. Open kitchen concept. Chicken grilled to perfection. Please ignore all the 1 star ratings of bitter c*** saying they cant book a table. Its rate the resto food and place, not rate your self entitlement.

Decent grub. Expensive for what you get but the chicken was cooked well and the chips were crispy. Did feel hungry a couple of hours after eating it. Nice building, friendly staff. Will be back.

Went here for a surprise meal. A wonderful gem right on our doorstep! Food was delicious and hot, restaurant was very clean, staff attentive, very helpful and friendly, service was very quick. Good value for money. Gets busy Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

Considering this restaurant has very recently opened, it is so very well ran! We arrived and were told there was a 45 minute wait. We love Nandos, so didn't mind waiting in the car. A text came through saying our table was ready within 20 mins. Food was fresh, service was fast & efficient, waiting staff were accommodating & we will definitely be returning. Considering that this store has literally just opened with a lot of newly trained staff, they done very well and service was great. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Wouldn't go again. Place itself is clean enough but food is just meh. Wrap was very small for the price, hardly any chicken and just luke warm. Chips were ok. I got given a very dented can of coke so got that swapped. It was my childs first time in Nandos but unfortunately wont be going back anytime soon.

Having seen the reviews I didn't know what to expect but the experience was excellent. Clean restaurant, prompt service, really good food and friendly staff. Ordered on the app using the QR code and everything just appeared. Spot on.

The staff here are all really lovely, there is plenty of parking and the food always seems to be cooked as expected here, this doesn't seem to be the case in most nando's anymore but this one is honestly the best I've been to so far. Please don't change.

Lovely food and lovely staff. Had an issue trying to use my giftcard, as you can't use the app so I went up to the till and it said my giftcard was invalid (when it wasn't) - I would like to thank Ian and the team for being so accommodating and sorting this out for me. It is newly opened so obviously having teething problems but would definitley return because of the helpful staff.

Lovely building but service is still too slow despite being open for a couple of months now and even additional leaflet being provided stating service may take 25 mins. I think we waited at least 40 mins before our food arrived.

It's as good as any Nando's is really. It can be as little interaction with staff, if you're concerned about limiting contact as you can order and pay through the app/website. Clean, efficient and the usual Nandos menu and quality.

Second time going here and was a little bit disappointed because our first visit was fantastic, this time we didn't have to wait to get in which was a plus but the food was not on the same level, mains came out in record time but felt rushed, we then ordered wings and most of them tasted burnt more than charred, staff walked past the table multiple times leaving empty plates at the table, will definitely go again as I believe they will get better in time.

Went to nandos stone bridge on monday 13 december first time ever asked for menu and manager came to table went through what was available We ordered and our meal was brought quickly and was delicious When we asked for bill we received it with act of kindness written on The manager explained the bill had been covered by them This really cheered my sister and myself up as we had just come from the cemetary after visiting our sisters grave Huge thank You to nandos for cheering us up
