Ordered a waffle and shake from here, it took them just over an hour to deliver it which was absolutely fine. However my shake didn’t come. Contacted the shop who offered to send me the shake after and apologised but because it was late I asked if they could just refund me the money for the shake. The lady was lovely and cancelled the whole order meaning I got a full refund for my order. Thank you so much! Really great customer service

Ordered NYC burger which although it was nice not worth £8. Curly fries didn’t seem cooked properly. Cookie dough was nice but this place is massively over priced. Delivery took 1 hr 35min.

The king Kong milkshake I received was stunning, I was genuinely impressed. I also got the Ritz wrap. It was so good I got sad when I finished eating it. It's so moreish. Great little buisness, reasonably priced and the staff are exemplary.

Pleasantly surprised. Ordered off Uber eats and was a bit disappointed with the waiting time but when the food got here I have to say we enjoyed it. The salt and pepper wraps were simple but tasty, curly fries were decent, got some chipotle sauce to dip in which was nice as well. The Oreo shake was great. It was nice to see that they use recyclable packaging as well. Overall a good experience apart from the wait - will order again 👍🏼

Quick delivery, delicious food and amazing milkshakes! Very good portion sizes, salt and pepper chicken wrap was filled with lots of chicken, lots of chips and burger was great! Milkshake is one of the best we've had!

Been waiting to order from shake for a while but was always unavailable in the past. Order came with 1 item missing (milkshake) . Called up and they offered to bring it or refund. we went for the replacement as we were wanting to try it. 10 mins later man turned up with 1 milkshake 1 huge waffle and ice cream on the house! Outstanding service will order again in the future! Other Uber eats restaurants take note!

Ordered via Uber eats and arrived within 30mins. Unfortunately received the wrong item so rang up and they sent it out along with a free waffle, arrived within 15mins. Very nice food and good service over the phone to sort replacement.

I don’t normally leave reviews but if it’s really good or really bad I do take the time. On this occasion, it was really good. Amazing in fact!! I will defo be going here again, the food and shakes where 5 stars and delivered in the time scale they promised and arrived very well packaged and presented. Defo recommend.

Waited about 25 mins for my order, but I'll say that was down to them only reopening that day after a fire shut them down for a few weeks. However, the burgers are excellent and IMO worth the money.

Still the best burger you can get on Just Eat, and as good if not better than most pub/restaurant within 5 mile radius. The menu is not massive and a little limited and delivery charge a little steep also, but the food it top draw. Try the spicy burger and thank me later.

Really good milkshake however wait was long as there were only two people making, we had to wait 30 minutes for two milkshakes. Shop seemed full but when you look around its mostly kids just chilling, most didn't seem to be buying.

3.5/5 The shakes and waffles are amazing, with the added bonus that you don't even have to pay extra to have them served to you with attitude! Food 5/5 Speed of service 1/5 Lighting 3/5 Music 4/5 Music level - what?!? WHAT?!! I can't hear you?! Staff attitude 5/5 - as in bad. Like BA Barracks bad. Like there's a lot of staff attitude. Tho most the ket wigs and duck pouts who go in there also have loads of attitude so I guess they're all just fighting on the same level. *also you never get your tub of ice cream with your waffle. Remember to ask for it.... It's YOUR job to remind them to give you it

what more can u say about this place once u go in u don't want to leave the smell is that nice but the waffles are even better just wish I had one not more local to me it's a 20 min or so drive not to long if u craving waffles give it try will not be disappointed

the only thing that let's it down is the delivery time, waited over 1hr 30mins for 2 shakes an a waffle, which even though they were nice, the shakes were starting to warm up and the waffle cool down, they aren't that far away either to justify the amount of time waited

Just ordered from here and will be ordering again soon. Burgers and shakes are awsome. Diamond find!
