A friendly family run restaurant serving great variety of tapas and paella. The waiters were very attentive and accommodating. All tapas and paella were generous in portion sizes and fresh in ingredients. A little gem in Crosby.

Fantastic venue, lovely staff and the food is delightful! We went at opening time of 5pm and not too busy. Pens provided and menu so you just circle which plates you want then the waiter takes the menu away with your choices on. I'd highly recommend the nutella croquets!! Everywhere is clean, toilets also downstairs and Wheelchair friendly. Happy days!

Service was great, the inside was lovely, the food was lovely & piping hot. Waiter forgot a water order but was by himself on the top floor of the restaurant which had quite a few tables full on it, he said happy birthday to the birthday girl in Spanish too which was nice. Only downside really was one of the water jugs was dirty on the inside, we were leaving and washing food down with some water though and only used the one water jug (clean) between those who wanted water anyway, so it didn't affect the experience as much as it could've. Had a really nice time!

My Wife and I, along with our three year old son, had a very very nice time at Tapas Tapas last Sunday. After not going there for twelve years we decided to go again, and we absolutely loved it. The food was beautiful and the fact that the staff explained to us that the children's menu is made with the same meat, fish and ingredients as the main menu, meant alot. We will definitely be coming back soon. We went early Sunday evening and found it perfect for a quiet family meal.

All of the food here was incredible. The cocktails we ordered were nice too. We were waited on by a waiter called Aiden who was really bubbly and recommended a few of his favourite dishes. He even sat down with us after his shift for a little chat which we appreciated!

I’ve been to Tapas Tapas many times they have really raised their game recently they have moved away from the cocktails and concentrated on quality tapas and service. Probably the best place to eat on South Road ❤️

The venue has a rustic feel (wooden beams and stuff). Two floors and pleasantly relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly and no issues with the order. Small but great selection of wines, at a very reasonable price. Other places would charge you a bomb for the quality we had - try their Malbec! Onto the food. We had a lot - pan con tomato, BBQ ribs, chorizo in a sweet smokey sauce, rice filled peppers, meatballs, pan fried sea bass, pork belly, lightly battered veg and a cheeseboard. It was all good. In particular the peppers and sea bass. Three small crticisms; the 3 types of pork we ate, although definitely tastey, were not melt in your mouth, they were slightly on the chewy side, especially the pork belly, which was oddly more like Chinese pork belly than anything. Also, I'm no expert in spanish cooking, but have had a lot of tapas here and abroad and I wouldn't say that the ribs were Spanish style ribs. They just seemed like standard BBQ ribs. I prefer a bit more authenticity (Tapas Tapas, if you disagree, please feel free to educate me). Finally, I understand the issues faced due to covid, but I think that an hour and a half time limit is too small. It should be 2 hours like most other places I've been to recently. No sooner had we finished eating than we were being asked to finish our drinks and being ushered out of the door, resulting in me having to down a full glass of red wine.

One of my favourite restaurants by far, you walk in and feel like you are in Spain the decor and atmosphere here is brilliant. The variety of food available is exceptional as expected from a tapas restaurant but the quality of all the dishes shines through, my favourite being the tenderstem broccoli pan fried with almonds and garlic or the cod with a curry sauce which incredibly well balanced. Well done to all the staff here and keep it up!!

Excellent service and delicious food. If you are unable to get upstairs, request a ground floor table. You can Pre-book on their website or call them after 4pm. Lots of choice for vegetarians. Service was great and there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor. I can't drink alcohol and they had a really nice alcohol free Stella.

I didn't take a picture (sorry) but honestly, they were the best cauliflower bites I have genuinely ever had! Sweet, sticky sauce and a bit of bite to the cauli and a crunch to the coating. I haven't stopped talking about them since 😂 vegan too 👌

Always been good, but seems to upped it's game even further recently. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and anything they're not sure of, they're lightning quick to find out. Was pleased to find out they use actual purveyors of Spanish produce and not Brakes or the Chinese Supermarket. A nice change in the area... Only dedicated cocktail bar on the road too, and it's clear they take pride in each one. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Small plates of Spanish food for appropriately small prices, I recommend a minimum of 3 dishes for a meal. Service is always helpful and quick. The main restaurant is upstairs and there is no lift, though you can eat in the ground floor bar area.

The place itself is nice, well decorated but the quality of food has dropped considerably. The majority seems to be disguised store bought meals put in tapas bowls. Its disappointing because the food quality used to be much better.

Some tapas aren't exactly like in Spain but they are good. The thing I liked the less was the Tarta de Santiago which is the almond cake, it really didn't taste like the original one although it is a nice restaurant to try Spanish food in Liverpool.
