Had a fantasic meal here last night it is now one of our favourite Restaurant to go to !! The food is always fresh and tasty with great Ingredients and the menu has so much to choose from , great for Vegans too( 50% of the menu is Vegan ) the service is so fast and very Efficient and they are so helpful with the menu !! This place is always busy but you can't book in advance but has a fast turn around we only had to wait a couple of minutes to get a seat !!

My favorite place to eat, tried something new this time with the beef brisket Ramen, very spicy, needed the Banana katsu with ice cream afterwards to cool the mouth down. Great for kids also as they simplify adult meals for them and even have chop sticks for kids.

We had been planning to go for a while as we were gifted a gift card as a Christmas present due to the pandemic it proved difficulty to go when we wanted to. When I checked our gift card it had expired. I rang the restaurant and spoke to a very helpful lady who said she would ring head office and check if the card would be honoured and she would ring me back. Within a few minutes she rang back and said they would honour the gift card and just trun up the next day and it would be taken care of.we went and I have to say everything about our visit was to a very high standard. The food was 5 stars, the service was 5 stars, cleanliness was 5 stars and ambiance was also 5 stars. I asked to speak to the duty manager as instructed the day before. She came over promptly and knew exactly what I was talking about as she had been advised of this by her colleague. I worked in hospitality for many years and it was great to see that instructions were handed over just like I was told they would be. This is a great venue and I cant wait to go back again. We'll done Wagamamas Liverpool.

Been here in Liverpool One 3 times now and the Chilli Squid is ace. Katsu disappointing and Wagamamas portions seem to be shrinking UK wide. I can make better Katsu at home now.

Incredible atmosphere and aesthetics. Food is of a very high standard and presented wonderfully. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free green tea! Experience slightly dampened by a poor toilet area and the overly pushy tip prompt when paying with a card. I felt pressured when presented, especially as the staff paid attention to my choice. These two issues prevent a 5 star rating.

Been here many times and never disappointed, quick, easy, simple food. 10x better than your average Chinese takeaway, if you haven't been, make sure you get your lazy arses off your double reclining sofa and down to wagamamas it's 100% worth it. TRUST ME!!!!!

Great for delicious, gluten free choices and excellent customer service. Our server, Chris, was really helpful and friendly and all staff are very careful to ensure that food is gluten free. They didn't have many of the desserts on the menu which was a bit disappointing but the alternatives were fine so not a big issue. This was my first time at Wagamamas but I'll definitely come again.

Brilliant food and excellent service. I have food allergies, and their system completely put me at ease. A front of house manager took my order, to make sure it was all ok, and someone cooked my meal in a specially cleaned area to ensure minimal contamination. What a total and a full scale waste of time. After spending £100 on food and drink we decided to sit outside to finish our drinks. The a gang of teens began filming us and we verbally told them to stop but managent retaliated telling us we had instigated the arguments. To cut a long story short we were asked to leave but the teens who hadn't bought a drink between the self's were treated light royalty. We love Wagas! I regularly bring the kids and they enjoy exploring the menu, they're pretty adventurous. There is a separate vegan menu which is full of choice and variety, it's such a great addition and means I never feel I'm being short changed by the experience. Also lots of veggie choices on main menu. It's reasonable priced, the service is good and it's a very relaxed feel. Love it.

I was skeptical about the menu given I'm a fussy eater but I think there's something for everyone there!

Great place, have been multiple times with my girlfriend and it is fantastic every time, at first we were a bit unsure about the communal benches but it really adds to the atmosphere. The service is good and the writing on the placemats makes sure you get the right thing straight away. A good thing when the food tastes that good! Would highly recommend Wagamama and the Firecracker if you like REALLY hot food!

Delicious Asian fusion, comfortable atmosphere. I had the gyoza (pork) and the bulgogi, while the gyoza were fine, I would return for the bulgogi. Rich sticky sauce, a combination of chewy and crispy noodles as a base with mini ban mi in the firm of kimchi, scallions, roasted egg plant and onions surrounding the noodles in the bowl. The steak was thinly sliced and tender. While part of that is the bulgogi marinade, it was also not overdone. Wagamama cooks everything to order, well worth the wait.

A great setting for this branch, with outdoor seating overlooking the site. Like the other branches seating is ample, and maintained well and clean. However, unlike the Trafford branch, the kitchen seems to lose its pace when it's up to capacity. We had a table of six, and there was a half hour that past between first and last meals taken to the table. As a result, dessert was off the cards because we couldn't commit more time to what the other sites in either Cheshire oaks or the Trafford could. Hence the 4 and not 5 stars. To be clear, the food as always is superb, but this apparent system the waiter claims they have of not covering the table order, but instead the meal type ordered, does nothing for a table of guests wishing to enjoy a meal together.

Wagamama is just fantastic, I really enjoy their blend of Japanese and other Asian dishes and would recommend it to anybody. This is the only Wagamama restaurant I have been to so I can't compare to the rest of the country, but this one in particular is just excellent. The food draws inspiration from all over Asia, though leans more towards the Japanese side of things. For main courses there's a large variety of Ramen, Teppanyaki, Donburi... the list goes on. I'm particularly a big fan of the Teriyaki Chicken Donburi, Yakisoba, Pork or Duck Ramen and especially the different Katsu Curries. I really want to sample the Kare Lomen or the Itame on my next visit. The various dishes are also just delicious. Definitely order the gyoza, you can't go wrong with those at any time. For drinks you can get a wide range but I always get at least one green tea - you have to. They offer my favourite - Jasmine Green Tea. As for alcohol, they offer some of the best of the best. The sake on offer is very tasty and an absolute must when having food of this type. How could you eat this and NOT have sake? Crazy. The Japanese are also excellent at beer and Wagamama offer two of the best - Asahi and Kirin Ichiban. Both are absolutely top notch. There is also a nice Plum Wine available. The seating arrangement is a little strange and almost made me knock one star off the score. You sit on big, long, benches... which means that you can end up sitting next to strangers. Now, this is perfectly normal and common in Japan so in the end I decided that it added to the overall experience. It's still not something that I would personally pick, but the good points of this restaurant vastly outweigh this negative. Wagamama is a great Japanese-leaning fusion restaurant with a little of something for everybody and a wide variety of excellent food. Make sure to give it a try!

Nice food but restaurant was understaffed resulting in a long wait for order taking and even paying for our bill. Pretty sure if we tried to walk out without paying we wouldn't have even been noticed.
