My favourite chain restaurant to go to. Fantastic food and as someone with a nut allergy they could not be more attentive. My only complaint would be that you cant book so have to drive there and take your chance getting in or waiting for up to nearly an hour at busy times

I like to visit Wagamama's occasional for a nice meal meal out. There is parking and disabled parking available outside the restaurant. I have had many mixed experience with the speke store. Sometimes the staff are really friendly and willing to help, but other times they can be really slow and seem uninterested to help. I think it just depends on the day and time. The restaurant is quite large and holds a lot of people. More often then not you are seated on a bench like area with no back support so make sure to ask for a booth when booking if this is something you require. Everything is displayed nicely on the menu and easy to see what a few pictures of selected items. The Ramen is presented lovely and tastes amazing. The Katsu chicken was presented lovely but the chicken was very thin and totally burnt. I honestly felt that they tried to cover the mistake with curry sauce. To pay for the meal they prefer a contactless method were you pay on your phone, this is very simple to do. But if you would rather pay by card they will bring a card machine over for you. I will continue to visit occasional for a nice meal out.

We went here a month ago! Nothing special just a normal Wagamama’s food.. Not bad, but I can’t really say good!

Visited the restaurant quite late at 20:30 and honestly I was a bit worried as to whether we would be a burden and the guys would wanna close down. It was entirely the opposite! We were made to feel so welcome from the get go, a table was sorted for us right away. Our waitress Veronica came to us within minutes and was so very helpful. I asked a million questions and nothing was too much for her. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. The food itself was to die for. We tried 3 different starters and two mains and all was cooked to perfection. Can't wait to be back!

Our experience was was truly great! All food was well prepared and flavoured. We can recommend in particular seafood sides (starters), steak Bulgogi and (really spicy) Firecracker. They have, unfortunately, run out of apples. Given how most juices on offer contain apples this was a problem. It hasn't impacted our experience, though. Additionally, all staff were polite and friendly. Access to a garden and fresh air were a big plus too.

Food is really good and fresh. With chains I always believe its just churned out but I felt I was in a nice restaurant here. Ayesha, our waitress, was lovely and brought a small juice drink over for our daughter who was trying to drink mine. Really good service and quality food. Will definitely be going again

Didn't intend on eating here on Sunday, had a drink outside and had a glance at the menu, Hannah was outstanding, she switched on the parasol heaters for us and made us feel so welcome. That did it for us, we were taken to a booth & ordered the most amazing food prepared by the chefs whilst we watched from our seats. Hannah finished her shift and Nick took over providing us with wonderful service, very polite and well mannered. The food was amazing, so tasty and filling. Well presented and served with a smile. Will be returning again very soon . 10/10 for customer service & Food.

I've visited wagamama on more than a few occasions and it's always been "fine". This time, however, the food was awesome, the staff were awesome and service was great. Our waitress, Annie? Was great and went out if her way to serve us to the best standard despite how busy it was (very). I don't k ow what the difference is between Liverpool Central, Chester, Cheshire oaks, and this new one but, the food was awesome. Would totally recommend

Very good quick service. Don't be put off when you see chopsticks on the table. You can easily ask for other utensils. E.g a fork. 9 of us went. All nine got served about 6 mins after ordering. That is pretty darn good

I rarely post reviews, but these guys who run this particular joint are awesome and definitely worth the 10 minutes to write one. Especially Jamie, James and Luke, and i'm real naff at remembering names but those 3 were cool guys and definitely left an impression on us. The girlfriend and I visited this place on the 26th at about 1930, and although it was busy they managed to squeeze us into a booth as another party had cancelled. Super friendly guys here, happy to chew the fat and have a laugh with us whilst looking after us really well. Food was great, atmosphere was chilled, and the Sake Jamie recommended at the end was lethal (great shout on that one). Overall awesome place, and definitely will come back again for dinner if only to chat Avengers again with Jamie and drink Sake (movie was pants by the way, sorry man).

Shiny new place. Expensive small servings. Staff permit themselves into your personal space to write on the paper table mat?? Interesting menu, not all well cooked. Coffee is auto Nespresso capsules with shaving foam halfway up very small cup? Very expensive tat. Could be handy to fuel my car. Disappointing.

Compared to other wagamama restaurants this one fell short. Had to walk to counter to be seated. Should be at the door. Service was good but presentation was not great. My sorbet was slapped into a bowl. Found the katsu dry and not enough sauce with it, which was thicker than normal.

Outstanding click and collect service tonight from your Speke store. Even the egg was perfect on the Don Buri. I could see the food going in to my bag from my car window, showing it was really fresh. We will be back, no fear. Those tama squid balls are soooooooooo goooooood.
