High end and sublime...
Wow, what a place, celebrating our honeymoon. We went for afternoon tea, can't list enough superlatives... stunning food, stunning views, exceptional staff.
Can't wait to go back one day.
This is a must visit place.
Astounding.
Thanks.
J. P.
The word of mouth success which doesn't need to advertise itself: first class service with food and views to match. You'll probably have to book in advance but if the weather's clear you can see as far as Snowdonia.
E. A.
Fantastic place to celebrate my birthday. Fabulous food, great staff and the views are to die for. Sunday lunch was one of the best we've ever had. We'll be back very soon!!

This was our 2nd Christmas at panoramic and it didn't dissapoint! We did the tasting menu with wine which is just sensational. The food was unreal and definatley topped last year! (Thanked the chef personally haha) however the service is what makes it for me and Nicole and team were honestly the best. We couldn't thank them enough for making our night so special!

Fantastic first experience of afternoon tea with friends to celebrate my birthday. The service we received from staff from start to finish was perfect. All the staff were polite, helpful and made the whole afternoon wonderful. The food was delicious, fresh and very tasty and the views over Liverpool are just brilliant. I will definitely be returning very soon

An overall nice experience. The food tasted great, although it is very simple - in summary: simple food made well, with great presentation. Perhaps slightly expensive but this is to be expected considering the type of place that it is.
I was very impressed with the dessert - would recommend the chocolate cake from the menu. The view clearly is the selling point of Panoramic 34, and rightly so!
Service was okay, although at times perhaps a bit accidentally intrusive (we had our conversation interrupted at quite inappropriate times on several occasions)
Good for special occasions!

Had afternoon tea, very nice. Fantastic view. Well worth the visit.
T. B.
Truly lovely place to spend an afternoon. Sat in the cocktail lounge and had the bar menu fish and chips and excellent is an understatement. The only thing which is better than the view is the service which is without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received.
C.
Nice bar with great views but be advised.
The cocktails are well made, reasonably priced and the service is friendly and fast.
However, the bar area is quite small. And you may end up, as was in my case with a view of the city and not the river. The city view is pretty drab and uninspiring sadly. You’re stuck facing complete away from the river. The alternative is to swing your chair around and look at the river view of the heads & shoulders of the guests at the river view tables. Not great but hard to avoid.
Might be better to have dinner there instead.

Came for drinks on 13th November
Panoramic 34 is excellent and relaxing place for a lovely cocktail.
I had a fantastic 'Old Fashioned' crafted by Jules the bartender and was served by the very attentive and charming Sarah, both credits to the establishment.
Would highly recommend Panoramic 34 to everyone, a must visit! ✌️

West Tower is the tallest building in Liverpool (ignoring antennas on architecturally shorter buildings) with commanding views across the city and over the Mersey towards the Wirral.
The first five floors are a corporate headquarters and the remaining floors, apart from the 34th, have been divided into luxury apartments and penthouses.
This lovely bar/restaurant is located on the 34th floor. It’s decor is slightly dated but everything else is superb. Had the tasting menu with wine pairing; every course was sublime and the wine was perfectly matched. The service was that perfect blend of professionalism but friendliness. Expensive but worth the money.
K. R.
Great place, amazing view, amazing staff, great cocktails, but food was not my taste, althoughmy partner loved it. They even prepared lovely anniversary surprise. :)

Benn to Pan 34 before always pleasure. Afternoon Tea my wife and I very nice but very little to justify the costs. We had to ask several times for our drink tea.. it came eventually but meal was over seeing there was hardly anything on the plate. Even then theses very small servings may feed a squirrel. Think the costs are for the view only.. would I go again yes but not for a while.. or when I come into a lot of money..
M. W.
What a treat! 3 course lunch with a bottle of red and espresso martini to finish. Delightful. Well looked after.
J. C.
Lovely food, staff really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble.
m. c.
Amazing food, perfect service. Definitely £££ for a meal for 2.

We had a family celebration last Saturday and could not have been better cared for. Our waiter was superb, could not have done more to make the day any more special and was warm and thoughtful throughout. The food was beautiful and, despite the wild storm howling outside, the views were stunning! I look forward to returning.

Brought mum in law for afternoon tea for her birthday....and of course had to bring dad in law too!! Incredible views over Liverpool as on 36th floor so hope the lift is always working. At first we had a table in the middle of the room but asked to be moved and were given a window seat as soon as one became available. Staff really pleasant. Cocktail was delicious and there was a good choice but also offered wine as dad in law is not a cocktail drinker. Sarnies were delicious: egg, salmon, cheese and chicken served in a variety of breads and buns. Lots of mini scones, 3 types of cakes and a tiramisu with tea or coffee. We knew it was £35 but didn't realise there was also a 10% service charge too so it came in at a pricy £154 for 4.

Most excellent fi e dining Sunday dinner greatly presented wonderful staff terrific ambience beautiful sunset
S. M.
Utterly brilliant experience, staff were fanastic
Food was outstanding. Attention to detail was mind blowing even down to ironing the table cloths when cleaning tables
Epic that's all I can say
L. S.
Fabulous views of Liverpool & they squeezed us in for a special trip for my mum! The staff were lovely & it was a nice place for pre outing cocktails! Highly recommended, especially for the views 😁
P.
Had the tasting menu with selected wines to complement each course. STUNNING. Everything from the greeting to the views to the food itself was outstanding. And its true, you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a fine dining experience, expect to pay for it, but its well worth the money. We'll definitely be going back
B. R.
Amazing time here my fiancé popped the question here beautiful place and views 😍
P. B.
Amazing location and amazing afternoon tea. Well worth a visit, staff are brilliant as well. Thanks
C. W.
Lovely venue, security for guests was extremely tight due to Covid, only one party of people from the same group in the lift at once etc. We had the afternoon tea with fizz, not cheap (~£70 for two people), but great service and food, and a very nice view ranging from the river mouth, over the top of the Liver Birds, and across the city. Happy to recommend !
While the view is great, you're behind glass so you get unwanted reflections, and due to Covid you weren't allowed to wander around other guests tables to take pictures, still worth doing though :-)
M.
Stunning! Wonderful staff, delicious food I would definetely return for another meal. The vegetarian taster menu was fantastic. The view was beautiful and the interior was lovely. Its not a resturant- its an experience. Thank you to all.
M. S.
Our 2nd visit here and definitely not disappointed.
Excellent well prepared and well presented dishes. Excellent service and a fantastic view across the City/River. If you have a special occasion coming up then you can't go wrong booking a table here.
o.
Amazing food, great atmosphere and views and the service was top notch!
A. R.
Fantastic experience, very efficient and friendly staff, excellent food and wine. Really made our 30th wedding anniversary even more special great food and great views.
S. O.
Great cuisine, amazing views. However, the cost is still higher than what one would expect of the overall experience. Service needs improvement. We waited for a knife when all dishes were already on the table, then waited 10 min for a bill, then anoter 10 for the card mashine. Our waitor changed throughout the dinner.
A. B.
Such an incredible restaurant. Fabulous views over the city, amazing food, attentive staff that are not 'over attentive'. Definitely recommend visiting for a simply stunning memory.
J. W.
Lovely surroundings. Beautifully presented food. Excellent service. Loved the recommended French Martini ! Views across the city, the 3 Graces and the cruise terminal are great. The view out towards the estuary is not as picturesque but is nice if the sun is on the river.
P. R.
Wow! Just WOW! Wonderful views and great value considering the swish, high-class setting!
Highly Recommend!
Would make a GREAT movie setting too! Especially a crime drama!
V. M.
We received a warm welcome.
Staff were excellent - highly professional and courteous in their manner throughout the evening.
Our table was next to the window with a terrific view.
The food was delicious and well presented.
Cocktails and wine complemented the food beautifully.
Thank you Panoramic.Hope to see you again soon!
M. B.
Overated, food was good , and I'm aware it's fine dining, but it's trying too hard to be something it's not, staff were pleasant enough and service attentive, but food only average, reads well on the menu, but what appears is disappointing, basically your paying for the view, which isn't great after all
L. B.
Well worth the cost of afternoon tea in such a fabulous venue. Lovely staff and the views are mind blowing. Take some binoculars with you..we forgot ours !!
A. Q.
Lovely place, staff very friendly, lovely afternoon tea, for my birthday/retirement 🥰 will come again
N. P.
I brought my wife here as a surprise treat after our wedding. It's a great restaurant for a special occasion or romantic meal with amazing views of Liverpool. We had the lunch menu which was really nice, great flavour. The dark chocolate congratulations was a good surprise for us both!
A. A.
Stunning views from the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Afternoon tea veg was tasty, especially the sandwiches and scones. Cakes could have been less sweet, found the sugar bit overpowering. Definitely recommend.
C. B.
An amazing experience. I treated my mum to an early birthday treat of a luxury afternoon tea. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious and the views were amazing. I will definitely be returning!
A. M.
Guaranteed excellent food and service every time
R. R.
Amazing views lovely friendly staff but waited 30 minutes for our cocktails to arrive and it wasn't busy
J. S.
Food was presented nicely, BUT was very small portions plus the food was overpowered by the flavour of the sauce and seemed to use the same same sauce on my starter and main. Service was excellent big up aiden great waiter.
C. W.
Had a wonderful afternoon tea on Friday Sandwiches were lovely 4 different breads and fillings and the scones and cakes to die for. The staff where exceptional such attention to detail first rate. Mentioned allergies of one of our party of 13 on arrival and staff rearranged to cover these. Can honestly recommend Panoramic 34 well worth the price. 1st rate.
S.
Lovely location staff extremely helpful and professional. Food is gorgeous
A.
Absolutely amazing restaurant. We had afternoon tea to celebrate my heavily pregnant daughters birthday. Absolutely lovely experience from our amazing waiter, to the food and the view. Highly recommended and my son and I are already looking to revisit.
C. S.
Lovely view of Liverpool from the restaurant. Food was tasty and drinks were very nice. The service was also excellent, the waiter was very welcoming and even took photos for me and my friend, he also gave a complimentary plate of a sweet and a chocolate syrup 'Happy Birthday' as we said we were celebrating.
N. D. C.
The dishes and ambiance was pretty good. Our server (black gentleman with a French accent) was excellent and very friendly. He took the time to well-explain each of the dishes that were served.
G. W.
Great view this building is built in a perfect location with sea-view vision and all-town-view vision both which suit for both fine-dining and afternoon tea with your lovers. Kind of romantic and breath-taking to sit near or in the rim of the building looking around the view of the city of Liverpool.
The taste of the set of afternoon tea is lovely and special, and most important thing is that it is good for taking picture and post it on social media. Great views and great perspective for pictures.
The price is also acceptable and rational, from my view £22 is not expensive with this view and this location. 😁😁😁
Staff service is also good, they will take care every customers with really polite words and service mind.
The decor of this building is also luxury.
N. G.
Great views and lovely and quiet. Staff polite and attentive. Good was very good ( we had the afternoon tea ); however, not a cheap experience. We would go back for the lunch or dinner menu. Lunch or dinner seems like better value.
R. S.
Amazing place, incredible views and delicious food
J. R.
😮WoW, what a lovely experience the food 🍴 & drink🍷☕ was delightful. The staff could not have been more nice or helpful! Cannot wait for our next visits! I have to say the views over Liverpool City centre & the Mersey are/were breathtaking. 🏙️😁❤️
f.
Great place, well worth a visit! The views of the city are great and I can only imagine how good they would be at night.
The staff where very nice and the food amazing, personally I found the service was slow yet consistent so I suspect they just gave us plenty of time between courses to enjoy the view and atmosphere however I myself would have liked food to come much quicker with less waiting, let’s face it the portions are hardly large so not like you need time between them to digest.
All that said I’d go again and so should you!
S. T.
Panoramic34 is (as the name would suggest) located on the 34th floor of the West Tower building, on Liverpool's waterfront which affords it great views over the city, the Wirral peninsula and the Irish sea.
The setting is modern contemporary, with crisp linen tablecloths and softly illuminated tables.
This is not a restaurant for a quick bite to eat, this is a restaurant to enjoy an experience. Think romantic meal, impressing prospective business.
Having booked online, we arrived, validated our reservation and were escorted straight to our table.
We had opted for the tasting menu so that we could sample the menu.
Our waitress was friendly without being overly familiar and attentive without disturbing us.
Every dish was served carefully, so as to be presented in the way the chef had plated up the dish. Each one a miniature work of art.
The tasting menu was varied and every course delighted. From the canapé to desert, each one visually appealing and delightfully playful with texture and taste. We savoured every morsel.
This restaurant is on track for earning a Michelin star. Only a few minor tweaks will get it there, no doubt.
Wheelchair accessible, but it could be a bit tight depending on where you are seated.
The pricing is commensurate with the cuisine, service and environment.
A. S.
Small, elegant restaurant that also serves afternoon tea. The staff are attentive and professional and the sandwiches and cakes are delicious. The servings were very generous and we were able to order more tea a d sandwiches at no extra cost. The luxury tea comes with a glass of champagne or a cocktail and the price for either the normal afternoon tea or the luxury tea compares favorably with other places I've been to offering similar packages. The views of the city a great (even on a grey day like today). This is a lovely way to spend an afternoon
T. P.
Loved it. Great restaurant with a fantastic level of service and ambience. Food quality is excellent and presentation is also very good. Views are also great across the river, especially at night.
n. f.
Excellent food, very attentive staff and extremely good value for money. Views alone are worth the visit. Don't deliberate go for it!
S. F.
Can see all the city landmarks. Fabulous service. Amazing cocktails. Went for afternoon tea. Just lovely.
S. W.
Fantastic experience. Stunning views that never fail to amaze and delight me. Lovely attentive staff and gorgeous sandwiches and cakes. Highly recommend it and cannot wait for next time.
A. C.
Came for a hen do this afternoon and the view was incredible. Staff (particularly Morven!) couldn't have been more helpful and the food and cocktails were amazing. I really felt like we got what we paid for; such a special afternoon for our bride-to-be.
W. N.
Love this restaurant especially the view. This was our 3rd visit for afternoon tea not sure if it's the moorish cakes and sandwiches or the cocktails that makes this tea so special, not to mention the attentive staff. Can't recommend it enough.
K. S.
We had a superb meal at panoramic 34 this week! Went for the tasting menu. Not disappointed- every course was simply sublime, and we’ve eaten at some of the best restaurants around. Wine menu was comprehensive, service was friendly and attentive. Place was very busy (afternoon) so I’d make sure that you book a table in advance. Anyway, I can thoroughly recommend this place for a quality meal experience.
D. P.
Went for afternoon tea today. Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and amazing service by the staff. The food and cocktails were also really nice. Some may say that it's over priced but with all things considered (views, service etc) I think it's priced reasonably. Shame it was raining today but I will give it another go on a clear day and also evening.
R. H.
Utterly fantastic from start to finish. Service is impeccable. The afternoon tea is absolutely scrummy. Fab views. Nice touch of additional chocolates for my birthday. Thank you, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

the best haute cuisine experience. magnificent attention

Best vantage point of Liverpool@ 280 degrees. Views of the two cathedrals, Liverpool library, Albert Dock , Mersey River, across into the Wirral Peninsula, Brighton, the docklands up to the future site of Everton Stadium and lastly the Tobacco Warehouse. Best to make your reservation and then you are given a 2 hr. slot to stay. Need to spend over £50. for the privilege.
C. T.
You just have to experience the sheer joy of gazing out over Liverpool and across the Mersey, soared up to the 34th and was very well looked after, staff attentive and prompt, even let me peep out of the restaurant side, as we were in bar (must book earlier) the food, was excellent reasonably priced, the drinks matched the height we were up. All in all fabulous time had by all, the Italian guy even sang happy birthday to our friend.
J. “. P.
Loved the scenic views of the City and the River Mersey. Tomas our waiter was attentive and looked after us. Afternoon tea was so tasty. Unlimited sandwiches and cakes yummy! Panoramic is exactly what it, says on the tin! Worth a visit. Book online early!
K. B.
Amazing spot for pre-dinner cocktails. The views were stunning and the interior is pure luxe. Lovely staff too. Highly recommend.

We booked a table in the bar and where blown away by the view its just amazing, the staff are very friendly and can't do enough to help you.
A short walk from James Street and Liverpool one it's a brilliant way to start your night off if your looking for a new experience and something unique.
Would definitely recommend panoramic to anybody I thought it was superb.
J. F.
Beautiful afternoon lunch. Staff courteous and polite. Thank you for letting us dine and allocating a table even though I'd messed up with my booking thinking it had gone through even though it hadn't confirmed - thank you again x
M. M.
Beautiful views from the restaurant. Asked for a window table but wasn't given one at first was put in the middle of the restaurant wasn't a nice table. Asked the lady on reception to be moved and was. Food wasn't hot was luke warm but didn't say anything. If they didn't have the view I would go back. Waiting staff was very pleasant and friendly. Was given a plate with Happy anniversary on as celebrating.

Went for afternoon tea, great service from staff.

great afternoon spent , expensive but couldn’t fault it was brilliant from start to finish. Check out my pictures below to see what we had for afternoon tea. Portion does look small but we shared with 4 people and just managed to finish it all.
K. W.
Fantastic views. Great staff. Food good but not great. Our dinner was a nice experience but main meal was too salty for us.
L. H.
Beautiful place for food. Views were stunning and the staff were lovely. It's expensive but worth it for that 5 star treatment! Food was also delicious!
S. M.
Great place for a special occasion, amazing views over a wonderful city, and they go the extra mile in terms of service. Not cheap but worth every penny.
A. H.
Spectacular views, amazing food and the staff are very friendly and attentive, loved it.
R. H.
Are waitress Vincent was excellent learning her trade she made the lunch for all 3 of us
S. W.
Food nice but very expensive. Would not go again unless for a special occasion. Views over Lliverpool and out over the bay is out of this world. Probably best part of your visit.
I. J.
Amazing views, amazing food and the service is well amazing.
H. T.
Incredible view with a nice atmosphere for catching up with friends. Live guitarist playing was a lovely touch. Food was delicious I ordered a halloumi salad and scones for afters which were surprising amazing. The only downside was the cocktails could of been better I didn't finish either of mine fully.
A. m.
Very unique experience with great food and professional service, the view is priceless.
M. D.
Some of the best views in Liverpool. Very friendly staff. Fine dining. The only drawback as food presentation increases which was amazing btw the quantity decreases.
V. H.
Fabulous lunch and cocktails today. The food was fabulous and service excellent. The views from the Tower are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend
A. G.
The best views in Liverpool. afternoon tea for £25 is good value with unlimited tea or coffee.
T. G.
The views! The food! The service! A completely unimpeachable evening on all fronts and the perfect setting for any special occasion.
G. R. M.
Fab customer service, the food was absolutely superb. I really loved the cauliflower with that spicy sauce yummy yummy. The view of the city is wonderful.
The manager and the staff are super attentive.
Hands down.
One of the best pics, I have ever taken of my favourite scenery "sunsets".
i.
Fabulous food, stunning views across the river and the city, lovely staff. One for a special occasion.
M. M.
Great views. Lovely staffs. Nice variety of drinks and snacks menu. Prices not too bad. Need major refurbishment on the interior and layouts ( seems little bit old and dated )
J. B.
Lovely restaurant with beautiful views of Liverpool and the river Mersey. The staff are fabulous and the food is amazing!
M. M.
Very nice place. The food were amazing and the service as well. Very nice experience!!!
K. G.
Outstanding views after the sun goes down! The same as standard pub London prices, so 100percent great value if you're from down south! Even the service charge was super cheap! You need to make a reservation! Very romantic!
m. h.
The food was absolutely amazing very well done polite staff but the reason for the lost of the two stars is because the website needs to be more cleared I paid for 89 pounds taster then I get the bill it turns out that it’s only for the reservation so I ended up paying over amount i aspected to pay but all together I do recommend going there amazing place beautiful views
D. S.
Took my son for a meal the night prior to his wedding. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. Food was excellent as was the service. Would highly recommend.
1. N. V. T.
Fabulous restaurant, very friendly staff, great food and we were lucky to get a window table, affording us fabulous views over the city, situated 34 floors up ( hence the name) in a tower building, didn’t disappoint and throughly recommend booking a table
N. J.
Beautiful place and really good prices for the setting environment. We called in for a drink, the gave us a 45 minute time slot as we hadn't reserved a table... This turned into two hours as the juggled their tables around. We where so grateful!
R. R.
Best panoramic view in Liverpool without any doubt. Essentially you pay for the view and, honestly, it's worth all those money. I reserved a table on Sunday at 11:45 and I was allocated a table next to the window which was beautiful. Good service. My Aperol Spritz was so so, but I'm Italian and I have high standards for Aperol Spritz. Food was alright. Overall food drink were satisfactory but, as I already said, you go there for the view. Perfect if you want to impress friends/family coming to visit Liverpool but also recommended for an "high level date".
A. M.
Excellent coffee and pancakes - wonderful staff too. Really enjoyed it.
D. S.
Panoramic 34 went above and beyond the line of duty. First of all, they were able to fit us in last minute after our initial reservations elsewhere were cancelled due to covid (thanks to the lovely Svet!). Our server (Tom and another server whose name I didn't get) were amazing, taking time to chat to us and answer any questions we had about the food or the wine. The food was absolutely amazing - their vibes for the vegetarian menu were very fragrant and delicate rather than rich. The floor manager even spent time chatting to us and served us our dessert (the best dish in my opinion!). Then, they allowed us to stay in the bar area all night even though we were a last minute booking. They even brought out an anniversary chocolate plate for us. Super organised, amazing food, friendly staff and perfect views. Can't ask for anything more!
J. J.
Beautiful view.
Lovely staff.
Fab snacks.
Food.....yummy

We went for an anniversary meal, it was the weekend so had their taster menu. Really good food and great service to boost.

Went for cocktails and it was great. The view is amazing and the staff really look after you well. Will book for food when we come back to visit Liverpool.
R. B.
A very nice restaurant with an intimate settings and a fantastic view of the city. The food was decent and pretty good value for the kind of restaurant it is.
Staff were friendly and were happy to accommodate my allergy. Wine was reasonably priced too with a good selection.
S. W.
Fantastic food. Excellent service. Lovely atmosphere
I. W.
Staff fantastic, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the food they we're serving. But the food spoke for itself, best afternoon tea I've had and the views over Liverpool we're excellent.
s. T.
Restaurant location and staff were fantastic, but the food choice was very limited. Very disappointed.
W. E.
My husband and myself couldn't of asked for anything more... the staff were very attentive... couldn't do enough for us... The food, just fantastic... The views are stunning, we were lucky enough to see a huge Rainow tonight too.... All in all a lovely birthday treat for the both of us..
R. P.
It was an OK experience but didn't get the WOW factor unfortunately on my first visit here. Would I return again in the future, I'm not too sure about that.
A. H.
Gorgeous views and top quality food. Service was excellent and the cocktails are lovely. Reasonably priced for 2 courses at lunch.
R. K.
Just loved this place. No finer place to eat in Liverpool. The views are stunning. The food is outstanding. Staff attentive and skilled. A little pricy but worth it. Must visit restaurant.
E. A.
Afternoon tea for Eid day a couple of months ago and I felt very welcome! Service, food & staff were simply divine! Highly reccomend❤️

Today we had lunch at Panoramic 34. Amazing place, very tasty food, very nice and professional service.
All the food was delicious and well cooked. Thank you Michael for briliant service. That was a really pleasant time.
E. H.
We had luxury afternoon tea for 2 and it was lovely. Beautiful views and yummy food. It is pricey but totally worth it!
D. C.
Haven’t even had the main course and this restaurant is amazing! Best in Liverpool and our waiters Mikey and Alessio have MADE the night. Great atmosphere with a relaxed, comfortable feel. Great experience.
J. C.
We went there for afternoon tea, for our grandaughters 8th birthday, we also took a 5year old as well. I wasnt sure how child friendly this place would be, however they got looked after just like everyone else. They good a goodie bag on arrival, a kids afternoon tea menu and any drink you can imagine. We had a fab time, in an amazing setting. The views are to die for. The food was delish, the service was top notch. Highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10.
J. F.
Service , food and cocktails fantastic and not forgetting the amazing view , absolutely loved it
D. B.

Absolutely worth a visit!
A. N.
The view is what you pay for 😩😍 and the desserts and mocktails are delicious !! Service is lovely too. 💘
L. E.
Amazing afternoon tea, so much food. Gorgeous cocktails / mocktails and they made a fuss of my Nan, the birthday girl. Lovely view of Liverpool all round, maybe not so good if you're scared of heights by the big windows.
A. B.
Amazing views and great food. The afternoon tea is reasonably price and well worth it for the scenic views!
S. H.
Grand views across the city, beautiful interiors and friendly staff !
R. T.
What a way to celebrate a 30th birthday....amazing food, cocktails, mocktails and service....thank you🥰
C. H.
Fabulous food and service. Gr8 view of the city & waterfront. Defo was a special occasion
T. A.
Excellent food. Well displayed. The Stout is a fine beer too. The view from the restaurant is to die for.
However, if you are looking to feel 'content' as you would probably expect to after going for a meal and expecting to pay reasonably, you are looking in the wrong place. Fine dining is never reasonably priced nor filling. It is nevertheless a superb place to entertain or simply to dine. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will, without doubt, visit again.
A note for the Management: A 'rack of Lamb' is 3-4 pieces. Two signify 'cutlets'. They were superbly cooked but, you need to reword the description to avoid customer disappointment. Excellent selection of cheese's by the way 👌
B. R.
Amazing. Just Amazing. Went for cocktails . Lovely staff in there so friendly and knowledgeable
S. D.
Beautiful views of the Mersey Estuary, the three graces and our cathedral's. Food elegant and cocktails fabulous the whole experience was aesthetically amazing a must 4 anyone ❤️💯✨💕
A. K.
Had the tasting menu with Wine flights for my wife's 40th. Original waiter was brilliant and knowledgeable, unfortunately he finished and the handover wasn't smooth. Food was lovely and definitely special enough for our celebration. Didn't find value though, considering the service the price wasn't worth it.
G. B.
Couldn't fault the service, the drinks and the view... would definitely recommend one evening...
L. O.
Fab place
Will definitely be returning
Lovely staff

A. C.
Fantastic views good cocktails great service
B. E.
Amazing restaurant with first class service and food to match. The cocktails here are superb with a breathtaking view of the city to compliment. Visiting here always feels abit special. I have tried the a la carte menu and the tasting menu here and very happy on both occasions. I would reccomend the fois gras ganache and the beef fillet. Hopefully it won't be too long before we visit again
C. N.
Stunning views, service impeccable. Ideal place for a special occasion.
C. W.
Lovely family meal this evening. Food amazing, service second to none. Would definitely recommend going here. And the views are spectacular.
P. C.
The staff were impeccable. We went for luxury afternoon tea on a great sunny Sunday. 1st Class.
S. S.
What a fabulous experience, they may not be the cheapest cocktails but they were worth every penny and the views are amazing.
T. H.
Had a lovely afternoon tea there. Staff Are very friendly. Views over Liverpool are fantastic.

First class food and service. Great views of the city
K. S.
Lovely setting and view, good champage and cocktail selection
j. W.
A little decadence helps blow away the webs of lockdown.
Lovely setting, amazing views, good food and classy cocktails.
What more could you ask for? How about attentive and friendly people to serve you?
Yes that too was excellent.
J. T.
This was an amazing place to go to In the heart of Liverpool city - nice and cosy. Food and service was amazing. Cocktails are served quick, they're also nice and chilled.
R. A.
Went here for afternoon tea with visitors we had staying from USA
The experience for them was fantastic you cannot beat the views from the restaurant and this is definitely there selling point
For me although food and service is great you can get the same for less elsewhere in the city you are definitely paying for the view
b. c.
Im not a foody but even i know when ive had a quality evening in a quality restaurant...Panoramic 34 is amazing!!!... our waiter Alessi was knowledgeable (describing every dish we ordered), he was attentive (never left us without a drink or food) he was humourous ( I didnt feel out of my depth thanks to Alessi). The views where stunning..The food was gorgeous...this was a real 11 out of 10 experience
L. g.
Afternoon tea. Sandwiches not brilliant, bit stale to be honest. Cakes lovely. Champagne very nice. Luckily we had a voucher. I've had better but the views are excellent.
S. F.
Stunning views of the city. Great service. Staff were really friendly and marked our wedding anniversary. Thank you team!
L. A.
Amazing food & great customer service..

Great views, lovely wine and cocktails. What more does one want?!
I. R.
Visited here today for my birthday! Wow you've got to try this place, we had afternoon tea (my first, yes, my first) and it was beautiful, I've a new found love for macaroons, from the minute we walked in to the second we walked out we had fantastic service from all members of staff. The views are fantastic.
C. H. (.
Fantastic location, excellent views, first class service, very good food... expensive but you appreciate why!
R. M.
The afternoon tea there was lovely. Happy with the service we received. Pot luck on the weather as unfortunately the day we want it was miserable misty day so didn't get the chance to see how beautiful the city views normally are. Would like to come again - champagne was lovely
M. B.
As I have a fear of heights this meal was a surprise to me by my partner. We sat by the window and after 10 minutes and a beer, I really began to fall in love with this place. The food is of the highest quality. Incredibly experienced staff full of knowledge especially with the wines. Loved being here and will be returning. Its definitely worth everything
G. L.
Outstanding, first class cocktails and brilliant service.
J. W.
Awesome. .....
From the views to the many courses on offer.

Simply superb. From the second the lift doors open you are warmly greeted and looked after by the team. The location, ambiance and most importantly the food is beautiful.
Book your table at this fantastic restaurant and you won't be disappointed!!
M. M.
So nice place... amaizing view and delicios food..

A great location and venue that adds to any special occasion. Great service from friendly staff, food and drink top notch.

K. M.
a nice selection of food for everyone! service was very quick. views were stunning too!We had the taster meal for our anniversary. Great experience overall. Food was really good, wines were excellent, and service first class. The location and views are amazing and would recommend for the ambiance and special occasion
R. S.
We came here for a change and to experience a new cafe, after reading some great reviews. We weren't disappointed. This is a great relaxing place to come. The atmosphere is chilled, the staff are very friendly and attentive, hadn't been before, but found it online as she's a vegetarian. I was SO impressed. The atmosphere is fun and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful.
G. K.
Not value for money, sloppy waiter service. Got drinks order wrong more than once. Did not explain the wine pairing. Food was very good, but definitely lacked the fine in fine dining. Stars are for view and food only.
A. M.
Fantastic food and staff are great too looked after us well. Veiws are amazing
S. M.
The staff are lovely, fantastic views across Liverpool. We had afternoon tea for my Mum's birthday. There is Covid-19 measurements at this time. They check your temperature on arrival and a hand gel dispenser is in the foyer. There is a lift to take you right up to the dining area. It is wheelchair accessible, a lift for a regular sized wheelchair (remember the lift can not be used in a fire) there is a disabled toilet as well.
k. K.
Hospitality great.cocktails great.best views.
V. A.
Lovely food, good service, great views
D. S.
Always have a good meal here, especially good when we had it booked during the victory parade for Liverpool FC which you could see for miles.
k. H.
Nice place went for afternoon tea, was stuffed. You wouldn't think a few sandwiches and cake, and a few drinks would fill you up so much 🎂🍹😂
M. F.
Loved it, fantastic cream tea & views

We booked for our Aunt’s 90th Birthday; can’t praise the staff enough they made her Birthday experience very special. The experience from booking to arrival, afternoon tea and departure was excellent; the staff should be very proud for the wonderful service they provide. To top it all the views are amazing and we had perfect sunshine as if to order.
M. M.
Fantastic as always, great food, great service and great views
A. T.
Lovely place to enjoy a cocktail with someone special
S.
The food and service were excellent. Although we arrived about 1/2hr early we were shown straight to our table, the views over the river and across the city were spectacular. Although the prices are high, the service and views are also high so it's worth it. You may not go there often but for those special occasions it would be hard to beat. We will go again without hesitation. We'll done to all the staff.
B. K.
Fantastic experience. Would certainly come again for a drink in the cocktail bar.
W. g. o. a. a.
Beautiful views and a lush afternoon tea.
E. A.
Views are fabulous and lovely atmosphere. Staff , friendly, professional . My daughter and I were treated to Luxury afternoon tea, which was delicious, we couldn't finish, but staff put the cakes in a box for us to take home. We had cocktails which were beautifully presented and tasted great . Bit expensive though.
D. V.
The food was lovely, but the service was a let down. We had the afternoon tea but the tea was only served until we had almost finished the sandwiches and cakes. No apology was given either.
c. g.
Stunning view epic food. A foodies dream venue
f. h.
Amazing experience, beautiful view, gorgeous afternoon tea, and such friendly staff. Thankyou so much xx
J. F.
If you're in Liverpool I would highly recommend coming here, the food and, views and experience was second to none
p. c.
Superb location, excellent food and super service.
A. B.
Absolutely excellent in every way. My husband and myself had the luxury afternoon tea and it was superb. We were quite surprised that the sandwiches, cakes and tea were unlimited, had we wanted more.
The range of food on offer was extensive so something for everyone to enjoy. We actually enjoyed absolutely everything!
From the moment we walked in, staff were very friendly and efficient. Our server Simon was the epitome of excellence. Obviously, the views are terrific but the general ambience as well is just perfect. It was our first visit, but we intend to go back, probably for lunch next time.
J. M.
You have to be here to see the view. Staff were very helpful with our little ones.
C. L.
Food was great and the service was brilliant. Decor was a little 80s feeling but it was a great place
P. W.
We had a lovely afternoon Tea in the restaurant for my mum's birthday. They catered brilliantly for myself (I am vegan). Vegan options for sandwiches and cakes were lovely and tasty as were the non vegan choices for the others.
As expected the views are superb
and the service was excellent.
Thank you.
D. G.
Had a very special afternoon tea with my lovely sister & my gorgeous daughter. Very attentive waitresses, beautiful evening to view Liverpool from Level 34. Amazing views & delicious food & drinks. Nothing was too much trouble, every effort was made to make it a wonderful time. Definitely recommend it & will be going again soon.
J. C.
I was taken there for my birthday and enjoyed the lovely panoramic view of the city at night, taking in the amazing architecture that was lit up by multicoloured spot lights. A welcome respite from the wet and stormy weather outside.
The cocktails were great and the staff hospitable.
G. M.
The food, the ambience, the views, the service was all excellent!
L. W.
Not as expensive as I thought and beautiful views and food
s. M.
Stunning views, our meal was really fantastic, flavours were just amazing. We had a lovely waiter called Andreas, (Bruno Mars lookalike) he was attentive, funny and very informative when it came to the ingredients and the wines. It was my 40th birthday and this was a great way to spend my evening. The service was second to none. Would recommend for that special touch. I am looking forward to tryingnout the afternoon tea now.
F. B.
Visited here today for my birthday! Had a wonderful afternoon birthday treat at the Panoramic for afternoon tea. The views are spectacular. Afternoon tea was lovely and very filling. The Panoramic is a lovely place.
Waiters are so nice You will be amazed at the view from the windows. Highly recommend if you are visiting Liverpool.
s. k.
We had booked for my birthday, the food was excellent and so was the service up until we asked when we had finished dinner and paid the bill if we could have a drink in the bar area.
No was the response!! Only six people where seated in the bar but it was going to be fully booked shortly. The way the situation was handled was bad, you had had our money and now you weren’t bothered.
Sadly a very poor end to what was a lovely evening.
Maybe you should make it clear at the time of booking that if you want a drink in the bar you need to book that too!!
G. S.
I absolutely love the Panoramic 34 restaurant and would love to go back there again and again as it was a sophisticated establishment and I was very much at home there.. It is a very lovely sophisticated place that has a very good atmosphere to it. Augmenting that the service was superb and the high tea was of the quality of the Ritz if not better. Overall a marvellous venue and a definite place to visit again and again...
N. Z.
We had a good time, we all liked it very much.
G. W.
Perfect venue, perfect service, perfect menu, perfect in everything. Five stars plus.
A. L.
I would say this is the best restaurant in Liverpool. Here is why:
- The service is first class, but not pretentious. By this, I mean you are well looked after, but you can enjoy a down to earth conversation with the staff.
- The environment is clean and new, which includes the chairs, cutlery, table, table cloth, restaurant features and toilet.
- The food is delicious.
- the details are on point. It was out anniversary an they surprised us with cake on a plate with an anniversary message.
- The location is breathtaking, what a view.
- Price, for what you get the price is very good.
I love it here.
T. D.
This location serves two crowds. They have a beautiful bar area serving a sophisticated cocktail menu and they have the dining, restaurant area. Both offer a beautiful view of the city.
Good food, although small portion. You clearly pay for the view more than for the culinary variety.
Overall a place I would truly recommend for a nice, decent evening.
V. B.
Nice experience. Very nice and friendly employees. Drinks are excellent. Nice views :)
M. O.
So glad to see the building remains tall and with an operating restaurant. We had dinner there in 1983 and enjoyed a most wonderful rotating view of the Nighttime Lights of Liverpool.
E. M.
Luxury afternoon tea a birthday treat for a family member.. Amazing from start to finish fab service our waiter couldn't do enough for us nothink was to much trouble.
I Had the best cocktail I have ever tasted.
c. r.
A great place for excellent cocktails, which has the most amazing view of our beautuful City. Relaxed atmosphere, nice staff. Not to be missed, whether you're visiting the City or you live here. You have to book very early to get a table even just for a drink.
L. A.
Amazing food and views to love. Food and drinks were perfect. However the guy who was our waiter didn't smile, and made us all feel he didn't want to be there although this was noticed by a female colleague who came to the rescue and treated us fantastically. If you want to go to the bar area after your meal you will need to of prebooked this as the bar area can get busy, they do mention this on their Web site. All our food served starters, main and desserts were the best quality I've had in years Thank you
S. A.
Went for the luxury afternoon tea with ten other ladies on my 70th birthday, 4th September 2019. The most fabulous experience!! Lovely management and staff, so attentive!!! Couldn't have gone better!! Fabulous views across a gorgeous, slightly misty (windy and cloudy day) backdrop of Liverpool !!! Gorgeous food too !! Little added extras !!
A. M.
Great view of Liverpool. Afternoon tea is worth it (also yummy) and service is great!
L. S.
This is the best restaurant to vist if you want great views of Liverpool and across to the wirral excellent service great very friendly staff recommend this place for afternoon tea lunch or dinner
l. c.
Lovely views, pleasant atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. The food was slightly disappointing, not a great deal of choice nor portion sizes considering the asking prices but the cocktails were fantastic!
S. M.
Thoroughly enjoyed this place. As everyone will comment the views from this 34th story restaurant are simply stunning. Cleverley thought of internally illuminated tables ensure you can see what you are eating and who you are with, but without causing heavy reflections on the floor to ceiling windows so you can see out clearly. The food is divine (we had the Prix Fixe menu) and the service was efficient and attentive without being overbearing. I didn't bother to take pictures of the views as a camera will never do it justice. I will definitely be going back again.
T. W.
My husband and i took my Mum and Dad for Sunday lunch yesterday for a Christmas treat. The views were amazing and food and service exceptional. Staff were very attentive and made us feel very special and relaxed...well recommended!!
This was my second visit as my daughter took me for Mothers day afternoon tea which was equally as good and cakes were to die for.
I will definitely be returning :-)
N. C.
My mum and I had afternoon tea which was perfect. Fantastic sized portions (just right) and good balance of sweet and savoury. Really good value for money and attentive service. I recommend.
A. O.
Lovely views if you are lucky to get by a window. Actually requested a window seat when booking to no avail. Extremely expensive. Afternoon tea just not worth £35.Will not be returning
C. T.
Had a gorgeous afternoon tea in a beautiful setting to celebrate my mother in law's 80th birthday. The service was excellent and she was even given some special Happy Birthday chocolates at the end of her meal. Couldn't fault it 👍
P. S.
Fantastic views. Great service and food lovley.
M. W.
A place to dine to landmark very special occasions. Or to have a cocktail and admire and view the full glory of the Liverpool and Wirral landscape. The decor is tasteful. Staff are welcoming, professional and efficient. The menu is very contemporary. The whole dining experience is high end and the prices reflect this, but for a memorable occasion it is the perfect venue.
F. T.
Excellent food, great service. We enjoyed our special treat
L. W.
Fantastic service.. afternoon tea was lovely and we were served as soon as we got there. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times..I will certainly be going back for more..highly recommended 👍
G. “. C.
Nice view... food was delicious but super small portions and I had to ask what half the things on the menu were. Very expensive... we had people squeeze past our table to take photographs which killed the mood. Staff were lovely but felt looked down upon by one or two staff members
F. M.
After a visit to the Royal Liver 360 tour calked in for drinks at the Panoramic 34- lovely. Made very welcome by staff. The sun shone providing stunning views over Liverpool city & waterfront. The hot chocolate & mocha were delicious. Hope to come again- a great place for a celebration!
J. T.
Booked for my brother and sister in law who were visiting from Dunstable and celebrating their wedding anniversary. They were delighted with the whole experience. Excellent service and food, spectacular view over the river and Liverpool city,. Thank you to all the staff there at Panoramic for making their evening so enjoyable.
M. R.
Amazing place and lovely afternoon tea!
M. G.
Terrific views. Food very nouvelle- cuisine in portion size, but very good. Service fast except coffees, but we were offered them for free in the end, so overall a positive experience.
D. W.
Brilliant food brilliant view and really nice stuff
B. D.
Good time and the view from the top is very nice.
I. C.
wow fantastic views very friendly and attentive staff...reasonably priced drinks

My husband and I took my Mum to Panoramic34 for her 71st birthday treat and from start to finish it was a lovely experience! All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful: taking our coats, our orders, checking everything was ok and if we wanted anymore food/drinks, preparing the bill etc. At one point a lady on the next table asked if she could swap her large chair (we were in the cocktail lounge) and the young male server, with a lovely smile, said not a problem and preceeded to lift over and swap her chair immediately, then replacing said chair as to not let anybody else sit on it until fixed! My husband also commented on the excellent level of service, saying that the manager waited until he had finished chewing his food to check everything was up to standard. Nothing worse than being asked that when eating and can't reply. These little extras made it such a perfect experience! The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious!! Excellent flavour choices and nothing too sweet or spicy. To finish, our lovely young Irish lady server brought out some chocolates on a plate saying Happy Birthday for my Mum. Wonderful! Considering we got this level of service whilst they were also attending to a wedding party, just shows how good they are. Thank you and we will definitely see you all again soon.
h. l.
A bit expensive but the view is wonderful. When u visit, u can't miss it! Appointment only!
A. D.
Visited Panoramic 34 today without a booking. I was surprised how they were able to offer usa table immediatly for coffee and cakes.
They were friendly and helpful. Quick service and a table in the bar area by the window with perfect views. My Fiance had coffee alone and I had the cake + coffee offer which was only £11
in total. We booked for my Birthday next March so... really looking forward to returning for an evening meal. Note: Its not well signposted due to the tower being private flats I guess so you need to know where to go. Lovely!
I. G.
Excellent venue, had afternoon tea for 4 just a few weeks ago. Food was perfect, staff were first rate. I have food allergies so they prepared my food separately and it was no trouble for them even when I ordered more. Most venues will make food separately at an extra charge or longer wait but here it was done remarkably fast and still at 5 star standards
J. T.
Amazing food, Michelin star standard, faultless service, breath taking views. Recently enjoyed a wedding lunch for 14 people - they made our day so special and memorable. The food was outstanding, staff warm, friendly and professional.
J. C.
Fantastic location over looking the city of Liverpool, excellent service in the cocktail bar with high quality food. The staff cannot do enough for you and go the extra mile to make you feel valued. Prices very good for a location this impressive with cocktails at 10 pounds. If you are in Liverpool put this on your list of to do's .
S. C.
The view on a clear sunny day is amazing but the view on a low foggy sunset afternoon is sublime. An experience to remember.
Not to be outdone by the view, the afternoon tea and service were really nice and staff were very accommodating.
C. L.
Good services. Yet, not up to the standard for fine dining
R. H.
Afternoon tea was beautiful, but too much for two of us, so was given the rest to take home!
J.
Took my girlfriend here for the lunch menu on her birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The food was outstanding the service was first class and the views from 34 floors up were amazing! Would honestly recommend to anyone. Also for who likes to look for 5* food @ 2* price this will be your new fave place to go!
C. C.
Went to Panoramic 34 for our anniversary. First posh restaurant I'd been to in my life and it definitely lived up to my expectations including the price! It was very pricey, but our food was outstanding! The highlight of the meal was the venison carpaccio with warm brioche toast also the panoramic view of Liverpool at night time was amazing although the elevator up to the restaurant made my stomach turn! The waiter who served us throughout the night was brilliant and very attentive and even arranged a decorative chocolate plate to be brought out to us to celebrate our anniversary, very thoughtful! We went the second time the following year and the spark just wasn't there which was very unfortunate , but still I would go again :)
F. H.
The bar and restaurant offer such spectacular and unique views of Liverpool that the food and drink wouldn't need to be anything other than average for it to be a success. However, the food is just as impressive as the setting and the service is nothing less than perfect. The staff are exceptionally welcoming. If you don't want to go for dinner, there is also a bar which is surprisingly inexpensive and very comfortable. For a special occasion, I couldn't recommend anywhere better.
L. N.
A very enjoyable afternoon tea. Staff attentive but not intrusive. Food delightful.
S. M.
Tom was very attentive and made our afternoon tea special , thanks Tom.
L. J.
My husband and daughter took me here for my 60th. It was wonderful. The food was perfect . The atmosphere amazing. Watched the sunset over the Mersey, then watched the lights come on all over Liverpool. The staff were attentive but not over the top . We are going back for our anniversary in August.
C. M.
if you are looking for a great view of Liverpool, this is the place. Located in a skyscraper on the 30th-something floor. Clean atmosphere, cool menu, but the portions were a bit small for my liking (and my appetite). Prices were a bit steep but it is expected from a restaurant with such an incredible view.
S. B.
Beautiful scenery, wonderful food, great service
g. h.
Great Food, view and service.
J. F.
Amazing fine dining experience. Staff were friendly and attentive especially our lovely waiter. Great service. Spectacular views. Definitely go back. Thank you.
C. L.
Great experience and the best way to view the skyline of Liverpool. Staff were great and couldn't of been more attentive. Prices were a bit steep but you pay for what you get. Highly recommend the luxury afternoon tea!
L. L.
Got the deluxe afternoon tea which at £33 per head I thought it would have been something more. Not sure what, just something more. Carpet was a bit grubby and messy around by our table. We enjoyed it but just expected a bit more. Views etc are amazing.
C. F.
Excellent range of food choices. Absolutely amazing view. Staff where extremely welcoming and made you feel at home, special thanks to our waitress Drew, who made the evening spectacular with her lovely attitude and great service!!. Definitely coming back!.

Amazing views of Liverpool.
Only used the bar instead of the restaurant, but very nice food indeed..
Staff very good as well, service a little slow but went on a Friday night so to be expected I suppose..
You need to book in advance..
Always busy...
Well worth a visit...
K. B.
Had an absolutely fabulous night here!! Had a special occasion, got engaged!! Waiters, and all the staff were brilliant they made a real fuss of us, we got a glass of complimentary champagne each and they made us a special plate with congratulations wrote on it with chocolate!! Nice touch 👍👌just wanna say thanku so much for making it so special for us!! the food was superb 👌Views are amazing, staff are brilliant !! Thanku so much Panoramic 34👍👍👍👍
D. M.
Amazing views of the Mersey and surrounding area. Had afternoon tea with sparkling rosè. Absolutely delicious! Didn't want it to end, had such a great time. Staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant lovely and clean.

Amazing Afternoon Tea, boss place with top scran
J. C.
Absolutely fantastic place. Food is really good and the staff are brilliant. The views from here are amazing. My husband booked it yesterday as a suprise for my 50th with my family and I loved every minute of it. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to going there again.
C. L.
Fantastic fantastic fantastic! If your after big meals for cheap prices don't bother! This place is for medium sizes portions cooked and served by professionals for a price they deserve. If your all for quality over quantity and don't mind paying get down to this place( or should I say up) The food is absolutely amazing once you realise what it says on the menu haha!! The food feels like it comes straight away because your busy taking in the views this place has to offer! They really look after you here, absolutely loved it!!
d. d.
Fabulous views! Food lovely but don't get much for what you pay for in our opinion. You cannot access cocktail bar unless pre booked, as we thought we would finish meal with cocktail at the bar, that was not the case ☹️
J. C.
Lovely atmosphere food and service
J. C.
This place certainly has the wow factor. We came at midday on a Friday for lunch, to celebrate a family birthday and we were placed on a table overlooking the city. Wow what a view!
The service was spot on. Very attentive.
The food was delicious and up to a very high standard. The plate designs were quite original for each course and added to the experience eg the white onion soup came in a bowl that looked like a volcano! (Apr2016)
J. H.
Fabulous place to eat. Have tried lunch and afternoon tea. Great food, excellent presentation and service and an amazing view. Booked a late table for lunch then had cocktails in the bar afterwards. Definitely worth a visit.

The food was good but small portions, e.g roast dinner with two roast potatoes. However I would recommend coming for afternoon tea and for the view.
Unfortunately the air conditioning was set too high which made the dining experience a little uncomfortable. Also the music selection was quite poppy and didn't suit the decor.

The views are mindblowing, the staff are very thoughtful and attentive. The cakes and sandwiches are very dainty and inviting. They are deceivingly filling and oh so satisfying. So why not 5 stars ? The cost is a little high in my book. Having said that, im not aware of their overheads to own a 34th floor in a prestigious building. In conclusion, put this on your bucket list, you'll be glad you did.

I went for a champagne luxury afternoon tea, a gift from my son and daughter in law for my 70th birthday, I felt so special with friendly staff and fabulous food, nothing was to much trouble for the staff, with crisp white table cloths and napkins, and a great view, a fabulous afternoon was had by all. Thank you.

Great place for a view but we were sitting behind some people so we didn't get to see much of the view. This is the sort of place that some people will go to purely for the view, and to be sitting back from the window wasn't great. Also not great to constantly hear one of the waiters constantly moaning about a couple of guests. Drinks were nice otherwise.

Fab food, fab views and fab staff what more can you say....👍👏👏👏👏👏😘

Fabulous. What a view. The afternoon was yummy too .

Amazing had afternoon tea, great value and the views are just fantastic. Staff where really helpful and nothing too much as my friends had travelled from L. A and Spain they let us have the table as long as we wanted rather than the two hour slot.

Myself and my partner came for my birthday - our first trip to Liverpool! We arrived and immediately were greeted by our friendly server who took us to our table. We had been allocated a table near the centre but the team were so helpful to move us to a table near the panoramic window when one was available, even though they had to change the linen for us. We had two servers - Luis and Cora. Both were outstanding - not just attentive and focused but friendly with banter to boot as well, a trait which really made it for us. Food was incredible - we went for the a la Carte instead of the tasting but we’re not disappointed! But seriously - a big BIG shoutout to both Cora and Luis who absolutely made our night. We could not have had a better evening.

Come for the gorgeous views of Liverpool, stay for drinks. Nice, intimate setting with attentive and excellent staff. I came on the early side of a weekday evening and it was wonderfully subdued. 34th floor and inconspicuous entrance means you won't be elbowing your way in- probably- but book ahead if you're going at a more traditional time. Bring someone you want some quiet time with (unless you're fresh off a relationship. Oops. Yikes.)

Unbelievable! Treated like a princess by fantastic staff. Views breathtakingly and food just fabulous. Should be on everyones bucket list! Had a bar meal and you are guaranteed window seat there.

Fantastic views - obviously! Even so, food and drinks are a little overpriced and the service is hit and miss - at times overly attententive but also a huge wait for drinks and, later, coffees. Serving afternoon tea on a wooden A frame and setting it between diners, shows little thought for the diner who is left trying to converse through a small gap at the top of the frame. This must be pretty obvious to the waiting staff and yet the practice continues. In such a venue diners shouldn't have to rearrange the table in order to hold a conversation - that should already have been considered by the restaurant staff.

A great place to come for a meal. Excellent views over the the city during the day and at night when it's all lit up. Food is great quality and well cooked. Service is great. Can be quite expensive. Make sure to book well in advance too.

The afternoon tea was divine and the staff were excellent..

Myself and my boyfriend came last night for the first time. We arrived 1 hour earlier than our booking and were seated in the cocktail lounge no problem. We got a window seat straight away. We were served mostly by a young chap with glasses, I overhead him say it was only his 4th shift. He was brilliant with us, even offered to take a photo of us. Can't sing his praises enough! We loved him!
D. S.
WOW!! What an amazing evening, with truly mind blowing food. The view alone was amazing. The service was perfection personified. If you're in or near Liverpool, give this place a try. 5*****

Lovely Vegan afternoon tea selection

Panoramic 34 does offer an alluring backdrop which is difficult to replicate in many other eateries in the city of Liverpool. By the food standards of Liverpool, P34 does offer a riveting selection within it's afternoon tea, and the food is laced with splendour, accompanied by a dazzling assortment of cocktails offering to take you from 0-100.
The taste of the food itself is not memorable relative to other afternoon tea offerings; it is fair to say that the price is constituent of a high-rise view in a convenient location. So if you are looking for value for money, I believe P34 to be on the left of the spectrum. However, it is perfect for those who appreciate gorgeous backdrops, and the vociferous sound of seagulls frequenting the sky.

absolutely amazing !! my boyfriend took me there as a surprise and honestly , the best place I've ever eaten. The service was absolutely incredible and cannot fault it at all, the food was perfect and left feeling nicely full.. and the view ; never seen anything like it !! Cannot say one bad thing about this place at all , and can't wait to go back !! A *******

Great food, great service, great night!

Stunning location. Beautiful food. Exceptional service. Andreas was so friendly, affable and knowledgeable - we couldn’t have asked for more for the last night of our honeymoon

Visited for my 40th birthday recently with my partner, views are stunning, food is excellent and the staff are brilliant. They made a real fuss of me as they found out it was my birthday. Would definately recommend it and plan to visit again for the next special occasion. Loved it and very happy i decided to go.

The views are great and the place itself has a nice vibe. For what it is it seems okay priced, the afternoon tea for 22 pound a person seems cheaper than some other places and I left feeling pretty full, the sandwiches and sweets were pretty nice as well (didn't rate the all veg one but we shouldn't be wasting food should we), and to say you get more than one hot drink with it is good as well. Only real complaints are the staff, the young lad who was serving us was quite energetic at first and seemed attentive but not in your face. For the last 45 minutes though we didn't see anyone come up to our table to ask if we needed anything when it was obvious we had finished our drinks and food, was able to flag down the young lad to ask for a coffee, he went off and nothing came for at least 15 minutes. I asked him again if the coffee was coming and the way he acted seemed like he genuinely couldnt remember me asking for it. A similar occurrence occurred when asking for the bill, no one attending the table for at least 20 minutes so we had to ask someone. Another complain was the fact they automatically put a service charge of 10 percent (which ironically says 'optional service charge') and puts on a 1 pound donation to a charity. Not necessarily bad things but putting an automatic 10 percent on surely fosters a culture of laziness, a tip should surely be earned based on merit, not just given out for being there. But overall it is certainly worth it and I would recommend and probably would come back (can't deny those views).

Fabulous. Staff very friendly understand menu and drinks menu. Excellent social distancing. Views amazing. Couldn't fault it.

I booked the Panoramic 34 as present for my wife for her 40th Birthday. The restaurant came highly recommended from an old work colleague of mine who had eaten there on a number of occasions, so I went ahead a made a booking for late December 2018.
The booking was made on-line using the booking system on the website, however unbeknown to me the 'actual' restaurant wasn't available and I had actually booked the Cocktail lounge for our main evening meal.
I only discovered this whilst waiting in the cocktail bar and wondering when our table was going to be ready.
Once the staff had confirmed my mistake they explained that there were no tables in the main restaurant and we had to choose our main meal from the bar menu. At this point the smug waiter gave a very condescending laugh under his breath which absolutely made my blood boil so when I told him that I didn't think that was funny he sensed that I wasn't happy and scurried off to get his manager.
The restaurant is superb and I'm sure the food in the main restaurant is fantastic, however the patronising attitude of the staff made me think that place was a little too pretentious.

Great views over a great city bit pricey but worth it for veiws

Just the most wonderous food I've ever tasted. Lovely service from the ground floor up. A pleasure. Ok I'll have to sell a kidney, but.....

Thoroughly enjoyed visit, food and service excellent. Plus you get The Premier View of Liverpool and surrounding area. Got to be a must experience, whether your a Scouser or just visiting the City.

Excellent service from the moment you enter the building.. loved the food and the views..
B. J.
Never disappointed with this venue.
Food perfectly cooked and presented, staff attentive and professional.
Slightly dear but worth the price for such a unique occasion and spectacular visual.
F. S.
Nice view, service and really tasty food. 👌
That said, pricy and distasteful 10% service charge, which is not mandatory but not only we weren't aware of it as you also have to ask to remove it making it awkward / unpleasant. 🙄

Cracking views over the city, friendly staff

My wife and I had dinner which was perfect. Great sized portions they have. Really good value for money and attentive service. I recommend everyone.

Having read a couple of negative reviews - we arrived expecting the worst - a special birthday treat for my wife's 60th birthday. Having been swept into the lobby foyer by a freezing cold wind we were pleasantly greeted by a young lady who checked our booking and ushered us into the high speed lift which whisked us up to the 34th floor. Coats taken at the reception desk and issued with a cloakroom ticket. Table for two, overlooking the city and Mersey (as requested on booking). Very attentive young waiter who did a good job of making us feel special. We had the Sunday menu which was good value compared with the ala carte which looked a little pricey. Couldn't fault the food - my beef was melt in the mouth tender and my wife's duck leg was a good size portion. We ordered an extra side dish of peas, expected tiny portions but we came away feeling full. Plus - what a view! Would definitely recommend this for a very special occasion.

Went for afternoon tea. Great views and a lovely ambience. Service was good, albeit a bit slow.
V. @.
Liverpool's finest.
Some people say it's pricy. I disagree because pricy is when you pay more for something than it's actually worth. The value that you get here is way more than in an ordinary restaurant.
Extremely attentive and kind staff, delicious food, fantastic atmosphere and the view at night is just stunning.
Highly recommended!
C. W.
Excellent service! Delicious food and received a warm welcome when arriving. The views are breathtaking on a clear day.
P. R.
Fantastic venue for afternoon tea with the most amazing view! The only criticism was having to wait downstairs for quite some time before our table was ready.
R. Z.
Superb! Excellent service and food. The staffs were so nice and helped us swapped a table by the view.
J. A.
Very nice view and a good level of service. Quantity of afternoon tea foods was ideal, quality og pastry (scones) and cakes found wanting (except for macaron, lemon pie and strawberry trifli, which were awesome)
V. M.
I was there, visiting a friend and we decided to go and see the view. We tasted some meals and they were really delicious. The British Ham Hock is good, but I am looking forward to try different main courses.
C. M.
Enjoyable experience, onky downside is you do feel a little rushed as waitress was eager for you to order and move on. We onky had bar food for lunch. But would still like to return in evening for dinner.
R. H.
Once inside the doors, there is no evidence you are still in England! (OK, maybe some football shirts.) K-pop videos play on the large TV, the walls are largely undecorated, and the occupants are mainly a close-knit groups of Kurdish guys enjoying their food.
E. M.
Aah the views are stunning..as are the cocktails! Super!

We and our guests had a fabulous lunch at the Panoramic on our wedding day the 1st September! The food, setting, service and wine could not be faulted! Thank you and see you again soon! Toine and Liz 👌👍

The best food I've ever eaten
P. N.
Brilliant food quality, but poor service and bad drinks delivery. They most do better, especially at these prices. The unique view accounts for one of the stars, so don't get your hopes up!
I. B.
Second to none views of Liverpool and exquisite tasting menu.

My family organised lunch at the Panoramic to celebrate my 60th with my wife Pauline. The service was exceptional and the food great. The setting is unique with stunning views of the City and the river. Great venue for a special occasion.

An amazing 7 course food and wine experience. The staff are extremely attentive, we never felt like we weren't looked after. Wish I could dine like that everyday!

Good place for a decent English afternoon tea with a panoramic view over the city and dock!

Absolutely lovely afternoon having high tea at the Panoramic. - excellent friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend it and intend to take visitors from Canada in August.
J. C.
Lovely Afternoon Tea . View is Amazing xx
M. C.
Fabulous afternoon tea with my Sisters celebrating my 70th Birthday
J. M.
Very good service, but food is overcomplicated and portions are small, plus the views in the bar are much better than in the restaurant itself. If it stopped trying to be so pretentious, it could be great.
D. H.
Food and drink was really nice as were the staff who tried really hard and was run off their feet. Really enjoyed the experience and would both recommend the place and would go back again soon. Wasn't too expensive either.
G. M.
Outstanding... what can I say, your quite literally on top of Liverpool! Views are amazing, staff are fantastic, afternoon tea was beautiful, we couldn't get enough!
S. G.
An interesting place with great views and a fine menu. We just went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon; not cheap, but very high quality.
J. c.
Been here a few special occasions. Food is the best in the north west after L'Enclume in Cumbria. Dunno why it hasn't got a Michelin star or two, it deserves it (and I've eaten at a few elsewhere)
T. C.
Excellent great food.
C. W.
Lovely view despite the weather. Tried to book here three years running to no avail. Glad to be able to book even though it was an early slot. Mannerable waiter and very hekpful
J. J.
Went for lunch, food was lovely, service was spot on. Great views of Liverpool. Ideal for those special occasions.
W. W.
Lovely afternoon tea however too much sweet food, would prefer more savoury. Sparkling Rose wine was very nice.
J. B.
Exceptional service, food not quite Michelin star but incredible views of the city. A place you must go to for fine dining, whether visiting or living in Liverpool.
T. V. Z.
Excellent Service, Excellent food and stunning views of a city I love. Loved every minute of it. Can't wait to go back.
